Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian di Adzkia Mart. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 92 orang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan nilai α=5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi dan tempat) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu secara parsial variabel produk dan variabel harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pebelian di Adzkia Mart. Variabel promosi dan tempat memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Adzkia Mart. Abstract

Transfer pricing adalah suatu kebijakan perusahaan dalam menentukan harga transfer suatu transaksi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaanantara pihak-pihak yang mempunyai hubungan istimewa untuk memaksimalkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perushaan, kepemilikan asing dan profitabilitas terhadap transfer pricing sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 37 populasi dan sampel berjumlah 7 perusahaan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap transfer pricing, sedangkan kepemilikan asing, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap transfer pricing.

Abstract

Indomaret and Alfamart are two of the largest retail chains in Indonesia, competing fiercely in the minimarket sector. The store atmosphere is a key factor influencing customer attraction and loyalty. This study aims to compare consumer perceptions of the store atmosphere between Indomaret and Alfamart in Bandar Lampung city. This research uses the probability sampling method with cluster random sampling technique. The sample size used is 384 respondents from various areas in Bandar Lampung. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test. The results indicate no significant difference in attributes such as lighting, sound, layout, temperature, technology, and accessibility between Indomaret and Alfamart. However, there are significant differences in attributes such as color, aroma, staff behavior, and decoration, with Alfamart scoring higher in color, staff behavior, and decoration, while Indomaret excels in aroma. The store atmosphere significantly impacts consumer perceptions and shopping experiences. Indomaret and Alfamart need to focus on enhancing store atmosphere elements according to consumer preferences to increase competitiveness and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to address whether religious obligation and social influence affect the decision to save in Islamic banks among Muslim Generation Z in Jepara Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with primary data collected through online questionnaires. A purposive sampling method was used to select 96 respondents. The analytical technique applied is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both religious obligation and social influence have a significant impact on the decision to save in Sharia banks. Interestingly, social influence has a greater impact compared to religious obligation in shaping this decision. These findings highlight the importance of community and social norms in shaping Generation Z's financial behavior when choosing financial institutions for saving and provide valuable insights for Sharia banks to develop more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal control of cash receipts for general patient services at Dr. Central General Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. This research variable is internal control of cash receipts for general patient services. The population of this study were all documents relating to the internal control of cash receipts for general patient services at Dr. Central General Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. The sample for this study were informants related to the internal control of cash receipts for general patient services at Dr. Central General Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. The data collection techniques for this research are documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that the Internal Control System for Cash Receipts at Dr. Central General Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar is in accordance with the Government's Internal Control System

Abstract

Cities worldwide are experiencing rapid population growth, leading to increased demand for energy, transportation, and other infrastructure. This poses significant challenges in providing sustainable and environmentally friendly energy. This research aims to analyze the role of green infrastructure in driving urban economic growth through the implementation of renewable energy. The method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024. The study results indicate that the use of renewable energy and the development of green infrastructure play a crucial role in transforming cities towards sustainability. The main findings show that renewable energy has a positive impact on reducing carbon emissions, while green infrastructure improves the quality of life and drives urban economic growth. Cities in Indonesia, such as Bandung, Surabaya, and Jakarta, have provided tangible examples of success in implementing these strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of local original income (regional taxes and regional levies), and balancing funds (profit sharing funds, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds), on the Regency/City Human Development Index in NTB Province for 2018-2022. Data analysis uses panel data regression with the fixed effect model method. The results of this research show that: (1) Regional taxes do not have a significant effect on the Regency/City Human Development Index in NTB Province. (2) Regional levies do not have a significant effect on the Regency/City Human Development Index in NTB Province. (3) Profit Sharing Funds do not have a significant effect on the District/City Human Development Index in NTB Province. (4) General Allocation Funds do not have a significant effect on the Regency/City Human Development Index in NTB Province. (5) Special Allocation Funds have a positive and significant effect on the District/City Human Development Index in NTB Province. Abstract

The digital economy era has transformed various sectors, including tourism. Digital technology enables companies to operate more efficiently and reach global markets more easily. Digital transformation has become an urgent necessity for the tourism industry to remain competitive. This research aims to explore how a strategic approach to digitalization can be applied by tourism businesses to enhance their global competitiveness in the digital economy era. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar with publication dates ranging from 2011 to 2024. The study results indicate that digitalization has become imperative for tourism businesses in facing global dynamics in the current digital economy era. More than just the use of information technology, digitalization involves a comprehensive transformation of business processes, from marketing to the tourist experience at destinations. Successful examples of tourism digitalization in Indonesia, such as Wonderful Indonesia and online ticket booking platforms, demonstrate significant potential in enhancing global competitiveness and strengthening the local tourism industry

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of AI in decision-making on organizational performance. The method used is qualitative with secondary data. The data used is metadata on documents found on the Scopus website. The data was analyzed by the SLR method. The results of this study show that AI can help identify potential solutions by predicting the problems being studied by testing various variables and conditions in the simulation of organizational activities. AI can also improve performance through integration in decision-making.  However, not all roles performed by humans should be handled by AI, such as customer service. The use of AI agents as public service operators compared to human operators has a negative impact on the perception of the mutuality of public control in the organization-public relationship

Abstract

This study explores the role of waqf in sustainable economic development in Indonesia, the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Waqf, as a form of Islamic philanthropy, has great potential to support sustainable development but has yet to be fully utilized in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and case study method through interviews, documentation, and observation in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya, this study found that waqf contributes significantly to the education and health sectors, funding schools, universities, hospitals, and clinics. Waqf also supports the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), infrastructure development, and environmentally friendly projects. However, waqf management faces challenges such as lack of public understanding, limited regulation, and ineffective management. To improve the effectiveness and transparency of waqf management, regulatory reform and capacity building of managers through education and training are needed. Community participation can be increased through more intensive education and socialization programs, as well as collaboration with the government and private sector. This research is expected to provide in-depth insights into the role of waqf in sustainable economic development and offer solutions to overcome the existing challenges
