JASDIM - Jurnal Pariwisata, Bisnis Digital dan Manajemen adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Nusa Mandiri, Indonesia. JASDIM merupakan jurnal yang diperuntukan dalam bidang keilmuan ekonomi dan bisnis yang mencakup terkait pengetahuan dan wawasan pengembangan manajemen dan bisnis khususnya di Indonesia. Adapun kajian keilmuan artikel pada jurnal JASDIM diantaranya diperuntukan untuk bidang ilmu manajemen, bisnis digital dan pariwisata atau perhotelan. Tujuan utama pada jurnal ini yaitu sebagai wadah penyebarluasan artikel ilmiah dibidang Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang bersifat terbuka untuk mahasiswa, peneliti ataupun akademisi baik dilingkungan internal Universitas Nusa Mandiri dan juga eksternal Universitas Nusa Mandiri. Jurnal JASDIM diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Nusa Mandiri menggunakan dua bahasa yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa bahasa Inggris dengan memiliki P-ISSN : 2964-2094 dan E-ISSN: 2964-4607 serta terbit sebanyak 2 kali dalam 1 tahun pada bulan Mei dan bulan November. Focus & Scope Jurnal JASDIM Nusa Mandiri dimaksudkan sebagai media pengkajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis-kritis terhadap permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan ilmu Manajemen, Binis Digital dan Pariwisata atau Perhotelan, baik nasional maupun internasional. Artikel ilmiah yang dimaksud berupa kajian teori dan kajian empiris ilmu-ilmu terkait, yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan disebarluaskan secara nasional dan internasional. Abstract

Abstrak- Menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu tujuan dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan. Setiap tahunnya selalu terdapat siswa yang menjadi lulusan terbaik. Terkadang menentukan siswa sebagai lulusan terbaik diantara sekian banyak lulusan bukanlah pekerjaan yang mudah. Tanpa adanya kriteria yang jelas dan perhitungan yang akurat, maka proses pembuatan keputusan dapat menimbulkan kecemburuan dan persoalan. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam proses menentukan lulusan terbaik adalah belum adanya system pendukung keputusan yang berjalan dan belum adanya system pembobotan dalam setiap kriteria. Kriteria dalam menentukan lulusan bergantung pada nilai akademik saja, sedangkan siswa diharapkan memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan dapat mengembangkan minat dan bakatnya pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu bagi sekolah SMKN 1 Kemangkon dalam pengambilan keputusan pada proses penentuan lulusan terbaik. Agar tujuan dapat tercapai dengan baik maka diterapkanlah salah satu metode dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif dari semua atribut. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matrik keputusan (X) ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Kata kunci : Lulusan Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Abstract

The transition to technological progress is currently so fast, the library of SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta has such great user enthusiasm, by having a series of books that vary and of course comply with library standards. To be able to borrow books for a relatively long time, students are required to become members of the school library. The flow of student book borrowing and students choose the type of book they want, then the book is handed over to the librarian to be recorded in the library's main book. When returning a book, students submit the book to the librarian and the officer validates or checks the data on the borrowing date and the date of returning the book. Problems experienced by students such as searching in advance for the category of books they want to borrow, students submitting library membership cards to be filled in with administrative data for borrowing or returning books which are still done manually. Students and students must remember the difference between the borrowing date and the return date, if it exceeds the loan time limit, the student will get a fine due to delays in returning books. Abstract

The agricultural sector plays an important role in the nation's economy. This is because the agricultural sector provides the main job opportunities for residents in rural areas, and serves as a provider of food for the population. Besides that, agriculture is also one of the backbones of the nation's economy and supports the country's development. This study aims to analyze the saving behavior of coffee and clove farmers who live in Central Java, especially in Kendal, Temanggung, and Batang districts based on income levels, consumption patterns, and saving patterns owned by farmers. Data collected by a number of 102 respondents obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that the income level, consumption patterns, and saving patterns of coffee and clove farmers in central java influence each other. This research is expected to provide benefits and information regarding the importance of financial management, especially in 3 aspects, namely consumption patterns, savings patterns and investment patterns so that farmers have good and correct household financial management.

