Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (PG) is located in Prajekan District, Bondowoso Regency. Work discipline is considered crucial in improving employee performance, because high discipline is believed to be positively correlated with increased performance. A quantitative approach with explanatory research methods is used in this research to test hypotheses regarding the causal relationship between these variables. Questionnaires that have been proven to be valid and reliable are used to collect data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that work discipline does not have a significant impact on employee performance. In contrast, work environmental factors have a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 35.1% to the observed variation in performance. In addition, it was found that appreciation and remuneration from superiors which were felt to be low influenced work discipline. This study suggests that companies should pay more attention to providing appropriate rewards and ensuring good communication regarding obstacles that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Just In Time (JIT) system for raw material inventory at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, Mojokerto Branch. The application of JIT aims to enhance operational efficiency and company profitability by reducing inventory costs and optimizing production processes. This study references previous research that indicates JIT can increase the contribution margin per unit, reduce ordering and storage costs, and improve production efficiency. The findings show that implementing JIT at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada can reduce waste, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the availability of raw materials according to production needs. Therefore, JIT is a suitable strategy to improve the company's competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company operating in the food and beverage sector, with an Asian specialty menu of yamie. The purpose of this study is to determine how work discipline and compensation impact employee performance at PT XYZ, because the good and bad of an employee will affect the performance of his company. The method applied is a quantitative method. The results of the t test analysis show that the compensation variable () has no significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, this is indicated by the sig value. the number is greater than 0.05, namely 0.368 > 0.05. And the work discipline variable () has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, which is indicated by the value of this figure less than 0.05, namely 0.011 <0.05. In the F test results, compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.008.

Abstract

As time goes by, the global economy is advancing and increasing competition/competence in the business world, encouraging business people who have a contribution in the development of a business, it is important for companies to know how the financial situation in the company. All parties involved with the company, both outside and inside, have an interest in knowing information related to business owners. Periodically published profit data, such as semi-annual and annual reports, can be a useful tool to assess a company's financial health. For stakeholders who need to make economic decisions, financial statements play a very important role in decision making, namely as a source of information for parties other than the company. The value of financial statement information in decision making will be even more useful if the data presented is able to predict future events.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee productivity at Gravity Digital Printing. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, it is important for companies to understand the factors that can increase employee productivity. This research uses a qualitative approach with an interview method with seven employees at Gravity Digital Printing. The results showed that fair and competitive compensation can improve employee motivation and performance. In addition, a conducive, comfortable, and supportive work environment also plays an important role in increasing employee productivity. Although some aspects of the work environment need improvement, such as facilities and room comfort, overall, a positive work environment is able to support employee performance. These findings confirm the importance of Gravity Digital Printing to continuously evaluate compensation policies and improve work environment conditions to ensure sustainable employee well-being and productivity. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for companies in formulating effective strategies and policies to improve employee performance and achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Increasing human resources in developing organizational management is the key to increasing competitiveness and independence in the era of globalization. In this context, the government is trying to prepare State Civil Apparatus (ASN) that are professional, have competitiveness, and can anticipate rapid global changes in various areas of life. This ASN is also expected to have quality service capabilities and be able to improve performance significantly. Every government agency is required to be able to optimize its human resources to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samudera Trans Logistics. The background of this research is that we can get a good workforce by improving good organizational culture, appropriate compensation and continuously increasing work discipline. PT Samudera Trans Logistics, a logistics company, is facing complaints that the level of employee discipline in entering the office on time is still low. This is also reinforced by company data which shows employee absenteeism data for January - March 2024. Therefore, it is important to carry out this research so that it can help companies improve organizational culture and discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine: the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at PT Samudera Trans Logistics, totaling 40 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, t tests, and F tests. Simultaneously, the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Career Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance variable. The coefficient of determination (R square) shows that the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation and Work Discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Employee Performance variable while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of prices and discounts on consumer purchase decisions at Bolly Dept Store Sila Bolo. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who were customers of Bolly Dept Store. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study show that both price and discounts have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. Specifically, competitive prices and attractive discounts can significantly improve consumer purchasing decisions. This finding has implications for Bolly Dept Store management in designing pricing and discount strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of financial performance analysis using the PEARLS (Protection, Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, Rates of Return and Costs, Liquidity, and Signs of Growth) method at KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The variables used in this study are the financial performance of Credit Cooperatives based on the PEARLS method using 13 ratios according to the ACCU (Association of Asian Confederation of Credit Unions), and the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari using 13 ratios from the PEARLS method shows that the performance is still unhealthy, because of these 13 ratios, many ratios are still in the bad and medium categories.
