Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to employment and the Gross Domestic Product. The creative industry holds immense potential in driving economic growth, especially in the digital era. This research aims to analyze the role of innovation and creativity in business management to enhance SME economy in the creative industry. The research method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024. The study findings indicate that the creative industry has become one of Indonesia's most dynamic and rapidly growing economic sectors, with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) playing a vital role as engines of local economic growth, innovation sources, and creativity. Innovation and creativity are key to maintaining competitiveness, developing new products and services, and reaching broader markets. Through innovation, SMEs can develop unique and compelling products, enhance operational efficiency through technology adoption, and optimize marketing strategies and branding. Creativity in product design and customer experience is crucial for attracting consumer interest and distinguishing oneself from competitors

Abstract

Indonesia, situated within the Pacific Ring of Fire and tropical regions, faces significant vulnerability to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and floods. Its geographical conditions heighten the risk of frequent natural disasters, which often have extensive and profound impacts on society and the economy. This study aims to analyze the role of public administration in natural disaster mitigation and its implications for economic stability. It employs a literature review methodology with a qualitative approach, drawing data from scholarly articles available on Google Scholar from 2011 to 2024. The findings underscore the critical importance of public administration in disaster mitigation for maintaining the economic stability of the country. Indonesia, as a nation vulnerable to various natural disasters, has experienced serious human and material losses. The response from the government and related agencies, such as the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), has been pivotal in coordinating mitigation efforts, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery

Abstract

Job satisfaction is When an individual feels satisfied with his or her job, it manifests in a positive emotional disposition and passion for what they do. Work productivity is influenced by a nurse's job satisfaction which ultimately improves the standard of client care services. Management style is an important factor that affects employee satisfaction in the workplace. Leadership is the ability to manage an organization in such a way that individual and organizational goals are achieved. This study aims to determine the relationship between room manager management and nurse job satisfaction. The method used in this study is literature review. The main source of research data comes from an electronic database called Google Scholar for articles on hospital directors' leadership styles and nurses' performance satisfaction. Hasl data analysis showed that the relationship between room leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse and the remaining 2 articles did not show a relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the environmental care character formation program at SMPN 13 Sijunjung, describe effective strategies, and identify efforts to reduce plastic waste in schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study involved the principal, vice principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that environmental care characters have been formed through daily habits, supported by strategic school management including teacher training, socialization campaigns, curriculum integration, recycling facilities, collaboration with related parties, and periodic evaluations. This article is expected to increase environmental awareness and actions among junior high school students

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education can be an effective strategy and play a crucial role in introducing and fostering entrepreneurial interest among students, aiming to provide them with practical experience. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Universitas Adzkia. This research employs a quantitative method with simple linear regression. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents. The results indicate a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest among students of Universitas Adzkia. Various aspects of entrepreneurship education, including a comprehensive curriculum, practical experience, and mentorship support from lecturers, and how each of these aspects contributes to increasing entrepreneurial interest, are explored

Abstract

This study is entitled Overlay analysis of regional original revenue potential as one of the sources of regional revenue in Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 with the aim of analyzing the potential of regional original revenue of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 with several steps (1) analyzing PAD construction of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022, (2) analyzing PAD growth of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022, and (3) analyzing PAD potential of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 by calculating the yield of contributions and growth. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. This study was conducted in Central Lombok Regency at the regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). The method of data analysis used in this study is Overlay analysis. The results of this study are (1) pad contribution analysis of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 obtained an average result of 10.10% with unfavorable criteria, (2) PAD growth analysis of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 obtained an average result of 16.96%. (3) Overlay PAD analysis of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 obtained an average contribution of 0.99 (low) and an average growth of 1.00 (high) with potential criteria.

Abstract

Each employee receives education and training to obtain skills that suit the agency's needs. The aim of the research is to determine the analysis of the influence of the education variable (X1) and training variable (X2) of Human Resources on the employee performance variable (Y). The research location was carried out by researchers at BKPSDM Solok City using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of the research show that the HR education and training carried out by researchers has succeeded in finding that by increasing Human Resources training, employee performance will also increase in accordance with agency needs

Abstract

Post covid 19 pandemic is an important issue in the business world, especially in the hospitality sector, the implementation of health protocols is one of the references for consumers' sense of security to stay at the hotel, besides that massive promotions are carried out by hotels to attract consumer interest in making reservations in the post-pandemic era covid 19. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing health protocols and promotions on booking decisions for star hotels in Malang city. the method used is purposive sampling, with 120 respondents. the test used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the health protocol variable had a positive and significant effect on booking decisions for star hotels in Malang city, then the promotion variable had no effect on booking decisions for star hotels in Malang city. The F test shows that the health protocol and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on booking decisions for star hotels in Malang city

Abstract

The study aims to find out how much motivation influences the tendency of accounting fraud in the Solok City Regional Apparatus Organization. The research sample of 72 respondents consisted of the Head, Head of Finance, and treasurer in each OPD in Solok City.   Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale.  Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that overall, there was no significant influence of motivation on the tendency of accounting fraud in the Solok City regional apparatus organization

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, motivation, skill development, and employee productivity in five creative companies in Bandung. The sample consisted of 100 employees who completed a questionnaire covering these key variables. Quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics to describe the means and standard deviations of the variables, as well as inferential statistics including correlation tests and regression analysis to explore the relationships between variables. Results show that high levels of job satisfaction, motivation, and continuous skills development are positively and significantly correlated with increased employee productivity. The managerial implications of these findings suggest the importance of effective human resource management strategies to improve organizational performance and maintain competitiveness in the creative industry. Future research could explore additional factors that influence productivity, as well as examine the impact of management interventions to improve positive working conditions for employees
