Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis dari pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penentuan sampel atau sumber data menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% sebagai alat komputasi untuk mengukur ukuran sampel karena diketahui populasinya lebih dari 100 responden. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji R square, uji path analysis, uji model fit. Hasil penelitian pada karyawan PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech dengan menggunakan alat hitung SmartPLS 3 dan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dapat diketahui bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergantung pada kinerja karyawan, maka PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech perlu untuk memperhatikan beberapa aspek, seperti budaya organisasi yang positif demi menciptakan iklim kerja yang positif, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif juga diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawannya, dan komitmen dari organisasi dalam menghargai apa yang sudah diberikan oleh karyawan kepada perusahaan.

This study aims to prove that there is an influence between inflation, BI-7 Days Repo Rate, Exchange Rate on Net Asset Value (NAV) of Islamic stock mutual funds which is moderated by economic growth. By applying quantitative research methods and using time series secondary data from 2016 to 2021 and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, as a determinant of the number of samples to be tested. Tests in this study use the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software, which then data will be processed using descriptive analysis then multiple linear regression analysis.

Financial education is an activity that aims to increase knowledge and skills in financial management. The 2019 Indonesian National Financial Survey shows the level of Islamic financial literacy is only 8.93 percent, meaning that only nine out of a hundred Indonesian adults are familiar with Islamic financial products. The 2019 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) found a financial literacy rate of 38.03% and a financial inclusion rate of 76.19%. This is because the Indonesian people in general do not have a good understanding of the characteristics of different financial products and services. Therefore, this study examines how financial literacy affects the interests of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Economics, UIN STS Jambi. in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of financial literacy on savings in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics at UIN STS Jambi Islamic bank. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection tools in this study were observation and questionnaires/cursors. Primary data and secondary data are used as data sources. The informants of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Economics, UIN STS Jambi. From the research results it is known that the financial literacy variable has a significant effect on student savings

The use of farmers' land in Karawana Village is a breakthrough that really helps farmers in increasing income. This community service activity aims to determine the transition of the function of the farmers' land from paddy fields to corn and tomato plants in Karawana Village, which is very helpful for farmers because after the earthquake and liquefaction resulted in total damage to irrigation canals which hampered the irrigation process to the rice fields. Therefore, the farmers approached the government and were given alkon tools (water suction machines) and the construction of artificial wells so that it really helped farmers, especially corn and tomato farmers, then regarding marketing management of the corn and tomato crops the farmers were able to manage. . This is very helpful in the process of increasing the income of farmers in Karawana Village

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran di Comlabs USDI ITB. 2) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja di Comlabs USDI ITB 3) Pengaruh Kinerja Kerja di Comlabs USDI ITB. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif menjawab pertanyaan penelitian Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut maka digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji f. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuisioner. Sedangkan untuk pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, relibilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian uji t didapat Thitung 3,603 dan 2,057 dengan signifikansi 0,001 dan 0,047. Karena signifikansi < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem kehadiran fingerprint dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja kerja. Adapun variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap Kinerja kerja adalah Disiplin. Hasil pengujian uji f hitung 8,532>Ftabel 3,25 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang menyatakan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdap Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB.

This research was conducted by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch, which is located at Jl. KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pandan Near Solok City. While the research time is estimated in June 2022 to find out and analyze Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. The type of research that will be carried out is descriptive quantitative research, in which this study seeks to find out a clearer picture of leadership style and compensation for employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. While the form of research is Causal Research, (cause and effect) where there are independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The number of samples in this study used total sampling where the entire population was sampled, namely all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch as many as 52 people. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis carried out, the regression equation Y = 9.311 + 1.128X means that if the compensation value is fixed or equal to zero (0) then the employee's performance will be worth 9.311 and if the compensation is increased by 1 unit then the employee's performance will increase by 1.128, p. This proves that compensation has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch can be accepted. The result of the R2 (R square) value is 0.612 or 61.2%, this indicates that Compensation (X) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch of 61.2%. While the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables such as career development, training and employee motivation which are not included in this study. Based on the t test, the calculated t value is also greater than t table, namely 9.019> 1.6751 and the value is not significant 0.000< 0.05 then there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch

Law is a rule for humans, so the implementation of the law must be carried out to provide benefits, usefulness for the community in society. People who get good and right treatment will create a peaceful state of affairs. The law can protect the rights and obligations of each individual which are solid and manifest in general. There are three objectives of law, namely justice, benefit and legal certainty. Justice is the main thing of the three things, but it does not mean that the other two elements can be simply ignored. Good law is law that is able to synergize these three elements for the welfare and prosperity of society. The research method used by the author is Normative Juridical, with data collection tools through library research. The results of the research show that legal certainty is a guarantee that the law is enforced, that those entitled according to law can obtain their rights and that decisions can be implemented. Legal certainty is a justifiable protection against arbitrary actions which means that someone will be able to get something that is expected in certain circumstances.

Cash receipts are cash received by the company in the form of cash for cash sales, settlement of receivables, and other transactions that can add to the company's cash. CV GAD Production in running its business in the field of event equipment provider rental requires a good cash receipt system. This study aims to determine whether the cash receipts accounting procedures at CV GAD Production have been going well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in general it is quite good but there are still deficiencies. The results of this study are expected to provide input in controlling cash receipts procedures.

Globalization is the result of technological progress and innovation. Advances in technology have opened the door for increasing the volume of international trade through globalization. With such developing technology, it has made international transactions an easier and faster process for all countries to use. This is unavoidable because countries often have their own environment, so that globalization in this case has implications for expansion beyond national borders. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method which originates from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Through this article, the author will reveal the influence of globalization on the Indonesian economic sector. The results confirm that an unbalanced reliance on careless international transactions can threaten local businesses, but also support Indonesian products that are known in other countries. This study shows that globalization in general has a very large positive impact on Indonesia, but the government as a whole must be aware of the negative impacts that can cause losses to local businesses due to globalization.

This paper aims to understand reality in the private sector. The reality that we encounter is very strong in providing a rebuttal to the Hexagon Fraud Theory. Taken from a movie scene entitled In The Heart of The Sea (2015). Using a dramaturgical research method with a performance approach. The results of this study enrich the diversity of fraud theory which provides an antithesis of even the latest fraud theory. Various factors that cause fraud are mentioned in various theories. All of them are perfectly refuted when we analyze the reality we encounter.
