As a Industrial and warehousing area, tranportation marunda dominated by Container Truck and heavy Equipment. Main source of energy for industrial area came from coal and petroleum, and main source of energy for transportation activity came from petroleum, this is the main cause of air pollution in Marunda. Indication of high levels of air pollution can be seen by amount of dust (fine particles) that scattered on the floor. Based on existing studies has been known that air pollution has negative impact for human health. In this articles will be discussed level of air pollution in marunda based on the content of particulate matter 2.5, particulate matter 10 and Nitrogen Dioxide in the air.

Abstract

This study examines the critical dimension of Human Resource Management (HR) in vocational schools, with a particular focus on the active role of students in shaping and maintaining an English-speaking environment. Using a literature review methodology, this study examines empirical evidence and scientific discussions related to students' contributions in shaping the English-speaking environment in vocational education institutions. The results reveal a nuanced perspective on human resources in vocational schools, where students go beyond passive recipients of language instruction, emerging as proactive agents shaping the linguistic landscape. The research covers a wide range of aspects of human resources, including student recruitment, training, motivation, and evaluation, all in the context of their involvement in developing an English-speaking environment. In addition, this study emphasizes the critical role of educators, policymakers, and administrators in facilitating student-driven HR initiatives. It emphasizes the need for a collaborative approach among these stakeholders to effectively empower students in their efforts to achieve English language proficiency. The synthesis of literature emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive educational ecosystem that promotes student autonomy and leadership. Paradigm shift in viewing students as dynamic contributors in shaping the English-speaking environment in vocational schools

Abstract

The injector is a component that functions to atomize fuel in the combustion process, the performance of this injector is very influential on whether or not the combustion process is complete in a diesel generator. The combustion process is very important so that the diesel generator gets optimal performance so that it can properly supply the electricity needs on board. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data analysis techniques using fishbone diagrams and using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The indications that appear about the not optimal fogging is the high temperature of the exhaust gas, the exhaust gas is black in color and detonation appears. After analysis, several causes were found, one of which was a lack of pressure on the injector.
