Abstract

The existence of E-Commerce does not make people the main market for shopping. There are some major shopping problems with the E-Commerce system. This article aims to describe the rationality of people preferring conventional shopping over E-Commerce. This article is the result of field research carried out in Banda Aceh City. Research approach using qualitative methods. The research subjects are 10 informants, and data acquisition is produced through in-depth interviews and observations with conventional buyers selected through purposive techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that there are several forms of rationality why people do not shop in e-commerce, namely: products received do not match orders, high risk of buying electronic products in E-Commerce, delayed delivery of ordered goods, avoiding online fraud, and promotions that are bound to e-commerce. Therefore, the advantage that conventional markets have becomes the capital for their existence during the e-commerce market.

Abstract

Marketing performance that is able to provide the best quality and service to each customer is expected to further increase public trust and interest in using the products and services offered. The aim of the following research is to find out and expand insight into the influence of training programs on the marketing performance of Hajj and Umrah at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. This type of research was designed based on quantitative methods using non-parametric testing, namely the Wilcoxon Test. Because it is quantitative, this research data is secondary using Relation Officer Academy (ROSA) data. The data analysis technique is the SPSS version 25 program. The testing stages are the normality test via Shapiro-Wilk, the average difference test via the Wilxocon test because the data used is not normal. The results of data analysis show that providing training programs can have a positive influence in improving marketing performance at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. Based on the Wilcoxon test, the average achievement value of 18 samples is included in the Positive Rating, that is, all samples tested have a Post Test value that is greater than the Pre-Test value, meaning that all marketing performance achievements have increased before and after being given training

Abstract

Tax Volunteers are one of the govemment programa, especially the Directorate General of Taxes, which aims to increase tax inclusion and awareness of taxes in the community around Bengkayang Regency. The Shanti Bhuana Institute carries out tax center management recruitment for Shanti Bhuana Institute students who will become prospective tax volunteers, then interviewa and writing tests are carried out. The regionl office will inaugurate tax volunteers who pass the selection. These tax volunteers will help KP2KP in Bengkayang to help increase awareness of texpayers to always report tax obligations and help in filing out and reporting annual SPT a based-on e – filling. Apart from that, tax volunteer willalso help carry out socialization and assistance to taxpayers in watching NIK-NPWP

Abstract

This research paper explores the critical significance of listening competence and comprehension in English for vocational learners, with a focus on their implications for workforce readiness and organizational success. Employing a descriptive qualitative literature review approach, the study delves into the multifaceted nature of these skills, their competence levels, basic needs, and the pressing urgency surrounding their development within the realm of vocational education. The findings of this research reveal that listening competence extends far beyond passive listening, encompassing the ability to discern specific information, identify main ideas, make inferences, and engage in critical listening. These diverse competence levels mirror the complexity of communication within the professional world. Moreover, the study highlights the fundamental needs of vocational learners, emphasizing the importance of access to diverse listening materials, interactive learning opportunities, and tailored language support programs. The urgency surrounding the development of listening competence and comprehension arises from the forces of globalization and technological advancement. English has become the universal language for international business and communication, making strong listening skills a prerequisite for effective cross-cultural engagement

Abstract

This study examines the critical dimension of Human Resource Management (HR) in vocational schools, with a particular focus on the active role of students in shaping and maintaining an English-speaking environment. Using a literature review methodology, this study examines empirical evidence and scientific discussions related to students' contributions in shaping the English-speaking environment in vocational education institutions. The results reveal a nuanced perspective on human resources in vocational schools, where students go beyond passive recipients of language instruction, emerging as proactive agents shaping the linguistic landscape. The research covers a wide range of aspects of human resources, including student recruitment, training, motivation, and evaluation, all in the context of their involvement in developing an English-speaking environment. In addition, this study emphasizes the critical role of educators, policymakers, and administrators in facilitating student-driven HR initiatives. It emphasizes the need for a collaborative approach among these stakeholders to effectively empower students in their efforts to achieve English language proficiency. The synthesis of literature emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive educational ecosystem that promotes student autonomy and leadership. Abstract

The implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and the effectiveness of decision-making play a significant role in enhancing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to examine the influence of AIS and decision-making effectiveness on the performance of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District. Using a quantitative method and a saturated sampling technique involving 35 MSMEs, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the relationship between AIS, decision-making effectiveness, and MSME performance. The research findings indicate that the adoption of AIS has a significant positive impact on MSME performance, with MSMEs effectively utilizing AIS more likely to experience increased revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the effectiveness of decision-making was found to have a positive impact on MSME performance, enabling MSMEs to respond quickly to market changes, identify growth opportunities, and optimize resource allocation. By integrating quantitative and qualitative findings, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of the influence of AIS and decision-making effectiveness on MSME performance in Pematang Serai Village

Abstract

The success of bank companies in increasing profits can be seen from the effectiveness and efficiency of banks in using their assets optimally. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Credit Risk, Liquidity and Efficiency Level on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable and the influence of Company Value on investment decisions in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have met the criteria for the 2016-2022 period. The sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. The sample obtained was 12 banking companies from 41 populations. The research uses secondary data obtained from annual reports on each company's website. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using AMOS 23 software. The results of this research show that credit risk and the level of efficiency have a negative effect on profitability. Liquidity has no effect on profitability. Credit risk, liquidity and efficiency levels have a negative and significant effect on company value. Profitability has no effect on company value. Profitability mediates the influence of credit risk, liquidity, and efficiency level on company value. Company value has a positive effect on investment decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Financial Performance of Sharia Commercial Banks (2018-2022 Period). This study used a quantitative type of research. The data used in this study is secondary data, because the data is obtained from documents by browsing the official website of the Annual Report of Islamic commercial banks published on the website of each Company. In this study, the independent variables are Managerial Ownership (X1), Institutional Ownership (X2), Independent Board of Commissioners (X3) and Audit Committee (X4). The population of this study is all Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2018-2022 consisting of sixteen companies. Researchers sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS applications. The results of data analysis show that managerial ownership has no partial effect on financial performance. Institutional Ownership has no partial effect on Financial Performance. The independent board of commissioners partially influences Financial Performance. The audit committee has no partial effect on Financial Performance. Companies should always strive to maintain good corporate governance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Village government programs in efforts to improve community welfare in Perdamean Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, and to determine the inhibiting factors of Village government programs in efforts to improve community welfare in Perdamean Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses field research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources from the Perdamean Village Office. Abstract

Industri halal adalah proses pengolahan barang dengan dasar syariah sehingga produknya baik (thayib), sehat, aman, dan tidak berbahaya, sehingga halal untuk dikonsumsi, dinikmati, atau digunakan. Konsep halal tidak hanya berarti menghindari zat yang haram untuk dikonsumsi, tetapi juga mencakup kualitas dan keselamatan dalam berbagai aspek proses pengolahan, pengendalian, penyimpanan, pengemasan, transportasi, dan distribusi. Halal tidak hanya dianggap sebagai religi, tetapi juga dianggap sebagai konsep secara keseluruhan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan untuk dibahas lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengutamakan penggunaan metode yang sesuai dengan pokok penelitian.
