Abstract

This research aims to find out marketing strategies to increase sales and develop blooming bouquet products. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews, and research documentation by means of interviews conducted in Bengkayang and its surroundings, there are several informants who will be interviewed, with 3 aspects of questions, the research results obtained are regarding marketing strategies in improving and developing Blooming products. bouquets use marketing strategies, there are several things that must be done by business actors, namely carrying out product innovations in terms of shapes and variants requested by consumers as well as displaying more attractive packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership in improving employee performance at the West Papua Provincial Food Security Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that describes narratively based on the data of research results that are objectively analyzed from the results of interviews, observations, and document reviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. As a result of the data analysis, it was concluded that the performance of employees at the West Papua Provincial Food Security Service had improved and was quite well implemented by the employees. Performance issues always receive attention in management because they are closely related to the productivity of an institution or organization. In this regard, efforts to conduct performance assessments are very important. It is recognized that many people are able but unwilling, so they still do not produce optimal performance.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the impact of community empowerment training on cadets' work-study balance and leadership development within Jakarta's maritime education institutions. Through in-depth interviews with 10 cadets engaged in internships alongside their academic studies, the study identifies key themes. These include the development of time management skills, enhancement of communication abilities, and opportunities for leadership growth facilitated by the training programme. Findings highlight the crucial role of practical skills development in equipping cadets to manage academic and professional responsibilities effectively. Recommendations for educational practices include integrating practical skills training, expanding leadership initiatives, fostering industry collaboration, implementing feedback mechanisms, and promoting lifelong learning among cadets and faculty. These initiatives aim to prepare cadets to meet the challenges of the maritime industry and contribute to its sustainable growth. The study contributes to enhancing educational strategies in maritime education and underscores the importance of holistic development in shaping future maritime leaders

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy of the Cassava Snack cassava chips business using social media, namely by using Facebook, Whatsapp and marketing directly to consumers. The 4P marketing mix in this study is products, prices, promotions, and places. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. To obtain data in this study, researchers conducted observations, direct interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the marketing mix strategy using the 4P method can increase product sales if applied properly, besides that marketing using social media can also help increase product sales, besides that product quality can also affect the marketing mix, because consumers will certainly see the product first from the quality, therefore quality plays a very important role in the marketing mix of a product especially in Cassava Snack products

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy in the Ayam Geprek Aroma culinary business in conducting marketing that utilizes social media such as Facebook and Whatsapp which can affect consumers' buying interest in Ayam Geprek Aroma food. The marketing strategy used is products, prices, promotions, and places in marketing so that it can increase the sales turnover of Ayam Geprek Aroma. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The results of this study also show that marketing strategies carried out through social media such as Facebook and Whatsapp as a marketing medium are quite effective, because many consumers use Facebook and Whatsapp more often to order Ayam Geprek Aroma products. As for the marketing mix of Ayam Geprek Aroma products, the quality has been guaranteed and product development can meet the wishes of consumers, as well as product prices that are affordable for all groups because they are relatively cheap. Promotions carried out through social media Facebook, Whatsapp and offline have a very good impact on Ayam Geprek Aroma products. The marketing mix strategy that most affects consumer buying interest is the price where Ayam Geprek Aroma is sold at a low price, but the taste is no less competitive with other products

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of changing the company's vision and mission as part of market adaptation for business continuity, using the ADKAR change model. The method used is descriptive qualitative, a research whose description form uses facts or phenomena. This research was conducted in two stages, namely collecting information and literature on changes in the organization's mission and vision, business continuity, and identifying the change management model to be used in the research. Furthermore, data was collected from the results of interviews and participatory observation. The results showed that the purpose and message of organizational change must be clearly informed, why change must occur, and why change is needed. Change leaders must have good skills and knowledge about the planned changes. Change does not have to change the entire system that is already operating, changes can be made by using existing systems and resources to be optimized in achieving the new vision and mission. Using the ADKAR model in interview guidelines and discussing research results makes it easier to analyze the stages of change, so the ADKAR change model can be used as a reference when planning organizational change initiatives.

Abstract

The train is one of the modes of transportation that has advantages compared to other modes of transportation, such as saving space, an elevated level of security, free from congestion, high carrying capacity, and environmentally friendly. One of the modes of rail transportation available at Daop 9 Jember is the Ranggajati Train which has two classes, namely executive and business. Because there are class differences, everyone has several factors in choosing the train class. Therefore, a search for the effect of variables with the selection of the Ranggajati train class will be carried. This in the future can be used as an evaluation material for PT. KAI to improve services and facilities according to the characteristics of each class. In this study, primary data collection was conducted using a Google form for passengers of the Ranggajati train in executive class and business class. The data processing and analysis method uses descriptive statistics to get an overview of the characteristics of the Ranggajati train passengers. Subsequently, calculations were done using binary logistic regression of selecting the train class. The result of the research obtained passenggers characteristics are dominated by men, 21-25 years old, work as student, travel neccesities for education, income less than 1.000.000, expenses for transportation 100.000 until 300.000, private vehicle owned motorcycle and car.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production and compare the calculations carried out by the company (Umar Farm) with the full costing method. The variable of this study is singular, namely the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method. The data used is production cost data for the July-September 2023 period. Data collection techniques use documentation and interviews. The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that there is a difference in the cost of production between the company's method and the full costing method, which is Rp 1,920 per chicken and the difference per kg of chicken is Rp 984. This study concludes that the calculations carried out by the company have not classified the costs correctly so that the calculations produced are smaller

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital components on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this study are all cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using descriptive statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. There is a positive and significant influence between Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. There is no positive and significant influence between Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. There is a positive and significant influence between Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) simultaneously on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

As the company grows, problems and activities will become more complicated, resulting in difficulties for the company to oversee operational activities that cause unhealthy governance. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal audit on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. This study uses quantitative research which is a research method that uses data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Data collection uses survey and documentation techniques. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that internal audit has a positive and significant impact on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The influence of internal audit has contributed to Good Corporate Governance by 37.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors
