Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work discipline significantly on employee performance at PT.Sebastian Jaya Metal. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, the sample of this study amounted to 100 employees. Data collection techniques used with questionnaire, observation and interview methods. Data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis test, instrument test and hypothesis test, the result of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on work discipline, work discipline is significant to employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline can mediate leadership to employee performance at PT Sebastian Jaya Metal.

Abstract

Many factors influence employee performance, including leadership style, employee welfare, and job satisfaction. At PT Kilang Lima Gunung Lubuk Begalung Padang, there is a decrease in employee performance among most employees, as seen from the company's production level that does not meet the company's target. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee welfare on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Kilang Lima Gunung Lubuk Begalung Padang. This study uses a quantitative research method that explores the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The research data is collected through a survey questionnaire from 105 respondents and tested using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that leadership style and employee welfare have a significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. As a recommendation, this study suggests that the company should focus on improving employee welfare and leadership style to enhance job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to research, test and assess the influence of the independent variables influencer reviews and product quality on the dependent variable interest in purchasing Skintific skincare products among female students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sample for this research was 140 female students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and purposive sampling techniques. then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that influencer reviews and product quality have a positive and significant effect on.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and consider various factors and components that may influence each other between Product Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception on Purchase Interest in Make Over Products in Bekasi City. The sample for this research was 170 respondents who were interested in buying Make Over products in Bekasi City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and convenience sampling techniques. then the data results were processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying Make Over products both partially, but there is no influence of price perception on interest in buying Make Over products either partially. . Simultaneously, product quality, price perception and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Make Over products in Bekasi City.

Abstract

This1research1aims1to1find1out1how1much1influence rewards and work motivation have on employee1performance1through1employee welfare at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Sijunjung district. The data analysis method uses a questionnaire, with a sample of 30 respondents1using1a1saturated sample method or census method. The method used1is a1quantitative1method with structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square 3.0. By distributing a questionnaire to 421respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that Rewards had no significant effect on employee welfare variables with a significant level (0.186 < 0.07). Work motivation variables had1a significant effect on employee welfare with a significant level (0.000 > 0.07). The1reward variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.017 < 0.07). The work1motivation1variable does not have a significant effect on employee1performance at a significant1level (0.830 < 0.07). The employee welfare variable has a significant influence on1employee1performance with a significant level (0.014 < 0.07). The work motivation variable has a1significant effect on employee1welfare1through employee performance with a significant level (0.027 < 0.07), in other words there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee welfare1through employee1performance. And1the reward variable does not have a significant effect on employee welfare through employee performance with a significant level (0.295 > 0.07). In the sense that there is no significant1influence1of1reward on employee welfare through employee performance.

Abstract

this research is the inequality of power in the farmer group system which is intertwined with the community so that each farmer group's policies carry out activities in order to achieve an increase in the production of their respective farming businesses. The aim of this research is to increase welfare. The type of research used in this research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data with farmer group informants in the village of Ompang Tanah Sirah. Data collection techniques used in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results in this study explain that some of the things that are felt by farmers after the existence of farmer groups are the provision of assistance for rice harvesting machines, business capital assistance, fertilizer assistance, everything becomes easier after the existence of groups as a medium for providing assistance. The most important thing as an indicator of welfare is income, because several aspects of household welfare depend on the level of income. As for the role played by farmer groups in the Ompang Tanah Sirah sub-district, such as being a forum for aspirations or deliberations for groups, farmer groups play a role in increasing people's income by holding economic empowerment, farmer groups play a role as a place to maintain and develop knowledge and mutual cooperation in farming among their members ( production units), hold regular meetings as a medium of communication between members of the Farmer Group, hold various trainings for the community in order to reduce unemployment and increase income.

Abstract

This research aims to find and provide an explanation Customer Service Efforts to Improve Excellent Service at Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi. To find out and explain Customer Service obstacles and solutions in improving Excellent Service at Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukitinggi. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach in field research methodology. The findings of this study are that Customer Service at Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi has carried out a series of important actions in an effort to improve service excellence, this includes BNFC training to improve skills and understanding of quality service. Furthermore, customer service follows strict standard operational procedures and carries out a friendly and professional service attitude, from welcoming to closing the service. All these efforts aim to ensure that customers receive superior service and feel appreciated in every interaction with Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi. Customer Service Obstacles and Solutions in improving excellent service at Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi, namely the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure at Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi. However, in facing these obstacles, Bank Nagari Syariah took effective solutions, such as setting up an efficient management system, prioritizing services for customers with urgent problems, and planning good risk management. In facing these obstacles, Bank Nagari Syariah KC Bukittinggi strives to create changes in processes, technology and resource management, so that Service Excellence is maintained.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Suatang Keteban Village Office, Paser Belengkong District, Paser Regency. From the results obtained, the validity test of 26 statements was declared valid because the value of rcount > rtable. The results of the Cronbach Alpha standard reliability test are greater than 0.6 (0.928 > 0.6), so it is stated that each item of the statement and the level of consistency are good, so the results are acceptable. From the results of data analysis and data tabulation, it can be seen that the results of the regression equation are Y = -1, 414 + 0.855 means that the relationship between public satisfaction and the variables Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), Empathy (X5) is very strong. From the results of the Adjusted R Square of 0.612 or 61.2%, this means that the independent variables namely Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), Empathy (X5) provide the percentage of contributions that affecting the dependent variable, namely Community Satisfaction (Y) at the Suatang Keteban Village Office, Paser Belengkong District, Paser Regency, amounting to 61.2%, while the remaining 38.8% was influenced by other variables not studied. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 16.482 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.43. So Fcount is 16.482 > Ftable value is 2.43 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on community satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Direct Evidence variable (X1) is 4.343 with a significant probability of 0.000, Responsiveness (X3) is 3.867 with a significant probability of 0.000, and Guarantee (X4) is 3.099 with a significant probability of 0.003 which has an influence on Satisfaction Society (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Reliability (X2) is -1.445 with a significant probability of 0.155, Empathy (X5) is -1.681 with a significant probability of 0.100, it has no effect on Community Satisfaction (Y). Based on the SPSS results, the Direct Evidence variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Community Satisfaction (Y) with the highest t-count value of 4.343 with a significant rate of 0.000 at the Suatang Keteban Village Office, Paser Belengkong District, Paser Regency, thus the second hypothesis in Chapter II is not proven which states that the empathy variable has a dominant influence or H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

Gold pawn financing is an important service in the sharia financial industry. This research aims to examine gold pawning financing procedures at PT. Sharia Bank KCP Medan Padang Bulan. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The gold pawning financing procedure at Bank Syariah KCP Medan Padang Bulan consists of several steps, including customer registration, gold appraisal, determining the financing value, signing the agreement, disbursing funds and storing the gold. This process is designed to provide easy and transparent financial access for customers who want to use gold as collateral. The research results show that the gold pawn financing procedure at Bank Syariah KCP Medan Padang Bulan is a structured and efficient process. With a good understanding of this procedure, customers can make optimal use of this service. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the development of gold pawn financing services at Sharia Banks and become a reference for further research in this field.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing incentive systems for employees at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, involving surveys and interviews with the owners of the business as well as the company's management. Data were collected to assess to what extent the incentive system encourages employees to achieve company goals, improve productivity, and motivate performance. The results of the analysis will provide insights into the effectiveness of the existing incentive system and recommendations for possible improvements. This research is expected to contribute to improving employee performance and satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble.
