Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of being able to analyze and determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Work Stress, Self Efficacy on Employee Performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bajawa Branch Office, Flores NTT. This study used a quantitative approach. Respondents for the study carried out were all employees of BRI Bajawa Branch as many as 44 r. To analyze the data, the multiple linear regression analysis method is used. The t test and F test are used in hypothesis testing. The results showed that Job Insecurity had a negative influence on employee performance Work stress did not affect employee performance and Self Efficacy had an influence on employee performance Test F results showed that Job Insecurity, Work Stress and Self Efficacy simultaneously had an influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the competitive analysis strategies of PT Gudang Garam and HM Sampoerna using Porter's Five Forces analysis method. Porter's Five Forces is a framework for analyzing an industry and understanding its competitive attractiveness and strengths. This study collected secondary data consisting of financial statements, annual reports, industry publications and other relevant sources. This information is used to analyze Porter's five forces, namely the threat of competitors, the threat of substitute products or services, the bargaining power of supplier power, the bargaining power of purchasing power, and the threat of new competitors entering the market. The results of the analysis show that the two companies, PT Gudang Garam and HM Sampoerna operate in a highly competitive industry. As for the threat of competitors, both companies face intense competition in the cigarette market. They compete with each other in the areas of product innovation, marketing and market access. Regarding supplier bargaining power, both companies depend on raw materials such as tobacco. Negotiating purchasing power is also an important factor in this area. Consumers have significant bargaining power when choosing cigarette brands. The threat of new competitors is also significant, but the heavy regulation of the Indonesian cigarette industry presents barriers for new competitors to enter the market.In general, both companies must constantly monitor the industry environment and adapt to changes that occur. Abstract

Banana Chips UKM is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) engaged in the production of chips in Karangan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The problem for UMKM Banana Chips is that they don't have logos and packaging that is less attractive. Therefore, there is a need for training and assistance regarding the importance of implementing logos and packaging so that the sales system can attract more consumers, expand the scope of its business objectives and support even better sales activities. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of MSME actors about the importance of creating a product identity. This community service uses surveys and observations, interviews and applications. The results of this community service help create attractive logo designs and product packaging and can strengthen brand identity.

Abstract

The study discusses the Effect of the Work Environment, Work Stress on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory, Lorok Unit, Pacitan Regency. This study used a quantitative method with a total of 70 employees, taking this sample by using the slovin formula. The application used to test this research uses IBM SPSS 26. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and multiple determinant analysis (R2). The results of the study show that the t-test was carried out partially, that the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, the Job Stress variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. And regarding the F test shows that the variables Work Environment and Work Stress simultaneously affect Employee Job Satisfaction at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory, Lorok Unit, Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

This take a look at studies discuss the effect of workload,burnout and resilience on worker overall performance at PT. financial institution Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit. The studies targets to be done are realize and analyze workload, burnout, and resilience partially or concurrently on worker overall performance at PT. finacial institution Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit. This studies makes use of sampling statistics as many as 50 human beings at PT. financial institution Rakyat Indonesia Unit Wawierang East Flores through dispensing questionnaires the use of quantitative statistics sort. Inside the studies consequences, the T test indicates that the variables Workload and Resilience have a nice or enormous effect on Worker Performance. The Burnout variable has a negativeor no enermous impact on worker performance. And the outcomes of the F test display that the variables Workload, Burnout and Resilience concurrently have an effect on worker overall Performance at PT. financial institution Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Bima Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Bima Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, namely 204 people, with a total sample consisting of 88 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tool version 26. Based on the results of the t test in this study it shows that: 1. Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency; 2. Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

Many teenagers in today's modern era think that conventional shopping has become a traditional buying and selling process that takes a lot of time and effort. So many millennial teenagers think shopping media applications can be a new facility for shopping. Therefore, it is necessary to know whether there is an effect of the e-marketing mix on purchasing decisions by millennial consumers through interest in Muslim fashion products on the Indonesian e-commerce platform. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The results of the study show that e-marketing has a very large influence on millennial shopping decisions. With so many media showing advertisements about new items, teenagers are increasingly tempted to have them in order to fulfill their appearance. So it can be concluded that e-marketing has an influence on purchasing decisions by millennial consumers for Muslim fashion.

Abstract

the marketing mix of beekeeping products applied to the Lanceng Honey Bee UMKM in Talang Village is still not effective so that sales are still not optimal. At the time of writing this was more focused on honey products which are the flagship product of the Lanceng Honey Bee MSME in Talang Village. This study used a qualitative method where the author made direct observations at the research location, namely beekeeping at the Klanceng Honey Bee UMKM in Talang Village. To obtain primary data, the authors visited beekeeping locations several times directly to obtain the secondary data, the authors conducted a literature search. The results of observations at the Klanceng Honey Bee UMKM in Talang Village show that the marketing channel applied is a simple marketing channel or a marketing channel at the lower level which only consists of Lawang Honey Picking Agrotourism as producers and consumers as customers of the product

Abstract

One of the most important factors is to encourage service, namely quality, because of this quality the customer will emerge a sense of satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, trust and price perceptions on customer satisfaction at CV Flobamora Logistics in Surabaya. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the number of respondents is 100 customers, the analysis technique used is regression analysis. multiple linear and path analysis to test the hypothesis. while the classic assumption test used is the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and data normality test. On the findings of the analysis concluded that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The term Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is called MSMEs. In its simplest form, MSMEs refer to all types of businesses, including those carried out by households, small business entities, organizations, and individuals. In order to improve the ability to create community independence, especially in the economic sector, Indonesia as a developing country makes MSMEs the main base of the community's economic sector. Purchasing decisions are steps by consumers to make judgments about whether or not to buy a product when making a purchase. This indicator explains what factors influence purchasing decisions, namely (1) buying stability after knowing consumer product information. (2) decide to buy because of the preferred brand (3) buy because of wants and needs (4) buy because of recommendations from others (5) buy because of price and quality. Quantitative research with a questionnaire which translates the diagram of the results of the questionnaire into the form of analysis with a sample of students with a sample of 30 respondents and is supported by secondary data in the form of competent previous research literature and related to the title discussed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the most influential factor in the decision to buy MSME products made by students is the purchase factor because it is in accordance with their wishes and needs.
