Abstract

This research reveals the financial records of culinary business MSMEs in the South Tangerang area by tracing how they carry out financial records in their businesses which are still running today. This research helps to find out how research subjects interact in managing their finances, helps understand the views, attitudes and behavior of MSMEs towards financial reports for the sustainability of their business. The Status Quo theory is used by researchers to understand and analyze the situation of MSME actors regarding accounting understanding. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 MSME actors in the culinary sector and then analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research findings show that the majority of MSMEs have not recorded their finances optimally. They still use traditional methods such as recording sales manually and do not meet financial accounting standards (SAK EMKM). The research recommendation is that MSME players need to improve their ability to carry out good and correct financial records for business continuity. The role of government and academics is needed to provide understanding and knowledge for MSMEs in the South Tangerang region, this can take the form of training on basic financial accounting, and implementing a simple recording system with the help of simple software

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using the Santri Identity Card (SIC) on the management of pocket money among students at the API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collected through interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with 10 students, 5 administrators, and 5 parents of students at API ASRI Islamic Boarding School in Tegalrejo. The data analysis technique utilized is an interactive model analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the use of SIC aids students in various aspects of pocket money management. Firstly, regarding budgeting, SIC allows students to plan their expenditures for various needs such as food, entertainment, savings, and other necessities. Secondly, students can identify spending priorities, helping them distinguish between needs and wants, thereby prioritizing more important expenditures. Thirdly, by recording every expense using SIC, students can track their money usage, which aids in financial control and planning. Lastly, the introduction of financial goals through SIC motivates students to save and plan for specific purchases or vacations. Overall, the use of SIC has proven effective in enhancing students' pocket money management skills, fostering better and more responsible financial habits

Abstract

The development of the trade industry, the competition between the Traditional Market and the Modern Market has become increasingly significant in competing for the buying power of visitors. This study aims to find out the competition that occurs between modern markets and traditional markets based on the perspective of visitors' purchasing power. This research uses a descriptive approach which is an effort to understand social phenomena that occur through in-depth interpretation and analysis. Data collection was carried out through observation and direct interviews. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that the differences in characteristics between the two markets are that traditional markets offer unique cultural characteristics and traditional shopping experiences, while Modern Markets offer convenience, a wide variety of products, and modern facilities. Visitors' purchasing power is influenced by consumers' personal preferences, where traditional markets are more attractive to those who value interpersonal relationships and intimate shopping experiences, while modern markets are preferred by consumers who are looking for convenience and a diverse selection of products. The role of branding, marketing, and product innovation has a significant impact on the purchasing power of visitors in both types of markets. Traditional markets tend to rely on seller reputation and interpersonal relationships, while modern markets are more focused on digital marketing strategies and social media influencers

Abstract

Currently, there are many unemployed people who are college graduates. This is due to the limited abilities possessed by graduates and the needs desired by industry. At the tertiary level, it is necessary to direct and educate students to have an entrepreneurial character so that they can develop in the outside world. This research focuses on finding out students' interest in creating or running a business. The sample used as data is students in Surakarta who have completed entrepreneurship courses. The type of research used is quantitative, with techniques used including instrument testing, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. Research respondents were obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and using SPSS. The results of this research state that all variables have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the research results, universities need to improve Entrepreneurship Education and Motivation because it can be the basis or motivation that comes from within students to set up a business. Apart from that, it is also necessary to improve those that come from outside such as the Environment and Income Expectations

Abstract

This research aims find out how big influence content marketing Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) TikTok shop social media purchasing decisions Generation Z skincare products Bengkulu City. research sample 160 Generation Z respondents Bengkulu City purchased skincare products TikTok shop social media. analysis data collection questionnaire Likert scale. results t test results, calculated t value content marketing variable (X1) is 7.329 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.05, means H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, content marketing variable has an influence on purchasing decisions (Y). calculated t value electronic word of mouth variable (X2) is 5.214 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.05, H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, electronic word of mouth variable influence on purchasing decisions (Y). From results F test, the calculated F is 196.632 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.005, this H0 is rejected, and Ha accepted. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the social and economic landscape around the world, increasing poverty levels and economic uncertainty. In this context, this study adopts a longitudinal approach and a digital economy perspective to analyze the post-pandemic poverty phenomenon. With a focus on Surabaya City, East Java, this study identifies poverty trends, patterns of access to and use of digital technology, and their impact on people's income and welfare. The results show significant fluctuations in poverty levels, with digital technology playing a role in increasing income and access to health and education services. Correlation analysis confirms a negative relationship between the use of digital technology and poverty rates. The findings highlight the importance of investment in technology infrastructure, digital literacy training, and digital inclusion policies to ensure the benefits of digital technology are equitably distributed across society. In conclusion, this study illustrates the important role of digital technology in addressing post-pandemic poverty, providing important insights for public policy and community development practice.

Abstract

In today's digital era, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important components in the national and global economy. In the context of MSMEs in Indonesia, managing and controlling information system security is a very important thing to pay attention to. This article discusses the urgency of steps that need to be taken to support the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The approach used is library research. Based on the results of the literature study, it was found that the management and control of information systems really need to be applied to MSMEs in Indonesia. This is because threats to information systems and technology in MSMEs are unavoidable conditions. Generally, MSMEs already know this, but they have only taken the most basic information system management and control actions, and there are still many MSMEs that have not taken information system management and control actions.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a must for companies in facing the competitive business era. Information Systems has a role in Digital Business Transformation by emphasizing the importance of efficient information system integration. This study uses a qualitative method with an analytical approach and literature study. Data is taken from various source searches such as books, scientific journal articles, and research reports The appropriate sources will be analyzed against discussions related to the role of information systems in the digital transformation of businesses in companies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that information systems play a key role in managing operations, improving individual performance, and supporting the company's strategic decisions. In the context of digital transformation, the integration of people/employees, business, and technology components is an important factor in optimizing the benefits of digitalization. Strong leadership is needed to change the company's culture to be customer-oriented and able to adapt to changing market needs. By understanding the role of information systems and the integration of digital transformation components, companies can improve operational efficiency, respond to market changes more dynamically, and create added value for customers

Abstract

This study aims to identify digital leadership strategies that are effective in improving employees' work innovation behavior at Sinar Murni Banten Savings and Loan Cooperative. Using a quantitative approach with survey techniques, data was collected from 100 cooperative employees who have at least one year of work experience and are involved in the use of digital technology in their daily work. The results showed that digital leadership has a significant influence on employees' creativity, proactivity, and ability to implement new ideas. Regression analysis revealed that digital leadership strategies contributed 37% to the variability of employees' innovative work behavior. Leaders who integrate digital technology in their managerial strategies can encourage employees to be more creative and proactive in completing their tasks. In conclusion, an effective digital leadership strategy can improve operational efficiency and create added value for cooperatives through the development of employee work innovation behavior. This research suggests that cooperatives should continue to develop technological infrastructure, initiatives to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the digital era

Abstract

E-commerce has experienced rapid growth with the adoption of digital technology particularly in Southeast Asia. AI enables Shopee to provide personalized product recommendations, responsive customer service, and secure shopping experiences. This study analyzes the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in enhancing user experience on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The research employs a mixed-method approach involving 400 Shopee users in Indonesia. Product recommendation and user experience personalization both significantly increase user satisfaction. User experience personalization has a greater influence than product recommendations in increasing user satisfaction. The implications of this study suggest that AI not only enhances Shopee's operational efficiency but also strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty, making it a key element in maintaining competitiveness in today's competitive e-commerce industry
