Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work environment work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Tijaya Tbk Balaraja Branch. The employee population of PT. Sumber Alfaria Tnjaya Tbk is 85 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a liker scale which was processed using SPSS software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that work motivation influences employee performance and the work environment influences employee performance. Job satisfaction influences employee performance. The results of this research are expected to improve employee performance at PT. SAT.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has caused significant changes to people's lives, especially in terms of communication. The needs of society in this era of globalization in the form of smartphones are high because technology continues to develop. This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Experience value and brand loyalty to Iphone smartphone customers In this study, the population studied is all people who buy and use iPhone smartphones. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people who were collected and then processed using the multiple linear regression method, the results of the study showed. Brand experience, Value and Brand Loyalty together affect Iphone users means that if Brand experience value and brand loyalty are increased according to consumer wishes, iPhone enthusiasts will have more Brand experience affecting Iphone users if the price value offered by the Iphone is in accordance with the benefits received, it will increase Iphone users Brand loyalty is very influential on Iphone users, customer loyalty to the Iphone is very calculated, meaning that if customer loyalty is dominant it will increase iPhone users

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work conflicts, workload, and leadership style on employee performance at Toko Ria Busana Kediri. The independent variables in this study include work conflict, workload, and leadership, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 employee respondents who work at Toko Ria Busana Kediri. The results of the study show that partially, work conflict and workload have a significant negative effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of conflict and the perceived workload, the lower employee performance tends to decrease. On the other hand, the leadership variable has a significant positive effect on performance, which means that a good leadership style is able to improve employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of implementing digital marketing to increase the revenue of the Makicha banana chips MSME. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing in the Makicha Banana Chips MSME has a positive impact on business development, especially in increasing visibility, market reach, and business revenue. The transition from conventional marketing to the use of social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok is a strategic step in reaching a wider consumer base, including from outside the region. Although the implemented strategy is still simple, such as uploading product photos, testimonials, and sharing information through the story feature, it has been quite effective in attracting consumer interest and increasing the number of orders. However, the implementation of digital marketing is not optimal due to still being constrained by limited human resources, time, and a lack of consistency in content management, so the development of a more structured strategy in content creation is needed. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview for other MSMEs regarding the importance of utilizing social media in expanding the market to increase business revenue.

Abstract

The sneaker industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth as fashion has taken on an increasingly important role as part of lifestyle and a means of self-expression, particularly among the younger generation. Amid intensifying brand competition, companies must not only rely on product quality but also build strong brand signals through brand image, brand identity, and brand engagement to boost consumer purchase intent. Additionally, the presence of relevant and credible key opinion leaders (KOLs) is considered capable of strengthening the effectiveness of these brand signals. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand identity, and brand engagement on the purchase intention for Vans shoes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), as well as to test the moderating role of KOL Voice of Baceprot’s awareness. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 154 respondents; the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that brand image and brand engagement have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas brand identity does not have a significant effect. Furthermore, KOL awareness was not found to moderate the relationship between the independent variables and purchase intention.

Abstract

This research intends to examine how the environment of a store impActs the likelihood of customers returning, specifically focusing on the experiences of patrons at Baso Malang Fortuna. The motivation behind this study stems from varying sales outcomes combined with a low propensity for consumers to come back. A quantitative research design was utilized involving survey techniques. Data was gathered by administering questionnaires to shoppers, employing a non-probability sampling approach. The analysis of the data was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to investigate both direct and indirect influences among the studied variables. The findings reveal that the store's atmosphere significantly and positively affects customer experience, that the store's atmosphere has a substantial positive influence on the desire to return, and that customer experience also positively and significantly influences the intention to revisit. In addition, customer experience effectively mediates the relationship between the store atmosphere and the intention to return. These results validate that an optimally maintained store atmosphere fosters enjoyable customer experiences, which in turn boosts consumers' desire to return.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic asset for an organization because they play a crucial role in increasing the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization, one of which is through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, including work-life balance, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction on OCB among employees of PT Asuransi BRI Life, Jakarta Regional Office 3. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative approach. The sample size was 75 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2021 and IBM SPSS version 22.0. The results showed that partially, work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on OCB, while perceived organizational support and job satisfaction did not significantly influence OCB. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced OCB.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has created significant opportunities for micro enterprises to expand their market reach through various digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy and marketing performance measurement of Fairy Charm, a micro-scale beaded accessories business based in Malang, Indonesia. An exploratory case study method was employed, with data collected through observation, documentation, and digital metrics analysis. The findings reveal that Fairy Charm simultaneously implements a multi-platform digital marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp Business, and Google My Business, guided by a 4P marketing mix approach. Performance metrics indicate 194 profile visits, 418 total social media impressions, 20 business interactions, and 40 products sold with an average order value of IDR 250,000. Although brand awareness remains limited, consistent visual content strategy and multi-platform management proved effective in establishing an online presence for a newly established business. This study provides practical insights for creative MSMEs in designing and measuring digital marketing strategies during the early stages of business development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of Responsible Leadership, Reciprocity, Trust, Knowledge Sharing Intention, and Helping Behavior on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in student organisations. The research method used was a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to members of various student organisations at several universities in the Jabodetabek area, and the sample used in the study amounted to 165 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis and data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The analysis results show that Responsible leadership, Reciprocity, Trust, Knowledge Sharing Intention, and Helping Behaviour have a significant influence on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of responsible leadership, reciprocity, trust, knowledge sharing intention, and helping behaviour in encouraging knowledge sharing behaviour among members of student organisations. This research also provides insights for student organization managers in designing strategies that can strengthen knowledge-sharing behavior among their members. Practical implications of this research can help student organizations improve the culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration in academic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the agribusiness supply chain system and the factors that influence the efficiency of agricultural product distribution. The agribusiness sector has unique characteristics, such as seasonal products, perishable commodities, and a high dependence on natural conditions. These characteristics often create imbalances between supply and demand which lead to price fluctuations in the market. Through a literature review approach, this study examines various concepts and conditions of the agribusiness supply chain involving several actors, ranging from farmers, collectors, wholesalers, distributors, to retailers before the products reach the final consumers.The results of the study indicate that the efficiency of the agribusiness supply chain is strongly influenced by coordination among business actors, distribution systems, and the support of logistics infrastructure. Long distribution channels, limited transportation facilities, and inadequate storage facilities are some of the main obstacles that increase marketing costs and widen the price gap between producers and consumers. In addition, the perishable and seasonal nature of agricultural products requires faster and more integrated logistics management. Therefore, strengthening the supply chain system through infrastructure improvement, distribution integration, and the use of market information is an important step to improve distribution efficiency and maintain the stability of agricultural product availability in the market.
