Abstract

Consumer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the basic expectations of consumers. Many factors influence consumer satisfaction, including Retailing Mix and Service Quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Retailing Mix on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency, to determine whether there is an effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency and to determine whether there is an effect of Retailing Mix and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency. The population in this study were consumers of Bolly Sila, Bima Regency, who had shopped at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique with 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, T test, f test, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of data processing with the T test method, and F test, it is known that the Retailing Mix and Service Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumerr Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Partially, the results of this study indicate that the Retailing Mix variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Meanwhile, Service Quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the effect of discipline and the physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in Bima City. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in the City of Bima, consisting of 60 employees. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with 40 ASN respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), library research, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T tests, and f tests, using the SPSS v26 program. This analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the correlation coefficient (R), and hypothesis testing through t test and f test. The results of the analysis using the t test can be seen that one independent variable, namely work discipline (X1) and physical work environment (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee work productivity (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), and the physical work environment (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee productivity (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a causal relationship from leverage ratios, liquidity, and firm size as independent variables to financial distress as the dependent variable in real estate and property companies. The research population used was 84 real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 10-year research period in 2012-2021. The research sample was taken using a purpose sampling technique with 32 selected samples being companies that met the sampling criteria. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative research method through descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results found that (H1) leverage has a sixnificant negative effect on financial distress with six value 0.003 < 0.05; (H2) liquidity has no sixnificant effect on financial distress with a sig value of 0.576 > 0.05; (H3) company size has a significant negative effect on financial distress with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine how quality, product, service, and price affect customer satisfaction at Roti Bakar. To collect data for this study, respondents, especially those who had bought toast from Benntak, filled out a questionnaire. By using a purposive sampling technique using the Hair formula, et al., a sample of 100 respondents was obtained for this study. Validity test, reliability test, traditional assumption test, and hypothesis testing are the analytical techniques used in this study. The internet, old research papers, and books on customer satisfaction are where secondary data can be found. The results showed that there was a simultaneous significant effect (Test F) between product quality, service quality, and price. Customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by price, service quality, and product quality, at least partially (t test). The output data processing results show a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.638, meaning that the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction can reach 63.8%, with other variables not examined in this study. accounting studies for the remaining 36.2%.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine whether the performance of Yan HC division employees at PT. PLN (Persero) has been effective. Methodology – The method used is observation, documentation and interviews with all employees of Yan HC PT. PLN (Persero), totaling 9 people. The data that has been obtained from the research results is processed using a qualitative description to determine the effectiveness of the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero). Findings – The results show that the effectiveness of employee performance is good. Some things still need to be improved for the sake of convenience in the future. A more computerized work system is needed at PT. PLN (Persero). Originality/Novelty – The research was conducted by direct observation during the internship period which was conducted from March to July at the Yan HC division of PT. PLN (Persero). Implications – The implication for employees and companies is increasing performance effectiveness. With this increase in effectiveness, it is hoped that it will minimize the effort, time and funds that must be spent by employees and the company. For companies, it is necessary to provide the facilities needed by employees in order to increase work effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions in the consumer case study of Kita Bersama Swalayan Bulakamba. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, researchers obtained 100 samples calculated from a population of 2,451 using the slovin formula at an error rate of 10%. The method used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google from. The results of this study indicate from the t test which states that the service quality variable influences purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of service quality of 6.344 > t table 0.1660 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with promotion t-count 14.655 > t-table 0.1660 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study has the main objective, namely to find out how the influence of price and product quality on consumer buying interest in flower bouquets at Syerr Art Collections. This research uses quantitative research with the SPSS 28 for windows analysis tool. The population used in this study were consumers from Syerr Art Collections, totaling 300, with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online, namely through the Google form. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of price on consumer buying interest with a significance value that is smaller than the probability value, namely 0.001 <0.05 and t count is greater than t table, namely 5.328> 1.99346. Product quality also has a positive influence on consumer buying interest with a significance value of 0.001 <0.005 and t count is greater than t table which is 4.3331> 1.99346. The two variables in this study, namely price and product quality, also jointly influence the variable of consumer buying interest with a significance value of 0.001 <0.005, and f count is greater than f table 39.445> 3.12.

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping platform that provides a variety of sales products ranging from electronics, household equipment, clothing, accessories and fashion. In marketing activities, the factors that influence customer satisfaction are promotion, price, service quality and product quality. The aim of this research is that there is a research gap and various and inconsistent results that occur so the author wants to research further on this matter. The research will use quantitative methods and use the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Statistics program to calculate validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the work environment, workload and leadership on employee performance at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The independent variables in this research include work environment, workload and leadership, and the dependent variable in this research is employee performance. The population in this study was 211 people, namely employees at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The sample in this study was 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection method used in this research uses a questionnaire method. The design used in this research is Outer Model testing, Inner Model testing, hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has no effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; 2) Workload has a positive effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; and 3) Leadership influences the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the family environment and activeness in the organization on the academic achievement of study students at the Hima of the Faculty of Economics, Muhadi Setiabudi University. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative methods. The technique used in this study used a saturated sampling technique with active student respondents participating in the Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University. totaling 50 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the analytical method used was multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that: 1) Students who are active in participating in HIMA are in the category of high academic achievement as much as 62%, those who fall into the moderate category are as much as 32%, and those who fall into the less category are as much as 6%. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the family environment on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of activeness in the organization on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of family environment and activeness in organizations on academic achievement.
