Abstract

The development of environmentally friendly transportation facilities is currently being intensively carried out by automotive companies throughout the world, which is an action taken from the issue of global warming, namely to reduce pollution and aims to overcome the increasing shortage of non-renewable petroleum fuels. One of the means of transportation currently being developed is electric vehicles. Of the various types of electric vehicles being developed, electric bicycles are the most popular and most successfully developed, especially in European countries and China. The aim of this research is to analyze consumer satisfaction in using Goda brand electric bicycles among Bina Bangsa University students in Serang City. The research sample consisted of 72 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. This research method is quantitative with data analysis techniques using validity and reliability tests. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of consumer behavior regarding consumer satisfaction in using Goda brand electric bicycles among Bina Bangsa University students.

Abstract

Fashion Sabhira is a business that grew from a reseller business to a distributor with a unique history. Sabhira was established on August 28, 2016 first operating as a reseller and distributor who takes goods from others. When the shop in Andir became very popular, Sabhira decided to open her own shop on Jln. Bengawan, Bandung. started to build its own brand with the name "Sabhira". The research method that we do is using a qualitative method by interviewing the company Sabhira_coShabira is a Brand Fashion business that is in demand by the Muslim community. The high demand in the market makes the opportunities of Sabhira's business very promising, both among women and men. The establishment of this Sabhira business will have a special impact on the economic structure of the community in the Sabhira business establishment environment, this can be seen from the increase in employee income. Where the average worker's income will increase with the salary he receives plus the bonuses given if the number of consumers who buy is more than the usual amount over time. Shabira is a Fashion Brand business that is in demand by the Muslim community. The high demand in the market makes the opportunities of Sabhira's business very promising, both among women and men. In the preparation of this business feasibility study report using 6 aspects.

Abstract

A startup is a start-up business that creates new products or services and is founded by a group of individuals to find a new business model or service in the dynamics of a developing market. Indonesia is a country with a world startup ranking percentage that occupies 6th position, but data shows that the startup failure ratio is very high. Based on the phenomenon of startup problems that occur, systematic steps are needed in developing startups so that research is prepared in the form of designing startup development strategies through business incubators. The method used in this report is a qualitative method which is descriptive and analytical. To collect data in this research, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods, while the data analysis techniques used in this research were; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The strategy prepared by the IBTI Maleo Techno Center to encourage startup development by using targeted steps also looks at several aspects, namely development/management capability aspects, financial aspects, marketing aspects and human resource aspects. This is planned to create long-term business success.

Abstract

Economic growth programs are a series of policies, strategies, and initiatives designed by the government to stimulate, improve, and accelerate economic growth. The Incubation Program is one of the government programs and related institutions that can support and increase the number and quality of entrepreneurs in various sectors through coaching, mentoring and development. The Incubation Program Effectiveness research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Incubation Program implementation on the development of entrepreneurs assisted by IBTI Maleo Techno Center. The location of this research is IBTI Maleo Techno Center. This research discusses the indicators that influence the effectiveness of the Incubation Program on the development of IBTI Maleo Techno Center's fostered entrepreneurs. In this research, the author uses qualitative research methods through primary and secondary data collection obtained through literature study and interviews. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed and conclusions are drawn using the method of Miles and Hubberman. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Incubation Program on the development of IBTI Maleo Techno Center's fostered entrepreneurs was considered effective in accordance with Sutrisno's effectiveness measurement.

Abstract

Competition in the education sector is currently quite high, requiring schools to be able to implement educational strategies that are innovative, effective and efficient. This research aims to determine the strategies used by Kun Anta Prescholl in an effort to increase the interest of new students. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to understand information about a research object comprehensively and according to needs. The results of this research show that the marketing mix strategy is very effective in increasing the interest of new students at Kun Anta Preschool.

Abstract

Air pollution is an important problem that can threaten human life. Factors that cause air pollution come from the incomplete combustion of fuel produced by factory machines, power plants and motorized vehicles. Metabolism in the bodies of living creatures is impossible without oxygen from the air. Every adult requires at least 33 m² of air changes per hour, however, oxygen obtained from urban air is often mixed with various pollutants. Among the air pollutants most commonly found in urban air, especially those originating from the transportation sector, are Pb and CO.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of exchange rates and inflation on non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis method. The independent variables in this study include exchange rates (X1), inflation (X2), and GDP (X3), while the dependent variable is non-oil and gas exports. Data was obtained from secondary data sources with a time span of 2019-2022, and data collection techniques involved literature study and documentation. The results showed that partially, the exchange rate had no significant effect on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. Partially, inflation has a significant impact on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. Partially, GDP has an effect on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. The simultaneous test hypothesis shows that the exchange rate, inflation and GDP together significantly affect the dependent variable (non-oil and gas exports).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) and motivation on employee job satisfaction and performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province. The analytical method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS), a statistical approach capable of handling complex structural models with relatively small samples. Data collection method through a survey of 150 employees randomly selected from various work units at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province. Using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to test the relationships between variables, the survey instrument used has been validated and its reliability tested before distribution. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of Knowledge Management (KM) on employee motivation. Additionally, motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and performance. However, the direct influence of Knowledge Management (KM) on job satisfaction is not significant. The analysis also shows that there is a positive and significant indirect influence of Knowledge Management (KM) on employee performance through motivation. These findings provide practical implications for management at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province in managing Knowledge Management (KM) and motivating employees to enhance their job satisfaction and performance. This study also contributes to the literature in the field of human resource management and Knowledge Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support and self efficacy on employee performance with organizational commitment at PT Yasiga Sarana Utama Padang. The method used is quantitative. The study used primary data (questionnaires) from 333 respondents of PT Yasiga Sarana Utama Padang employees. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) organizational commitment significantly mediates organizational support on employee performance (7) organizational commitment cannot mediate self efficacy on employee performance. Some of the results of this study contradict theory and previous research, because of the different phenomena and objects studied.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the impact of work ability and work experience on employee performance, with employee welfare as an intervening variable, at the Pasar Pillow Community Health Center. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The study population and sample consist of employees from the Pasar Pillow Community Health Center. The findings indicate a significant correlation between work ability and employee welfare, as well as between work experience and employee welfare. Additionally, there is a significant association between work ability and employee performance, while no significant relationship is observed between work experience and employee performance. Moreover, there is no significant correlation between employee welfare and employee performance. Furthermore, employee welfare does not act as a mediator between work ability and employee performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between work experience and employee performance.
