Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interest and price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik district. This type of research is quantitative using an explanatory approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 customers who had made purchase transactions at least twice at the flower stand in Banyuurip Village, Kedamean Gresik District. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis t test, f test, classical assumptions, normality with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between purchasing interest and selling price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik subdistrict." This research has the implication that flower shops in Banyuurip village must increase consumer buying interest so that consumers carry out purchase transactions regularly and sustainably and pay attention to selling prices that are competitive with other markets, the quality is the same but the price is slightly different or cheaper or the selling price is expensive but the quality is better.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, location and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions for Koffie Kopi in Jambi City. This type of research is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data by taking a sample of Koffie Kopi customers in Jambi City. Data collection was carried out among 96 respondents who were Koffie Kopi Jambi City customers. This research uses multiple regression analysis methods. The findings from this research show that: 1. Price has a significant influence on the purchasing decision process of Jambi City Koffie Coffee consumers, 2. Location has a significant influence on the Jambi City Koffie Coffee consumer purchasing decision process, 3. Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on the process Jambi City Coffee Koffie consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

With all this progress, new challenges arise related to data privacy, marketing ethics, and sustainability. Regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) require companies to be more careful in managing customer data, while consumers increasingly expect responsible and environmentally friendly marketing practices. This research aims to explore the latest trends in digital marketing management, analyze their impact on marketing strategies, and identify the challenges and opportunities faced by marketers in this digital era. This research uses a bibliometric approach to analyze research trends in digital marketing management. This approach allows researchers to identify publication patterns, main themes, and relationships between various concepts in the relevant scientific literature. Data sources for this research were collected from leading scientific databases such as Google Scholar. Trends in the use of Artificial Intelligence in digital marketing management with the help of Vosviewers media show that research is still open regarding studies related to marketing, participation, illusion, implementation, paramount importance, and business customers.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Strategy analysis in improving the welfare of fishing communities (study of Kuala Tungkal fishermen". Strategy analysis is a process to help fishermen achieve their goals. The problems in this research are (1) what is the strategy to increase the income of fishing communities? (2 ) What is the condition of the economic welfare of the fishing community in Kuala Tungkal? This research aims to find out the strategies of Kuala Tungkal fishermen to improve the welfare of the fishing community. The research method used is a qualitative method through primary data then the tools for data collection used are interviews, observation, and documentation Data analysis is qualitative descriptive by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and work stress kerja on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by taking the case at PT. Prudential Life Assurance (MRT Stars Agency). The sample in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling category, so that the sample of this study were 30 employees at the PT. Prudential Life Assurance (MRT Stars Agency). Data collection uses primary data and secondary data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.847 or 84.7% with the help of the IBM SPSS software application. The results of this study indicate that the workload and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on teachers of SMAN 1 Ngrambe Kabupaten Ngawi the type of data used was quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The population in this study was 45 teachers from SMAN 1 Ngrambe Kabupaten Ngawi. The sample in this study amounted to 45 teachers using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results showed that leadership style had an insignificant effect on teacher performance, competence had a significant effect on teacher performance, and the work environment had an insignificant effect on teacher performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.725 This means that the magnitude of the influence of independent variables of leadership style (X1), competence (X2) and work environment (X3) on variables tied to teacher performance (Y) at SMAN 1 Ngrambe Kabupaten Ngawi is 72.5%, while the rest (100% - 72.5%) = 27.5% is explained by other variables outside the model such as work discipline, work motivation, work stress and others.

Abstract

Perfume is one of the human needs in the field of fragrances, where perfume has become part of the primary needs of some people. Therefore, it is very important to choose and use perfume with good quality products. Azzwars perfume is a perfume brand that is quite well known in West Sumatra. Azzwars perfume already has several branches in districts/cities in the West Sumatra region. Based on field surveys and observations made by the author at one of its branches on Jl. Raya Aru Lubuk Begalung looks empty of visitors. This is the author's interest to see how quality management is implemented to increase customer satisfaction in the business. The methods used in this research were observation and interviews. The results of this research on the implementation of quality management in Azzwars perfume are quite good, but it needs to be improved further in terms of marketing so that the Azzwars perfume business, especially the Lubuk Begalung branch, can be more widely known to the public. Thus, it is hoped that this research will be useful for business people and further research in increasing customer satisfaction in a business.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative data consisting of inflation, exchange rate, BI rate and Composite Stock Price Index sourced from www.idx.com, www.ojk.go.id, and www.bps.go.id. The data collection technique in this research uses secondary data. The sample in this research was 32. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, namely in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the t test show that inflation has a significant effect on the stock price index because it has a significance value of 0.027 < 0.05, the BI rate has a significant effect on the stock price index because it has a significance value of 0.027 < 0.05, and the exchange rate has a significant effect on the stock price index because it has a value significance 0.001 <0.05. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the model remains in predicting the influence of the independent variables, namely inflation, BI rate and exchange rate on the dependent variable, namely the stock price index. The result of the coefficient of determination is 46.3%, meaning that the influence given by the independent variables, namely inflation, BI rate and exchange rate, has on the dependent variable, namely the stock price index. The remaining 53.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This study entitled The Influence of Product Quality and Price of Hydroponic Vegetables in Surabaya Vegetable Gardens aims to determine how product quality and price affect purchasing decisions. This study was conducted in a Surabaya vegetable garden with a sample size of 100 respondents using the Purposive Sample technique. The data collection method used was the questionnaire method with Google Form. As well as the data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression with hypothesis test coefficient of determination, t test and f test at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The Adjusted R Square value or coefficient of determination is 0.947, which means that product quality and price are able to explain the purchasing decision variable by 94.7% while the rest is 5.3%. With f count = 879.270 ˃ ftable = 3.090 with a significance level of <,001b which means less than 0.05, this proves that the variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase hydroponic vegetables in the Surabaya vegetable garden.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze 1). The Influence of Price Perception, on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Citra Tunas Medika, 2). The Influence of Product Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Citra Tunas Medika, 3). The Influence of Trust Level on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Citra Tunas Medika, 4). The Influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Trust Level on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Citra Tunas Medika The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with 100 customer respondents of PT. Citra Tunas Medika. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, R2 determination, t-test and f-test. Then the data from the respondents are processed using SPSS 27, to determine the results of the Influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Trust Level on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of PT. Citra Tunas Medika in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the significance value is less than 0.05 and the value of t count is greater than the table. The significance value of Price Perception (X1) is (2.256>1.984), Product Quality (X2) is (2.492>1.984), Trust Level (X3) is (2.165>1.984). Based on the formulation of the problem, the following are the results of the study and it can be concluded that Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Trust Level has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.
