Abstract

This study aims to analyze the system of financial performance in dump truck business in Hatu village. Assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyzes can be carried out, one of which is ratio analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Dump Truck business in terms of financial ratio analysis. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using ratio measurements of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. Research data and information were obtained from the Dump Truck Business. Based on the liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio, it shows that the current ratio in 2016 was 5.25%, 2017 was 4.81%, and 2018 was 3.83%. , This proves that DT's business is categorized in good standard criteria (liquid). From the solvency ratio in terms of the asset to debt ratio, it shows that the asset to debt ratio in 2016 was 12.3%, in 2017 it was 12.85%, and in 2018 it was 21.05%. This proves that DT's business is at very good standard criteria (solvable). Based on the profitability ratio in terms of return on equity, it shows that the return on equity in 2016 was 75.04%, in 2017 it was 59.16%, and in 2018 it was 63.28%. Thus, from a profitability standpoint, it shows that DT's business is at a good criterion standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, and tax write-off programs on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Manyar Surabaya. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula. The samples obtained amounted to 100 motorized vehicle taxpayers registered at SAMSAT Manyar Surabaya. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to motor vehicle taxpayers registered at SAMSAT Manyar Surabaya. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 26 application.The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness does not have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions do not have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, and the tax bleaching program has an influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Manyar Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Role of the Sangosay Credit Cooperative in the Development of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Sector in the Maumere Branch. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with primary data and secondary data as data sources. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Maumere Branch Sangosay Credit Cooperative does not only act as a financial institution to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in obtaining business capital but also as a money depository institution and as a facilitator. The role as a facilitator includes management facilitators in terms of providing socialization and assistance to MSME players, but the Sangosay Credit Cooperative has not yet carried out its role as a marketing facilitator and financial facilitator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at Grasindo Book Store Lubuk Linggau.. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at Grasindo Book Store Lubuk Linggau.. The population and samples used were 60 employees. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Supervision has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 4.905 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 2)Organizational Commitment has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance with tcount = 5.060 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 3) Supervision and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance with Fcount = 18.127 > Ftable = 3.18 significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that supervision and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Grasindo Book Store Lubuk Linggau.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. Associative type of research. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test. using the help of SPSS Version 26. The population is PT financial report data. Nippon Indosari Corporindo. The sample used was purposive sampling by taking certain samples with data available for the last 10 years, namely from 2012-2021. Based on the results of research and analysis, it shows that Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over have a partially negative effect on Return On Assets at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk, while the Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio has a partial effect on PT's return on assets. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Training, Green Recruitment and Selection, and Green Empowerment on Green Performance Management at the Ahass Motorcycle Repair Shop, Bantul. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach. Primary data collection is distributing questionnaires to 214 respondents with a sampling technique using double sampling. The analysis tool is the validity test along with the Smart program reliability test (PLS) version 4.0, with Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the basis of the approach. The results of the study show that if Green Training has a positive and significant effect on Green Performance Management, Green Recruitment and Selection has a positive and significant effect on Green Performance Management, and Green Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Green Performance Management.

Abstract

PT. Wijaya Karya, Tbk. It continues to increase from year to year, while the condition of net profit at PT. Wijaya Karya, Tbk. experienced a very significant decline in profit. Meanwhile, the condition of Total Current Assets at PT. Wijaya Karya, Tbk. Experiencing Fluctuations. Meanwhile, regarding income conditions at PT. Wijaya Karya, Tbk. Experiencing a very significant decline, the aim of this research is to find out and analyze how well the financial performance of PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. In measuring the company's financial performance, the data analysis technique used is the financial liquidity ratio which includes the Current Ratio and profitability ratio which includes the net profit margin, the research method uses descriptive analysis and the One Sample t Test with the help of SPSS version 20. The sample used is purposive sampling is a technique for determining certain considerations. With the criteria (1) the latest data for 10 consecutive years, namely 2012-2021 (2) availability of data that can be accessed by the author, (3) 10 year sample data already represents existing population data for research needs. Based on the results of research and analysis, it shows that the company's financial performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. Judging from the liquidity ratio analysis, Current Racio is considered to be performing poorly and in terms of the profitability ratio analysis, Net Profit Margin is considered to be performing well.

Abstract

The demand for high employee performance has actually become part of a company, because a successful organization cannot be separated from the performance of the employees who work in that organization, making human assets that can create ideal implementation so that organizational goals will be achieved. Discussing employee performance cannot be separated from the factors that can influence a person's performance (Saputra, 2023). Considering that employee performance problems are very complex, parties involved in the company must be careful in observing existing resources. Employee performance is greatly influenced and depends on the quality and competitive ability of the human resources they have. An employee's performance is an individual matter, because each employee certainly has a different level of ability or expertise in carrying out their duties. Management can measure employees based on the performance of each employee (Adha, 2019). Work motivation and performance are parts that are interrelated with each other, increasing work motivation will influence increased performance and vice versa. Work motivation is a stimulus or stimulus for each employee to work in carrying out their duties. With good motivation, employees will feel happy and enthusiastic at work, resulting in significant development and growth in the organization. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover on share prices at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used are all financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss reports of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk has been listed on the IDX for 45 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 consecutive years, namely 2013-2022. The data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study techniques, namely by searching for information through books, journals and other literature. The data analysis used in this research is the Simple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient and Determination Test, and t Test. The research results show that there is no significant influence between fixed asset turnover on share prices at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk.
