Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pembeli telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna yang membeli produk telur ayam pada bulan Desember 2022 dengan teknik sampling insedental dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 32 orang. Pembeli sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini diberikan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 19 pernyataan. Tanggapan pada kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengujian instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 19 butir pernyataan valid karena r hitung > r tabel. Selain itu, seluruh pernyataan reliabel karena nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60 (0,945 > 0,60).Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y= -69,359 + 0,852 X1 + 0,275 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,861 yang artinya korelasi sangat kuat antara kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dengan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong baru Kecamatan Kuaro. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi 0,724 yang artinya variasi kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro sebesar 72,4% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti sebesar (100 – 72,4)% = 27,6%.Pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (41,639 > 3,33) atau p-value (Fhitung) < α (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa minimal ada satu diantara variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian parsial dengan melihat nilai thitung masing- masing variabel independen yang terdiri dari kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) masing-masing sebesar 5,386 dan 1,357 yang jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 2,045, maka kualitas produk (X1) sebesar 5,386 > 2,045, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel. Sedangkan harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam Broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung < t tabel..

Abstract

Corporate bankruptcy is a condition in which a company is unable to fulfill its obligations. Bankruptcy is considered predictable in companies that are still operating which will experience bankruptcy in the future. In order to determine the bankruptcy, it can be analyzed earlier using the Bankruptcy Analysis method. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of bankruptcy analysis at telecommunications companies using the Ohlson and Zmijewski analysis methods and to compare the results of the level of accuracy between the two methods with the type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach and purposive sampling method for the top ten telecommunications companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that the Ohlson method can find 14 out of 30 financial statements that are bankrupt, while the Zmijewski method can find 6 out of 30 financial statements of the companies studied. Other results from this study found that the Ohlson method has the highest level of accuracy in analyzing bankruptcy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga in Bandar Lampung. The type of research in this study is quantitative data using tabulation results from questionnaires, and qualitative data using interview methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga in Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and obtained 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the research data using the PLS approach and SmartPLS as a calculation tool. The results of the study show that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Analysis of Village Fund Management in Improving Community Welfare in Suko Village, Sidoarjo District. The focus of this research is: 1) Village Fund Management Plan 2) APBD Accountability Steps 3) Community Welfare. The approach in this research is qualitative research, while the research object is in Suko Village. The subjects of this study are: 1) Village Fund planning activities 2) APBDes data for 2022 3) Village officials & village communities. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation sheets, interview guidelines and documentation. Data management is carried out using a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the management of village funds has increased and been completed both by the village government and by the community.

Abstract

The “Covid-19” pandemic that occurred from 2019-2022 had an impact on the restaurant, hotel and tourism sub-sector businesses, resulting in a loss of revenue. Early warning of bankruptcy can be obtained by conducting a bankruptcy analysis. The goal of this research is to find out how likely it is that businesses in the tourism, hotel, and restaurant subsector will be in financial distress between 2017-2021 period using the Altman model, internal growth rate, and Springate and to determine the most appropriate and accurate model among the three models. The quantitative descriptive analysis method is used in this study. The population used is the restaurant, hotel and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool uses Altman model analysis, internal growth rate, and Springate, as well as testing the level of accuracy. This study's findings show that the Altman model, the internal growth rate model, and the Springate model can predict financial distress in restaurant, hotel and tourism subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period, and the most accurate model is the Altman model with a high degree of accuracy. the highest was 77.1% and the type error was 22.9%.

Abstract

In the current era, economic factors have become essential in meeting human needs. Therefore, people meet their economic needs by engaging in business activities. One of the famous businesses in Tulungagung Regency is the coffee shop business. Coffee shops in Tulungagung Regency are abundant and even well-known beyond the regency itself. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of facilities on customer satisfaction, and to understand the influence of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Warkop Sawah Kopi in Tanjungsari Village, Boyolangu, Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative correlational study with a non-experimental approach. The study consists of two independent variables, namely service quality and facilities, and one dependent variable, customer satisfaction. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) show that the significance value is, while facilities have a significant t-value. The results of the F-test show a significant F-value. It can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, and both service quality and facilities have a simultaneous positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This quantitative research is from a population with a total sample of 100 people. determination proves that product promotion has a partial effect on skintific skincare purchasing decisions, prices have a partial effect on skintific skincare purchasing decisions, from the calculation of simultaneous test statistics, it can be concluded that product promotion and price have a simultaneous effect on decisions on skintific skincare, by product promotion and price variables On the other hand, the deficiencies are described by variables that are not related to this study.

Abstract

Big data is a new and important technological development that allows storage and integration of very large volumes of data from various sources. Regardless of location, you can use secure, easy and timely data thanks to this technology. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the use of distance learning very important. To collect information and data in this study, which used a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, information and data were collected from various sources in the library, including books, scientific papers, magazines, historical records, and others. The purpose of this research is to understand how big data is used in online education in general and in Indonesia. The findings of this study, based on literature and media sources, indicate that the use of big data in education has not gained wide acceptance. Therefore, policy makers have the opportunity to provide guidance to educational institutions in implementing big data for distance learning. However, there are also obstacles in implementing big data for distance learning, such as differences in data rates in various regions in Indonesia, which require efforts to accelerate the implementation of big data in each region.

Abstract

Technological changes affect decision-making, behavior, and the way humans communicate and act. The rapid development of digital technology has affected people's lives, especially in the world of marketing. The use of digital media in today's marketing activities has a major influence on the progress of a business. The need for insight and knowledge of business actors regarding today's digital technology. Business actors in Sukorejo Village and Klampok Village need to be briefed on implementing digital marketing in their business. Socialization activities were carried out in two sub-districts to provide insight and knowledge about the importance of digital marketing for the sustainability of their businesses. The implementation of this socialization was carried out using the lecture method and followed by a question and answer session and practice. With assistance in making Instagram, a module on how to create and use Instagram is provided. Providing digital marketing socialization for Blitar MSME actors to develop product marketing, Blitar MSME needs the development of social media as a means of promotion. The purpose of conducting this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing for MSME actors in developing their business. The results of the MSME development assistance activities by organizing digital marketing socialization activities are the response and enthusiasm of the audience which is quite good in carrying out this activity.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the availability of human resources and work facilities on the performance of firefighters at the Sorong Fire Department. The data used are primary data collected through observation and distribution of questionnaires. To measure these variables, multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used with the help of the IBM SPSS 23 computer application program. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that from the results of the T test, the Sig value for the effect of variable X1 (availability of human resources) on Y (employee performance) is 0.006 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no effect of X1 on Y. The Sig value for the effect of variable X2 (work facilities) on Y (Employee Performance) is 0.001 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no effect of X1 on Y. and the results of f test count of 39.749 with a significance level 0.000. The probability is much smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 5%, so that H0 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is no simultaneous influence (together) between the influence of the availability of human resources and work facilities on employee performance at the Sorong City Fire Department (DAMKAR).