Abstract

In this Jurnal the author conducted research on REDTOP Hotel And Convention Center in Jakarta in the Housekeeping Department. REDTOP Hotel and Convention Center is a four-star hotel right in the Center of Jakarta area. Understanding Room Attendant to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which applies to the perceived level of guest statisfaction during the stay, it is intended that the quality of existing services in REDTOP Hotel and Convention Center for the better in the eyes of the guest who come This research was conducted to determine the strategic role of room attendance in increasing customer satisfaction and room occupancy rates from January to March. The results were obtained through the method of data collection and observation with the service provided in accordance with applicable regulations. The results obtained are an increase in service satisfaction of Room Antendant by 76% from January to February and an increase in service satisfaction of 84% from February to March at the Red Top Hotel and Convention center Of both methods are expected to answer the fundamental problems of research : “The role of the room attendant improves the quality of service for the guest statisfaction at Red Top Hotel and Convention Centre.”

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan sektor paling prioritas dalam segala bidang. Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu unit pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan yang harus berjalan terpadu untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan, yaitu terciptanya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu parameter untuk menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yaitu di instansi rumah sakit dengan memberikan kualitas dan mutu pelayanan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kebertahanan karyawan di RSU Puri Raharja. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSU Puri Raharja dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu: gaji di bawah UMK, bekerja lebih dari 3 tahun mengisi kuesioner berjumlah 110. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuisioner yang diisi melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t parsial, uji f simultan. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif kebertahanan karyawan, artinya semakin meningkatnya kompensasi karyawan, maka akan berdampak pada semakin menurun keinginan untuk keluar dan tetap bertahan karyawan. (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebertahanan, artinya semakin baik pengembangan karir yang diperoleh, maka akan semakin meingkatkan tingginya tingkat kebertahanan karyawan. (3) Hubungan Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kebertahan, artinya semakin baik hubungan interpersonal yang diperoleh, maka akan dapat meningkatkan semakin tingginya tingkat kebertahanan karyawan.

Abstract

Jatinangor is one of the sub-districts in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. The Janitangor District Office has 18 service products to serve the community, including making Family Cards and E-KTP. Administratively, Jatinangor District is divided into 12 villages, 137 RW and 515 RT with an area of ​​26.20 Km² (26.200 Ha). Thisiistudyiiaimsiito determine theiieffectiiofiithe variable digitization of public services and human resource competence on community satisfaction at the Jatinangor District office. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach with a total of 100 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 20 and data analysis techniques using descriptive and verification methods. The results of the study indicate that the digitization of public services and the competence of human resources both have a positive and significant influence on people's satisfaction. Simultaneously the digitization of public services and human resource competencies have a significant effect on people's satisfaction.

Abstract

Money Management or financial arrangements are of course now becoming an important matter where now the situation is uncertain going forward so it is necessary to have financial arrangements at this time so that in the future there will be no shortage of funds. However, in this study the subject of this study is a community of gamers who have an interesting view of their pattern in managing their finances or how to spend them. Therefore, this study aims to look at the Financial Attitude and Emotional Intelligence of gamers in their community to see whether these variables influence how they manage their finances. Thus the researchers in their study used the Outer fit Model and Goodness Fit Outer Model Evaluation methods, as well as Hypothesis Testing. The resul, when viewed from the results of this study, there is a significant relationship between these 2 variables in their view of their financial management. They are also aware of the importance of managing their finances.

Abstract

The hotel kitchen which functions as a production room that processes food ingredients from raw materials to food ingredients that are ready to be served and sold to hotel guests. What must always be kept clean so that the processed food is not contaminated with germs caused by the equipment used or raw materials used in the kitchen area is responsible for food production within the food & beverage department. This organization shows the positions and titles of kitchen staff from the top to the bottom. By looking at the meaning of the function and role of the kitchen in a hotel, and the parts of the kitchen in the hotel and the organization of staff in the hotel kitchen, the author is interested in taking the title: "Strategy and Role of the Kitchen to Improve Operations at the Best Western Premier Hotel The Hive Cawang , East Jakarta".

Abstract

Food and Bakery is one of the departments in the F&B product in a hotel which is a place where various processed cakes and breads are processed which guests will enjoy. A baker must have a disciplined, agile, creative attitude and must always innovate. to always develop existing preparations into new products so that customers or connoisseurs of pastry and bakery preparations are increasingly interested and want to try these processed products, especially since processed pastry and bakery products are always a dessert. To find out the efforts to improve pastry and bakery products at the Bast Western Premier Hotel The Hive Cawang, East Jakarta, the researchers conducted research directly to the hotel. The research method used to conduct this research was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study, the researchers concluded that in the processing of pastry and bakery every employee, both staff and deily workers, must follow existing management standards and recipes, both good quality raw materials, dosage, and processing techniques that aim to produce processed pastry and bakery products that are of good quality and in accordance with the standards that have been set so that there are more efforts to improve processing related to F&B at the hotel
