Abstract

One of the factors that can influence the success of the mushroom business can be seen from the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of the oyster mushroom cultivation business. This research aims to analyze channel profits and marketing efficiency of white oyster mushroom cultivation businesses in Mataram City. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, collecting data obtained using survey and interview techniques. The unit of analysis is the oyster mushroom cultivation business in Mataram City. The determination of the area in this study was determined by "purposive sampling" in Mataram City. The determination of respondents was carried out by census, meanwhile. The data analysis used is marketing channel analysis and marketing efficiency. The research results show that the average profit obtained is IDR. 12,790,868 per area of cultivated land, during one production process. The marketing channel for white oyster mushrooms in Mataram City consists of two channels, channel I is a direct marketing channel, namely producers directly to final consumers and marketing channel II, namely farmers - retailers - final consumers. The marketing channel for white oyster mushrooms in Mataram City is considered efficient, because the producer share value in marketing channel I is 100% and marketing channel II is 80% with a marketing margin of Rp. 5,000/Kg so that marketing channels I and II are said to be efficient because they are greater than 60%

Abstract

The strategic role of human resources in organizations has received great attention in today's era of globalization. The West Kendari Sub-district Office faces significant challenges related to competency, job placement, and human resource development that affect employee performance. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by exploring the combined effect of the three variables on employee performance. The method used was a quantitative survey with a sample size of 33 respondents. The results showed that employee competence has the greatest influence on performance, followed by human resource development and job placement. Human resource development is proven to make a significant contribution in improving employee performance through continuous training programs. The combination of these three variables showed a greater influence than the influence of each variable separately, indicating the importance of an integrated and holistic approach to human resource management. This study provides empirical evidence that investment in the development of employee competencies and skills as well as proper placement is critical to achieving optimal performance. and ensure employee placement in accordance with employee expertise to improve performance

Abstract

National defense is a crucial aspect of maintaining the sovereignty and security of a nation. This study focuses on the influence of intrinsic motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of soldiers in Detachment Equipment XIV/3 Kendari. There is a lack of in-depth research on the impact of these two factors in a military context. The research method used is a survey with questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive influence on soldier performance. Additionally, OCB also has a significant positive influence on performance. The interaction between intrinsic motivation and OCB leads to greater performance improvement. These findings indicate that a comprehensive human resource development strategy, which includes enhancing intrinsic motivation and encouraging OCB behavior, is crucial for achieving optimal performance in a military environment. The practical implications of these findings are that developing effective policies and training programs should be a priority to improve soldier performance

Abstract

Special Efforts for the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers, Fishermen and Breeders to build local communities to improve welfare and a better standard of living, so that all people participate in all areas of life. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the form of protection and empowerment of Fishermen and Livestock Farmers in West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research method, the type of research used is literature research, observation and random approach to farmer groups, fishermen, and breeders in the field. The results of this study indicate that the role of the government in implementing protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders as Regulators, Facilitators, and Catalysts. Concretely, the form of protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders can be done by forming farmer groups to facilitate the distribution of information through agricultural counseling and training in general to groups of farmers, fishermen and breeders. Forms of protection - Farmer Protection and Empowerment is based on a. sovereignty; b. independence; c. usefulness; d. togetherness; e. integration; f. openness; g. efficiency-justice; and h. sustainability. The protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and livestock is the responsibility and obligation of the government must be carried out in a just, trustful, and non-discriminatory manner as a prerequisite for realizing welfare

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the demand for residential property in Yogyakarta for the period of Q1 to Q4 2024. The ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model is used to analyze historical data and determine the best model for each type of IHPR (Residential Property Price Index): simple, middle, and luxury. The results of the study show that the ARIMA (0,1,1) model is selected for simple IHPR, ARIMA (1,1,1) for middle IHPR, and ARIMA (1,1,0) for luxury IHPR. The forecasting results show a positive trend for all types of IHPR, indicating the growth of the residential property sector in Yogyakarta in the forecasted period. However, there is insignificance in the ARIMA (0,1,1) model for simple IHPR, so further research is needed to verify the forecasting results. Overall, this study provides an optimistic picture of the prospects for the residential property sector in Yogyakarta for the period of Q1 to Q4 2024. This information can help stakeholders make strategic decisions in the property industry

