Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Marketing Content on Jiniso Brand Purchase Decisions on the Tik Tok Platform. This kind of research is quantitative. There were 150 respondents in this research population. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection strategy. Linear regression analysis was used to test this hypothesis. The tik tok platform is the subject of this research. The results of this research show that. 1) shows that the significance level for the Brand Ambassador variable is 0.008 < 0.05, meaning it is significant while the ttable value can be calculated with α = 0.05 and df = 147 can be calculated with a table of 1,976. tcount > ttable (9.917 > 1.976). So, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that Brand Ambassador and Marketing Content have a positive influence on Jiniso Brand Purchase Decisions. 2) shows that the level of significance for the Marketing Content variable is 0.003 < 0.05, meaning it is significant, while the ttable value can be calculated with α = 0.05 and df = 147 and a table of 1,976 can be obtained. tcount > ttable (7.358 > 1.976). So, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means it is positive for the Jiniso Brand Purchase Decision. 3) The calculated F value obtained is 50,579 > 3.06 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the fcount value is greater than the ftable and sig values. smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the implementation of Brand Ambassador and Marketing Content simultaneously has a positive effect on Jiniso Customer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bekasi Jaya Village Office. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Bekasi Jaya Village Office. In this study, the author uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted using a saturated sampling approach. The number of the entire population used as a sample is as many as 41 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires. The design used in this study uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study show that (1) work motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance of 4,110 > 1,685 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 (2) work discipline has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance of 2,708 > 1,685 with a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05 (3) work motivation and work discipline simultaneously or together have an effect on employee performance 61,872 > 3,245 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There are suggestions for future researchers to expand the sample size and include other variables such as leadership, work experience, and work environment to predict employee performance at the Bekasi Jaya Village Office. So that more information can be obtained about the factors that influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying, to determine and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying and to determine and analyze the effect of hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying for Shopee e-commerce consumers. The population in this study were Shopee consumers in the Surabaya area, with a sample size of 100 respondents with a Purposive sampling technique, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method with Google Form. Data analysis used in this study was validation testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the hedonic shopping motivation variable on impulse buying, there was a positive and significant effect of the Shopping lifestyle variable on impulse buying and testing carried out simultaneously showed that there was a significant relationship and influence between the hedonic shopping motivation and Shopping lifestyle variables on impulse buying for Shopee e-commerce consumers in Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and partial and simultaneous reorders on Suroboyo Gerobak consumer satisfaction. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Suroboyo Cart consumers who made purchases more than once, namely 200 consumers. Determining the sample in the study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 100 consumers of Gerobak Suroboyo. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research show that (1) the product quality variable has no effect on consumer satisfaction, this is proven by the significance value of 0.441 > 0.05. (2) The service quality variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is proven by the significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. (3) The reorder variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is proven by the significance value of 0.033 < 0.05. (4) Simultaneous test results show that the variables of product quality, service quality and reorders have an influence on Suroboyo Cart consumer satisfaction. This can be proven by the results of Fcount (9.657) > Ftable (2.700) or a significance value < 0.05.

Abstract

Ships are used as a mode of transportation, because by using ships all activities will be carried out well and efficiently, and the costs incurred will be smaller than other means of transportation. Crew Boats are ships specifically for transporting company personnel or employees from the coast to offshore locations or buildings. Apart from that, Crew Boats also function as carriers of supporting goods needed to support activities at offshore locations or buildings. Crew Boat ships are certainly not free from problems related to the speed of the ship when rented by the customer, such as how the company determines profits if the speed of the ship does not run according to the ship rental contract that has been agreed and written between the contractor and the customer. The research method used by the author to overcome this problem is a quantitative research method with a descriptive research type. The data analysis method used was correlational analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 software tool. The data obtained by the author is primary based on a recapitulation of crew boat operations in 2022 at the company PT X., and data collection was obtained based on structured interviews and document studies. The research was carried out for ± 1 month to carry out an analysis of the potential and calculation of ship rentals that occur in crew boat operations. The results of the analysis carried out found that several factors caused a reduction in profits, including below requirement speed. By carrying out speed reconciliation every month by the relevant team, the occurrence of below requirement speeds will be minimized.

Abstract

This research is motivated by technological advances in the digital era that continue to grow. The rise of e-commerce in Indonesia has also caused business actors and MSMEs to migrate offline sales and marketing systems to online systems. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was shopee e-commerce users. The sample used was purposive sampling, with 100 respondents determined using the lemeshow formula. The results showed that peer group conformity (X1) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) in shopee e-commerce. The live streaming feature variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) in shopee e-commerce. The results showed that peer group conformity (X1) and live streaming features (X2) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) in shopee e-commerce. In the view of Islam, when making purchasing decisions, you should not accept the news conveyed by someone directly but check the truth first. Muslim traders in carrying out online buying and selling must comply with the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa when making sales there is no element of tadlis.

This Research purposes This is analyze significance influence satisfaction work , commitment organization and stress Work to Turnover intention among Regency BPR employees Karanganyar . Type of data used is quantitative data . Data sources used is acquisition of primary data. Sample instudy This as much 50 BPR employees in the Regency Karanganyar . Method used in taking Saturated sampling technique . Determination taking sample fed up done because sample the object under study or data sources are few ( less of 100 people). Technique collection data on study This use observation and questionnaire . Test assumption classic use test: multicollinearity , autocorrelation , heteroscedasticity and normality . The data analysis technique uses a linear regression test double , t test, test F and test R². Results test validity And reliability show that all statement about satisfaction work , commitment organization and stress Work stated valid Because p-value < 0.05 . Results test assumption classic show that all variable has get away test multicollinearity , heteroscedasticity , autocorrelation And normality distribute normal. Results analysis regression obtained equality Y = -4.984 + 0.946 X1 + 0.150 X2 + 0.124 X3 + e. T test results show that satisfaction Work (X₁) has an effect significant to turnover intention , commitment organization (X₂) and stress work (X₃) influential No significant to turnover intention . Results F test is obtained that the regression model used in study This Already appropriate . The R² test results show big donation influence variable independent to dependent as big as the remaining 63.3 % 36.7 % is influenced by other factors outside the model , for example Motivation Work , Leadership Style and others outside study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth. With a sample of Infrastructure Sector Companies for the 2019 - 2023 period, there were 79 companies and 8 companies were used as research samples using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. This research was carried out using multiple linear regression methods through data and hypothesis testing and using the Statistical Package for the Social Science program version 29 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of the research show that the Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Profit Growth, while Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin does not have a significant effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location on purchasing decisions on raja sugiarto chicken noodles in Solo. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. The population in this study were consumers of raja sugiarto chicken noodles located on Jl. K.H Samanhudi No.73, Purwosari, Laweyan, Solo. The sample used in this study was non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on raja sugiarto chicken noodles in Solo, with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on raja sugiarto chicken noodles in Solo, with a sig value of 0.250 <0.05. Location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on raja sugiarto chicken noodles in Solo, with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The trust of investors to invest their shares in a company is one of the strong spears for the survival of a company. Investors often look at the company's financial statement information as a consideration for decision making in investing their shares, whether the shares given to the company will produce or too many risks and losses. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of company size, profitability and leverage on firm value. This type of research is a case study on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company population was 24 companies with a sample of 15 companies using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that company size has a significant effect on firm value with a negative regression coefficient value so that the higher the company size, the company value will decrease. Profitability (ROE) has a significant effect on firm value with a positive regression coefficient value, meaning that the better the company's profitability, the company's value will also increase. Leverage (DER) has no effect on firm value with a negative regression coefficient value so that the higher the leverage, the company value will decrease.
