Abstract

RH Farm is a hydroponic agribusiness that focuses on water spinach as the main commodity and is a regular supplier for Kluwih restaurants and several direct consumers. The research was conducted to find out how the supply chain activities for water spinach vegetable products in the RH Farm hydroponic business and the effectiveness of the supply chain being implemented. Researchers will analyze the overview and risk factors of the entire supply chain. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with House of Risk (HOR) and Aggregate Potential Risk (APR). Based on the research results, the main factor influencing supply chain activities in the RH Farm hydroponic business was the lack of effective communication between workers with an APR value of 216 with an occurrence value of 9, a severity value of 8, and a risk correlation value of 3.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the percentage of Original Regional Income (PAD) and the percentage of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in Jombang Regency. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive method that collects secondary data from official sources, such as local government financial reports. The research findings show that there has been a fluctuation in the ratio of PAD to APBD in Jombang Regency within the specified period. One of the implications of this research is the importance of increasing Original Regional Income as a source of original regional income for local governments in managing the APBD.

Abstract

SMEs face various challenges because human resources are the main asset in their operations. One important aspect of human resource management is appropriate compensation. SME XYZ is an SME engaged in the food and beverage (F&B) sector. This study evaluates the compensation system at SME XYZ. The methods used for evaluating the compensation system at SME XYZ are the adhered method and the overlapping method. This research is expected to provide new insights for SME XYZ owners in Bekasi City as an evaluation material for their compensation system. Based on the calculations of both methods, it is found that the compensation at SME XYZ is currently considered ideal as it falls within the specified range and meets the criteria

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance structure and identify superior industrial clusters in Indonesia. Using secondary data from various sources, this research adopts a quantitative and qualitative approach to evaluate industrial performance based on key economic indicators such as production growth, productivity and contribution to GDP. Cluster analysis techniques are used to group industries that show superior performance. The analysis results show that several industrial clusters, such as high-tech manufacturing and financial services, perform much better than other sectors. These findings provide important insights for policy makers and industry players in formulating more effective and sustainable economic development strategies.

Abstract

The economic crisis that hit Indonesia has resulted in fundamental fragility in various aspects of state life. The impact of this crisis is not only limited to the economic sector, but also extends to the social, political and government sectors. This research analyzes how the crisis affects the economic structure, political stability and social welfare of society. Through a qualitative approach using case study methods, this research found that the fundamental fragility that occurred was caused by weak economic infrastructure, rampant corruption and ineffective government policies. In addition, this crisis exacerbates social inequality and results in increasing poverty and unemployment rates. This study recommends the need for structural reforms and more inclusive and transparent policies to mitigate the impact of the crisis and strengthen Indonesia's fundamental foundations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparative structure of industry and its development in various economic sectors. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data obtained from various reliable sources, including industry reports, government publications, and economic databases. The analytical methods used include financial ratio analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis to identify patterns and trends in industry structure. The research results show that there are significant differences in industrial structure between different sectors, with some sectors showing faster growth and better adaptation to technological and market changes. These findings provide important insights for policy makers and industry players to formulate more effective strategies in managing industrial development and increasing economic competitiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences and similarities between basic industrial strategy and orientation strategy in the context of business development. A basic industrial strategy covers the general approaches used by companies to operate in a particular industry, including competitive analysis, supply chain, and risk management. On the other hand, onboarding strategy focuses on adjusting and adapting business strategies to changes in the external environment, such as technology, regulations and consumer preferences. Through literature studies and case analysis, this research finds that the integration of these two strategies can provide significant competitive advantages for companies. The success of implementing a basic industrial strategy is greatly influenced by the company's ability to adapt its orientation strategy according to market dynamics and the business environment. This research concludes that a deep understanding of these two types of strategies and their appropriate implementation can help companies improve their business performance and sustainability.

Abstract

Economic inequality is a complex phenomenon that occurs in various countries, including Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the causes, consequences and solutions of economic inequality. The causes of economic inequality are identified through various factors such as education, access to resources, government policies, and globalization. The consequences of economic inequality include broad social, political and economic impacts, including increased poverty, social instability and uneven economic growth. Proposed solutions include improving the education system, developing inclusive policies, empowering communities, and increasing access to basic services. This research underlines the importance of a multidimensional approach in addressing economic inequality to achieve sustainable and inclusive development.

Abstract

In this digital era, Management Information System (MIS) has become an integral part of human life, including in the world of work. The rapid development of technology changes many aspects of work, requiring individuals to have skills that are in accordance with the demands of the times. One of the skills that are indispensable in the future is Management Information System (MIS) skills. SIM combines information and communication technology (ICT) with business processes and human resources to provide management with accurate and timely information to support decision making, business operations, and internal and external communications. This article discusses about SIM skills are indispensable in the future because SIM can help organizations improve efficiency and effectiveness. Abstract

With the development of technology now raises a variety of learning methods. One of them is the learning method using e-learning. This learning method also developed rapidly when the covid-19 period was rampant where people could not leave the house to do learning. So that e-learning which is an online application or web becomes the choice of many teachers. Because in that place we can learn online there is no need to leave the house to meet directly with other people. E-learning is also one of the developments in management information systems in Indonesia.
