Abstract

This research evaluates the cargo handling processes aboard the MT. Golden Sky Hana, focusing on the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations. Using qualitative methods, including direct observations and structured interviews, the study assesses procedural adherence, crew competency, equipment utilization, communication efficiency, and safety practices. The findings reveal that 95% of the cargo handling activities are rated as "Very Good," indicating high operational efficiency. The results underscore the effectiveness of current procedures, the strong knowledge and skills of the crew, and the effective use of equipment. Communication among crew members and adherence to safety protocols also contribute significantly to the success of the operations. The research highlights the importance of maintaining high standards in cargo handling practices and offers insights for further improvement. Continuous training, regular updates to procedures, and investment in equipment are recommended to enhance operational performance further.

Abstract

TikTok Ads is one of the promotional tools provided by TikTok Shop or TikTok to increase revenue, in addition to promotional videos and livestreams on TikTok accounts. Shop accounts that use TikTok Ads must carefully consider planning their financing and the best strategy to achieve the desired revenue target. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of using TikTok Ads as a promotional media to increase revenue on the TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical account. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting revenue data from TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical accounts and conducting an analysis of the success and comparison of the amount of monthly revenue obtained with TikTok Ads and without TikTok Ads. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by analyzing sales data obtained on the TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical account. The results of the study show that TikTok Product Ads has succeeded in increasing revenue at TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical and providing a positive trend towards sales every month. In addition, the time factor and the existing campaign also affect the success of the ads or advertisements that are run. Revenue contribution and Return on Ads Spend must also always be considered so that the company does not suffer losses due to advertising on TikTok Ads

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and finding out the extent of consumers’ preferences for consuming village rice. This research was carried out using qualitative methods through data collection by conducting observations and interviews. The results of this research are that village rice has several attribute elements such as price, shape of rice, taste, aroma, color and packaging size. These product attributes are one way to develop products and services that have been used by business actors. This product attribute can help consumers to differentiate village rice products from market rice because both have different attributes so that with these product attributes business actors can see consumer preferences in consuming village rice. Consumer preferences in the Andeng village area, Sengah Temila sub-district, Landak district can be seen from how often consumers buy or consume village rice sold by business actors. In terms of consumer interests and tastes, many consumers prefer to buy village rice rather than buy rice in the market because the price of village rice is cheaper than the price of market rice

Abstract

The importance of leadership style and organizational culture in influencing employee engagement levels has become a primary focus in management research. Drawing on leadership and organizational culture theories, this study aims to explore the impact of these variables on employee engagement within the organizational context. The research method used is a survey through questionnaires distributed to employees from various organizational backgrounds. The data analysis technique employed is multiple regression analysis. The study's findings present the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, and employee engagement levels by identifying key influencing factors. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how leadership style and organizational culture can influence employee engagement, as well as their practical implications in human resource management. In conclusion, this study makes a significant contribution to enriching management literature by highlighting the importance of these factors in achieving better organizational performance and higher employee engagement

Abstract

Employee performance constitutes a critical dimension within an organizational context; the advantageous ramifications of optimal employee performance can yield significant long-term benefits for the organization. Performance is a variable that is susceptible to influence by a myriad of factors, with one notable element being occupational safety and health. The objective of this investigation was to elucidate the relationship between occupational safety and health and the performance of employees at PT. PLN ULP Soppeng. This research employed a quantitative methodology, applying multiple linear regression analysis to ascertain the correlation or effect between the independent and dependent variables. The sample for this analysis comprised 22 employees from PT. PLN ULP Soppeng. Data collection was executed utilizing a questionnaire instrument designed to encompass the three variables under examination in the study. The findings from this research indicated a statistically significant influence of occupational health on employee performance. Conversely, the variable of occupational safety did not demonstrate a significant effect on employee performance. This study was confined to a singular locale; future research endeavors would benefit from a comparative analysis that assesses the impact of identical variables across diverse locations, as well as investigates various additional factors that may exert influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the transformation of KSPPS BMT MitraMu Jepara services through the implementation of the MitraMu Mobile application. The main objective of this study is to evaluate how innovation and implementation of this application affect the improvement of services to BMT MitraMu members. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is obtained through interviews with BMT and several members who use the application. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the MitraMu Mobile application has significantly increased accessibility, service efficiency, and member satisfaction. Members can make financial transactions anytime and anywhere, which drastically reduces the need to visit the physical BMT office. This application is also equipped with an adequate security system, thus increasing the sense of security and comfort of members in making transactions. In conclusion, digital transformation through the MitraMu Mobile application has proven effective in improving the quality of service at BMT MitraMu Jepara, despite challenges in technology adaptation by members.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of debt policy on firm value, considering firm size as a moderating variable in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2023 period. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data used include financial statements from 34 companies, analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 25. The results show that debt policy has a significant negative effect on firm value. Firm size, measured by the logarithm of total assets, positively moderates the relationship between debt policy and firm value. This indicates that larger firm size can enhance the effectiveness of debt policy in increasing firm value. These findings provide insights into the importance of considering firm size when formulating debt policy strategies to improve firm value in the healthcare sector

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price to Book Value, Economic Value Added, and Market Value Added on Stock Returns in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The number of samples used in this study was 19 companies with purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used is secondary data. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods and hypothesis testing using descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially Price to Book Value has a positive effect on Stock Returns, while Economic Value Added and Market Value Added have no effect on Stock Returns. Simultaneously, Price to Book Value, Economic Value Added, and Market Value Added have a positive effect on Stock Returns in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the performance allowance system at PD. BPR Bahteramas Konawe in improving employee performance. The research explores the roles of transparency, fairness, and flexibility within the system and assesses its impact on employee motivation and productivity. The main issue addressed is identifying the key factors that influence the relationship between the allowance system and the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to provide management with recommendations to refine the performance allowance system, enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance its competitiveness in the financial sector. The study uses descriptive qualitative analysis with interviews as the primary data collection tool. The analysis focuses on important themes gathered from insights provided by the Chief Executive Officer, Operations Manager, and staff from various divisions. The findings reveal that the performance allowance system significantly enhances employee performance by offering both financial and non-financial incentives that recognize individual contributions. Success depends on setting clear targets, maintaining transparent evaluations, and utilizing technology for accurate assessments

Abstract

As an employee, of course you want a safe job position for yourself. When companies don't provide a sense of security for their job positions, it can trigger turnover. Generation Z employees are known to tend not to want to be tied to a company and be independent, job insecurity encourages them to find ways to start entrepreneurship. The large number of people who are entrepreneurs can have a positive impact on the country's development. Seeing this creates entrepreneurial intention which can be influenced by intrinsic motivation and competency. For this reason, the aim of this research is to see the influence of job insecurity, competency, intrinsic motivation on entrepreneurial intention. The research methodology is quantitative. The population is aimed at generation Z employees with a purposive sample, namely generation Z with permanent employee status and have worked for ≥ 2 years as many as 130 employees. A survey with a questionnaire was used for data collection and then the analytical method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, then it is found that competency has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation and the result finds that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention
