Abstract

In the school-based curriculum of fine arts, a school can teach its material to students, including making crafts from ceramics. This research discusses the use of ceramics as a medium for teaching fine arts to elementary school students in “SDIT” Permata Hati, Banjarnegara. This research employed qualitative design with the interdisciplinary approach. It used observation, interview, and literature reviews to collect the data. The data were validated using triangulation. The research followed the sequence of analysis starting from data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research found that ceramics, as the medium of teaching fine arts, can initiate ideas and creativity for the children. Then, the teaching of fine arts teaches the students to appreciate and create artworks in SDIT Permata Hati inside and outside of the school in the centre of ceramics artisans.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diambil meliputi: kegiatan proses pembelajaran sen rupa dan informan meliputi kompetensi guru-guru seni rupa SMA N. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi Guru Seni Rupa SMA N 1 Banjarnegara dalam hal kepribadian berkategori sangat baik, dan sosial berkategori sangat baik. Guru seni rupa SMA N 1 Bawang dalam hal kepribadian berkategori sangat baik, pedagogik berkategori sangat baik, profesional berkategori baik, dan sosial berkategori sangat baik. SMA N 1 Wanadadi dalam hal kepribadian berkategori sangat baik, profesional berkategori sangat baik, dan sosial berkategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Abstract

Game online yang terhubung melalui jaringan internet mempertemukan para pemain yang berada di lokasi berbeda. Namun, para pemain ini bertemu untuk hobi dan tujuan yang sama, yakni menang. Karena itu, para pemain game online yang berada di lokasi berbeda ini pun kemudian membentuk kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada komunikasi para pemain game dalam sebuah kelompok yang sama melalui aplikasi tambahan Discord. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Etnografi virtual.  Penelitian ini dibuat dengan maksud mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan ragam bahasa kelompok pemain game online sebagai komunikasi dalam ruang virtual menggunakan aplikasi ketiga seperti Discord dalam mencapai tujuan untuk menang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Komunikasi virtual yang terjadi di dalam Discord pada komunitas pemain game online Point Blank terjadi pada ruang publik, sehingga semua anggota bisa melihat pesan yang dikirim oleh anggota lainnya. Komunikasi virtual antaranggota yang terjadi kerap memuat bahasa-bahasa yang mengandung unsur ejekan ke sesama anggota lainnya, namun bahasa-bahasa ejekan yang digunakan tidak menggunakan bahasa yang vulgar atau frontal yang bisa mengarah pada tindakan cyberbullying ataupun penghinaan, lebih kepada bahasa ejekan yang halus tanpa mengandung unsur SARA dan hanya sekedar lelucon kepada sesama anggota komunitas.

Abstract

This research is driven by multiple factors, including the presence of a societal belief that students' intelligence can only be measured in specific subjects and accomplishments, despite the fact that intelligence is diverse. Additionally, there is an imbalance in assessing the three domains of cognition, emotion, and physical movement. Therefore, it is recommended to use authentic assessment as a balanced approach to evaluating learning in these domains. Furthermore, there is a lack of awareness within the Muslim community about the importance of physical movement intelligence, which actually aligns with the Prophet's teachings. The objective of this research is to raise awareness among the public and the education community that kinesthetic intelligence is a fundamental aspect of human intelligence. Developing this intelligence can lead to the acquisition of strong physical skills. It is important for the Muslim community to recognize the value of physical intelligence from an Islamic perspective, as advised by the Prophet. This research is qualitative in nature and adopts a descriptive approach. The findings indicate that kinesthetic intelligence can enhance students' psychomotor abilities, improve social interactions, and promote physical well-being. Individuals with kinesthetic intelligence can pursue further education and careers in fields that align with their intelligence, such as athletics, choreography, acting, and modeling. Teaching methods that can be employed to develop this intelligence include demonstrations, theater classes, and role-playing.

Abstract

Abstract : Buy back guarantee  is a guarantee from the developer for mortgage repayment provided by the bank to customers / debtors by  buying back housing units purchased by buyers  / customers. In practice,  the buyback made by  the developer from the bank is in accordance with the remaining debt(outstanding) of the last home ownership loan  in the bank. This means  that the buy back guarantee made by the developer is the price of the house  at the time of purchase minus the down payment cost of the house that has  been received by the developer and the installment of home ownership loans that have been received by the  bank  from customers.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the developer's responsibility to banks that provide Home Ownership Loans (KPR) to customers with  a buy back guarantee  and to  analyze the legal protection of customers in buying back guarantees for down payments that have been paid to  developers and credit installments that have been paid to banks.  This research uses  normative juridical research methods or  doctrinal legal research,  namely research that emphasizes the analysis of legal issues by using legal  principles, laws and literature materials related to the legal issues researched and analyzed in this study.The result of this study is the developer's responsibility for banks that provide Home Ownership Loans (KPR) to customers with a buy-back guarantee guarantee is to  carry out a buyback of the house that is collateral by paying the remaining  debt from the customer to the bank. Legal protection for customers  in buying back guarantees for advances that have been paid to developers  and credit installments that have been paid to banks has not been regulated in the legislation, so that  the status of advances in the event of cancellation of the agreement (default) by the buyer is the buyer / customer Cannot ask for back the down payment that has been given to the seller. In addition, the developer only returns  to the buyer/customer the  mortgage installment money that the buyer/customer has paid to the bank, because it is considered a customer's risk as a defaulting debtor.Keywords : Responsibility, Home Ownership Credit, Buy Back Guarantee

Abstract

Meeting fans is something that is difficult to realize during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the entertainment industry reproduces the relationship between fans and celebrities through social media-mediated fan encounters in order to balance the impact of business and intimate relationships with fans. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, the author explores celebrity and fan interactions at South Korean celebrity Lee Sung Kyung's fanmeeting via TikTok using Horton and parasocial theory. Previous research has not explained the interactions between celebrities and fans when fanmeetings take place in virtual spaces with a qualitative approach. The form of virtual fanmeetings actually repeats previous offline fanmeetings. Both sell artist personas as commodities. However, the absence of physical interaction makes these virtual fanmeetings very difficult to distinguish from broadcasts on conventional television. The author believes that fanmeetings are offline products that cannot be replaced with virtual content because they do not involve voluntary interactions such as hugs, handshakes, or other physical interactions that play a role in physical and emotional intimacy. This research strengthens Horton & Wohl's (11956) that the interaction between the audience and the celebrity is actually one-sided, not dialectical, controlled by the celebrity, and there is no mutual development of the relationship. Furthermore, celebrity parasocial interaction in this study is shown as "selective self-presentation of the sender of the message" in mediated communication.

Abstract

The abundant amount of cassava stem waste in Indonesia has not been utilized optimally. As an effort to optimize the utilization of cassava stem waste, it is used as a raw material for mosquito coils with the addition of active ingredients as insect repellents. One of the natural insect repellents is lemon peel which contains limonoids as an active substance. In the making processing of mosquito coils, adhesives are also needed. so that the composition of waste cassava stems, lemon peel, and adhesive affects the characteristics of mosquito coils. Important parameters that were observed to obtain the characteristics of mosquito coils were shatter resistance index, moisture content, density, burn duration, smoke distribution, and organoleptic tests.  Result of research of P1 showing until P5 have an effect on burn duration. Weight one mosquito coils at various treatment gyrate 11,39-17,04 and old burn 7,1 hour - 8 hour Keyword: Burn Duration, Lemon Peel, Mosquito Coils.
