Abstract

This research aims to determine the test results of the influence of competence and the use of technology on human resources on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Solok. Research is descriptive quantitative. The sample used was 35 employees. Instrument tests use validity tests and reliability tests. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 0.3. The results of this study indicate that: Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, The use of technology has a positive effect on job satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, The use of technology has a positive effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Competence has a positive effect on Employee Performance through Satisfaction, Use of Technology has a positive effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and competence on employee performance at the office of marine and fisheries of Takalar Regency. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data, then the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method use is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through multiple regression test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that compensation and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effects and employee perfomence at the office of maritime affairs and fisheries of Takalar regency.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of media relations strategy, internal organizational relations, and reward & punishment strategy on company performance. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes in-depth interviews and document analysis as primary data collection techniques. A purposive sampling method is employed to select participants from various organizational levels within the target companies. Data analysis involves thematic coding and constant comparison to identify patterns and relationships among the variables. Preliminary findings suggest that an integrated approach to media relations, fostering positive internal organizational relationships, and implementing balanced reward & punishment systems positively influence company performance. The study contributes to the understanding of how strategic communication and organizational dynamics intersect to shape organizational outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of work discipline, physical work environment, and work experience on employee work productivity at PT XYZ. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. The study involved employees of PT XYZ as respondents, with a sample size of 64 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. However, the physical work environment does not have a significant influence on work productivity. Work experience, on the other hand, has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity at PT XYZ.

The study aims to understand the factors contributing to company performance within this framework. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes interviews and document analysis as primary data collection techniques. A purposive sampling method is employed to select participants from various industries, ensuring diverse perspectives. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns and themes. Preliminary findings suggest a complex relationship between intellectual capital, tax justice, and corporate success, with implications for firm growth and profit growth. The study provides insights into the intricate dynamics shaping contemporary corporate environments and underscores the importance of ethical considerations in achieving sustainable business outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between transactional leadership and employee loyalty at PT sejahtera wahana gemilang ( Chitose internasional) This research uses a qualitative approach, namely using a literature review or study methodology. Data collection techniques include searching for literature that discusses existing problems and collecting and analyzing data from various library sources, including books, periodicals, newspapers, magazines and other materials. The results of this research are that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance and transactional leadership style has a significant relationship with PT employee loyalty. PT sejahtera wahana gemilang ( Chitose internasional) The results of this research imply that if the transactional leadership implemented is better, the level of employee loyalty will be higher.

Abstract

This research explores the concepts of industrialization and structural transformation, two phenomena that are interrelated and have a crucial role in the economic development of a country. Industrialization is the process by which a country or region shifts its economy from an agricultural to an industrial basis, involving increased production of goods and services through the introduction of new technologies and increased production capacity. Structural transformation, on the other hand, refers to fundamental changes in the structure of the economy, involving a shift from the primary sector (agriculture) to the secondary (industry) and tertiary (services) sectors. This study highlights how industrialization drives structural transformation by creating new jobs, increasing productivity, and changing consumption patterns and income distribution. This research also discusses factors that influence these two processes, including government policy, foreign investment, and technological innovation. Through analysis of various cases of countries that have successfully carried out industrialization and structural transformation, this research provides insight into effective strategies that can be implemented by developing countries to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

Sari Buah Blimbing Wuluh MSMEs is one of the businesses engaged in food and beverage processing with the basic ingredients of star fruit. MSMEs Sari Buah Blimbing Wuluh has a problem in determining COGS which still uses the estimation method only. The purpose of this study was to identify the cost of production activities using the Full Cousting method. The method used in this research is deductive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that there was a price difference of Rp. 398 per bottle, with the calculation of COGS according to MSMEs amounting to Rp. 2,917 per bottle. While the calculation according to the full costing method is Rp. 3,315. This price difference occurs because business owners do not take into account direct labor costs, fixed factory overhead costs, variable costs, and non-production costs. So that the calculations made by MSMEs owners are not optimal for maximizing business profits.

Abstract

This research presents a thorough analysis of the financial aspects influencing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on local wisdom in their operational activities. Through a case study approach, financial ratio analysis, and survey, we explore the financial performance faced by locally based MSMEs. The implications of this research are significant for the government, business actors, and society in supporting the growth and sustainability of locally based MSMEs, as well as providing guidance for more effective policies to support this sector. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the national and local economy, determined by criteria such as net worth, annual sales, and number of employees. Financial analysis of locally based MSMEs explores the financial aspects of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) relying on local wisdom in their operations. This research aims to understand the financial performance, challenges, and opportunities faced by locally based MSMEs. The analysis methods used include quantitative descriptive with calculations of profitability ratios and activity ratios to gain comprehensive understanding. The results of this research are expected to provide insights for stakeholders, including the government, business actors, and society, in supporting the growth and sustainability of locally based MSMEs.

Abstract

Economic growth is the main indicator that reflects the economic development of a country. Through economic growth analysis, it can be seen how economic policy, investment, productivity and other factors contribute to an increase or decrease in gross domestic product (GDP) and social welfare. This article reviews the concept of economic growth, its determining factors, and its implications for the country's economy. Apart from that, various challenges faced in efforts to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth are also discussed. By understanding the dynamics of economic growth, policymakers can design effective strategies to encourage stable and sustainable economic development.
