Abstract

Problems related to Islamic education management can not only be solved with one solution. However, with the application of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary science, problem solutions become more diverse and comprehensive. This study aims to explain how the application and implications of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary science in Islamic education curriculum management. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. The results of the analysis show that the importance of an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach in the study of the Islamic education management curriculum, especially in facing current national and global issues

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources. These natural resources will be of value if managed properly. This can lead to the creation of a business or business by utilizing existing natural resources. Tempura is one of the business districts in Magelang Regency, ranging from small-scale business centers to industrial scale. In Islam, a business person is not allowed to do business only to seek maximum profit. But you have to pay attention to ethics in doing business. This research examines the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the Brambang Salam restaurant, which is located in a boarding school environment. The research method used is qualitative research. The data used in this study are primarily in the form of interviews and documentation of informants. The sources used in this study included one manager, 2 employees, 3 students, and 3 administrators of the Islamic boarding school. The results of this study reveal that the Griya Dhahar Brambang Salam restaurant has carried out social responsibility based on Islamic business ethics. This can be seen in various aspects. First, the responsibility between humans and Allah, such as paying part of the electricity and water costs. Second, human-human responsibilities such as giving holiday allowances and recruiting employees. Third, social responsibility between humans and the environment, such as providing community service and making special waste disposal sites.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity on the stock prices of property and real estate companies. This research employs a quantitative method. The population of this study consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, comprising 10 companies based on their financial reports from 2018 to 2023, resulting in 60 data points. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. This study uses secondary data, which can be obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website accessible at www.idx.co.id. The data obtained were analyzed using the STATA 17 computer program. The study concludes that the debt-to-equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, the return on assets has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, and the return on equity has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices in the property and real estate sector.

Abstract

This study examines and identifies the impact of Sustainability Performance and ISO 14001 on the Company Performance of infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX. Data is collected from the company's annual report and sustainability report. Approach A quantitative approach is used to collect relevant data from the entire population of 63 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. After purposive sampling, 56 listed companies were finally considered. The authors measured Company Performance using Tobin's Q. After collecting the data, the authors analyzed it with multiple linear regression and MRA. The findings reveal the significant negative impact of Sustainability Performance and ISO 14001 on Company Performance. Furthermore, the variable Corporate Governance is proven not to moderate between Sustainability Performance and ISO 14001 on Company Performance

Abstract

The importance of conducting this research is further strengthened by data showing that MSMEs that adopt digital technology tend to experience a significant increase in sales compared to those that have not adopted it. This study aims to examine more deeply the effect of digital entrepreneurship implementation on increasing MSME sales. By understanding the factors that influence the success of digitalization, it is hoped that this research can provide appropriate recommendations for MSME players in implementing digital strategies. The research method used in this study is a literature study or literature review. Literature study is a research method that collects, analyzes, and interprets secondary data from various relevant sources. These sources include books, journal articles, research reports, and other reliable sources related to the research topic, namely the effect of implementing "digital entrepreneurship" in MSME players on increasing sales. This study shows that the implementation of digital entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on increasing sales of MSMEs in Indonesia. Although there are some barriers, the benefits derived from the adoption of digital technology are far greater. Therefore, efforts to encourage the digitalization of MSMEs must continue to be various stakeholders

Abstract

This article aims to find out the effect of providing work incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. This type of research is causal associative research. The variables of this research are independent variables, namely work incentives (X1), work motivation (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). In this study, the population is only 38 people, so that all employees in the Custom Clearance division at PT. The Jakarta Transportindo Agile Award was used as a sample. The data analysis consisted of validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of the data analysis show that the work incentive variable has a significant influence on employee performance. There is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The variables of work incentives and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of the partial and simultaneous determination coefficient test, it can be concluded that the work incentive variable (X1) has a weak influence on employee performance by 28.9%. The variable of work motivation also had a weak influence on employee performance by 13.8%. Simultaneously, the variables of work incentives and work motivation had a not very strong influence on employee performance by 35.6%, meaning that there were still 64.4% variations in employee performance that were influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and work enthusiasm on community satisfaction with social intelligence as an intervening variable at the Tilatang Kamang sub-district office. The method used is an analytical or reception survey with data analysis techniques of outer model testing, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. The sample was 100 residents of Tilatang Kamang District. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on social intelligence at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of work enthusiasm on social intelligence at the Tilatang Kamang Subdistrict Office. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of work morale on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of social intelligence on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. Social intelligence is able to mediate the influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. Social intelligence is able to mediate the influence of work morale on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office

Abstract

Education is considered the primary foundation for economic development. Through education, individuals acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively participate in the global economy. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in driving the economy through job creation, enhanced competition, and innovation. Entrepreneurship education can enhance individuals' abilities to start and manage their own businesses. This research aims to explore how human resource education can serve as an essential driver in advancing economic progress through entrepreneurship exploration. This study is a literature review using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024 through keywords HR Education, Economic Progress, Entrepreneurship. The study results indicate that human resource education plays a crucial role in driving a country's economy through harnessing entrepreneurial potential. Education is not only about transferring knowledge but also shaping character, skills, and attitudes that support innovation and competitiveness. In an increasingly interconnected global context, education also serves as a bridge between local innovation and the global market, creating an inclusive and sustainable environment for economic growth

Abstract

The regional autonomy system is an effort given to regional governments in the form of authority to manage and administer local affairs in accordance with the needs and characteristics of each region. Sources of regional income can come from, among others, the General Allocation Fund and Original Regional Income. The Flypaper Effect phenomenon can occur when local governments prioritize using transfer funds rather than PAD to meet spending needs. This research is a quantitative descriptive study to look at the Flypaper Effect phenomenon in Mataram City. The results show that Mataram City during the 2018 - 2022 period using Descriptive Statistical Analysis - Crosstab did not experience the Flypaper Effect phenomenon because Regional Original Income (PAD) on Regional Expenditures was greater than the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on Regional Expenditures. The results of this research indicate that the DAU allocation in Mataram City is in accordance with the aim of DAU allocation by the central government, namely encouraging a region to increase its own regional income by optimizing the potential and wealth that exists in that region

Abstract

This study aims to compare PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) financial performance in conditions before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, using secondary data, namely the Corporate Financial Report 2020-2023. Measuring a company's financial performance uses the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. The results of the study indicate that the company's performance tends to be better after the IPO compared to the performance before the IPO, both in terms of liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability.