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of variables, namely the Influence of Financial Report Transparency and Zakat Management on Muzakki's Trust in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Bengkulu Representatives. As a non-profit organization, the Amil Zakat Institution needs to pay attention to the transparency of financial reports and zakat management regarding muzakki trust. In this research, data was collected through questionnaires distributed at the Bengkulu Representative Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) institution. The respondents in this study were muzakki BMH. The number of samples whose data were successfully processed was 84 muzakki. The sample selection method used is a non-probability method, namely convenience sampling, which is a sampling technique based on ease of access to members of the population. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive influence of transparency of financial reports and zakat management on muzakki trust. This means that the higher the transparency of the institution's financial reports and zakat management, the higher the muzakki's trust in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Bengkulu Representative.

Abstract

Social media offers high accessibility and broad reach. With relatively low costs, MSMEs can reach a larger and more diverse audience compared to traditional media. This research aims to understand how social media can be strategically utilized by MSMEs as a marketing communication tool to enhance their competitiveness and sales. This research is a literature review study with a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study were obtained from scholarly articles accessed through Google Scholar from 2014-2024. The study results show that social media has proven to be an essential element in marketing strategies for MSMEs. By effectively utilizing social media, MSMEs can build a strong online presence, engage in two-way dialogues with customers, maintain close relationships with existing customers, reach global markets at affordable costs, and better measure their marketing performance. Thus, social media not only becomes a communication tool but also a key to success for MSMEs in this digital era.

Abstract

Business is a word that we often hear in every conversation between people who are carrying out various activities. Business can be interpreted as a business in the world of trade or a certain business field. Business in general terms can be interpreted as an activity or activity which includes activities such as: producing goods/services, distributing goods/services, then selling them to consumers whose goods/services are useful for their daily lives. The aim of this research is to find out a picture of the implementation of the Dafsa Vouin business before and after a SWOT analysis. This type of research is qualitative with an individual interview method. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behavior. Data collection was carried out by the author directly from the original source or location where the research was carried out, up to finding ways to obtain it. The following are the results of interviews that have been answered by respondents with marketing strategies that have been carried out by business actors in providing services and promoting Vouin Dafsa businesses to consumers. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that there are several strategies used, namely SWOT analysis to improve the Vouin Dafsa business

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation in improving employee performance at Dewi Sri Store in Sumenep Regency. The main issues faced are the lack of recognition for work achievements, less conducive working conditions, inadequate reward and incentive systems, and ineffective communication between management and employees. A qualitative approach was used with in-depth interview and direct observation methods. The research results show that employee work motivation is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors include recognition and appreciation as well as training and development, which have been proven to increase employee enthusiasm and performance. Extrinsic factors encompass working conditions, reward and incentive systems, and effective communication between management and employees. This research reveals that consistent recognition, improvement of working conditions, competitive reward systems, transparent communication, and continuous training programs play a significant role in enhancing employee motivation and performance. The implementation of strategies that optimize these factors is expected to create a more productive and harmonious work environment, thereby improving overall employee performance and company success

Abstract

This study aims to: To determine the accountability of zakat fund management in BAZNAS Kolaka Regency based on Law No. 23 of 2011 and PSAK 109. The variable in this study is a single variable. The population in this study is the management of BAZNAS Kolaka Regency and the report on the management of zakat funds. The sample of this study is the management of BAZNAS Kolaka Regency consisting of four people representing each collection division, distribution division, utilization division, and reporting division and report on zakat fund management in 2021. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses qualitative descriptive, comparative analysis and the Gross Conformity Index formula. The results of this study show that the management of zakat in BAZNAS Kolaka Regency, includes the process of collecting, distributing, utilizing, and reporting zakat in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011. In terms of recognition, measurement and presentation have been in accordance with PSAK 109 based on IKK calculations. However, in terms of disclosure, the implementation of PSAK 109 is not appropriate based on the calculation of the IKK. Thus, BAZNAS of Kolaka Regency is not fully compliant with PSAK 109
