Abstract

This studies targets to analyze the effect of carrier best and rate on GOJEK user pleasure in DKI Jakarta. GOJEK, as one in all the biggest on-line transport applications in Indonesia, faces stiff competition from different agencies supplying similar services. consequently, it's miles vital for GOJEK to constantly improve its carrier best and offer competitive prices to maintain its dominant function. This studies makes use of quantitative methods with records collection thru questionnaires disbursed to GOJEK customers in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used was stratified sampling, with a complete of 124 respondents. Abstract

This study aims to explain community participation in the implementation of the tahfiz house development policy in Nagari Parambahan and explain the factors that affect community participation in the implementation of the tahfiz house development policy in Nagari Parambahan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants consisted of the local government as the coach of the tahfiz house, the guardian of the Parambahan nagari, the manager of the tahfiz house, and the community as participants who were selected using purposive sampling. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. Data analysis using interactive models. The results of the study show that community participation in the implementation of the tahfiz house development policy in Nagari Parambahan, is still relatively low. In the form of material participation, participation is given by allowing the use of private houses owned by the community for tahfiz activities, but the house is not able to accommodate all students in the tahfiz house. In the form of physical participation, the participation given by becoming a volunteer teacher at the tahfiz house but the number of teachers who teach is not balanced compared to the number of students. The participation given by becoming a donor of the tahfiz house who routinely contributes funds to pay the salaries of teachers at the tahfiz house even though the funds collected are often insufficient

Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze, and describe the leadership style of the principal of Smk Islam Gondanglegi and the factors that influence his leadership style. This study uses a qualitative research method of a case study approach for the relationship between the research variables and the hypothesis that must be proven. The result of this study is that the principal of SMK Islam Gondanglegi applies three leadership styles: participatory, instructional, and situational. This leadership style is used according to the situation, with the situational approach being used most often. Factors such as the ability of human resources and infrastructure facilities affect the effectiveness of leadership. Leadership development is carried out through awards, motivation, supervision, and intervention. This leadership has succeeded in improving staff motivation and school performance, both internally and externally

Abstract

Understanding the factors influencing taxpayer compliance with tax laws continues to be a focal point for many researchers. This study presents a bibliometric and visual analysis of tax compliance, particularly focusing on the research clusters related to tax compliance, covering studies published between 1977 and 2024 and indexed in the Dimensions database. The analysis aims to provide insights and guidance for future research in the field of tax compliance. A total of 500 studies on Tax Compliance were identified in the Dimensions database, with the majority being articles published in international journals. Australia, Austria, Canada, Italy, and the United States emerged as the most productive countries in terms of Tax Compliance publications. Additionally, a notable trend is the increasing number of multidisciplinary studies conducted by authors from various countries, particularly concerning human factors. This study recommends exploring multiple databases and refining future research through several clusters identified from these findings. Thus, researchers can gain a more comprehensive understanding of the complexity of Tax Compliance and the various clusters influencing it. The bibliometric mapping and visualization of Tax Compliance provide a foundation for advancing knowledge and promoting informed investigations in the field of human behavior regarding tax compliance

Abstract

This paper examines the role of Fintech Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending Sharia in enhancing financing access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The objective is to explore how P2P Lending Sharia facilitates MSMEs in securing necessary capital and offers investment opportunities in compliance with Sharia principles. The methodology involves a review of existing literature and regulatory frameworks, including the principles outlined by the OJK and DSN MUI. Findings reveal that P2P Lending Sharia provides an efficient, cost-effective, and accessible financial solution, enabling MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve business capacity. It also offers investors a Sharia-compliant alternative to traditional financing. The significance of these findings lies in the potential of P2P Lending Sharia to support MSME growth, strengthen the real sector, and contribute to national economic development, while adhering to Islamic financial principles. This innovation is essential in bridging the financing gap and fostering economic inclusivity

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing green accounting on profitability in Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population of this research is all Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) totaling 70 companies with samples for three years from 2020-2022 totaling 22 companies with a period of 3 years so that we got 66 samples taken using the Purposive Technique Sampling. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS 23 using multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of partial testing (T test), the environmental cost variable has a significant effect on profitability, indicating that environmental costs can have a large effect on the company's ability to earn profits. Meanwhile, the environmental performance variable does not have a significant effect on profitability, which shows that whether a company's environmental performance is good or bad does not affect the company's profit even though the company has a good PROPER rating. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) environmental costs and environmental performance together have a simultaneous effect on profitability

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the village head in increasing community empowerment in the economic sector in Anggra Village, Minyambou District, Arfak Mountains Regency. The data collection method in this research is descriptive qualitative, where this research was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data with the research subjects consisting of the Village Head, BPD, and Community Figures. The research results show that the Village Head in carrying out his role is quite good, this can be seen from the results of improving the community's economy and his role in motivating, facilitating, carrying out his duties, and mobilizing residents in every activity to support success in improving the community's economy. These activities took the form of road construction, bridge construction, field schools, greading and counseling, which were carried out in Anggra Village, Minyambou District, Arfak Mountains Regency, West Papua Province

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work culture, competence, and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC RS Telogorejo. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population in this study is employees of PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC Telogorejo Hospital which totals 103 people. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that work culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Work culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of service in the administrative sector in the context of public services at the Warmare District office, Manokwari Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research approach. In the data collection technique, the author uses an interview technique and then obtains data from the results of the interview. From the research results, it can be concluded that the people of Warmare District are satisfied with the services provided by the Warmare District Public Services Department in terms of reliability regarding reliability in handling every public complaint, reliability in terms of time and accuracy of the service process. Judging from the assurance aspect, especially security at the Warmare Subdistrict Office, Manokwari regency, it has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community, namely by placing parking attendants who help secure conditions in the parking lot. Then any items left in the service room will be kept by the staff until the owner picks them up

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social capital in Arabica coffee farming in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. This research uses a purposive sampling technique for taking informants, namely informants who are determined deliberately. The data analysis technique used is qualitative, including data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that coffee farmers in Kendenan Village have a high element of trust by adopting an honest, open and respectful attitude. Social norms still apply in developing Arabica coffee farming, farmers are limited by rules that are understood verbally or unwritten. We can see the close social network through communication and cooperation that is built between fellow farmers, traders and extension workers. The reciprocal relationship between Arabica coffee farmers helps each other, pays attention to each other and helps each other, making it easier to complete work in coffee farming. The role of social capital in developing coffee farming is transaction costs, sharing information, collective decision making
