Abstrak Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular dan menjadi suatu permasalahan utama di seluruh dunia. Akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 banyak negara di dunia yang mengalami kerugiaan yang disebabkan oleh virus Covid-19. Untuk menurunkan kerugian karena virus Covid-19 pemerintah melalui banyak regulasinya telah menetapkan berbagai solusi untuk mengatasi pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya melalui program vaksinasi Covid-19. Kabupaten Tangerang menjadi salah satu yang menyumbang banyak kasus positif bagi provinsi Banten. Oleh karena itu pelaksanaan program vaksinasi harus dijalankan dengan sukses untuk membantu mengatasi permasalah yang ada, maka untuk mensukseskan program tersebut masyarakat harus memiliki pengetahuan lebih dalam tentang virus Covid-19 dan vaksinasi Covid-19. Kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi target utama merupakan masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik penyuluhan serta wawancara. Hasil yang di dapat menunjukan masyarakat belum memiliki wawasan yang mumpuni seputar Covid-19 dan vaksinasi Covid-19, sehingga dengan adanya transfer informasi dengan masyarakat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat selama masa pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing incentive systems for employees at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, involving surveys and interviews with the owners of the business as well as the company's management. Data were collected to assess to what extent the incentive system encourages employees to achieve company goals, improve productivity, and motivate performance. The results of the analysis will provide insights into the effectiveness of the existing incentive system and recommendations for possible improvements. This research is expected to contribute to improving employee performance and satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble.

Through the use of repetition and the Active Knowledge Sharing learning approach, this study seeks to improve the learning outcomes of students in class X-8 SMAN 9 Surabaya when writing Observation Report Texts (LHO). Action research in the classroom was the methodology, and data was analyzed twice. The four phases of each cycle planning, action, observation, and reflection were designed to assess how well the applied learning approach worked. While learning outcomes were not at their best in the first cycle, there was an increase in students' active participation. All pupils attained learning completion after showing growth in the second cycle. This enhancement demonstrates that the Active Knowledge Sharing and recitation approach combination not only enhances students' engagement in the learning process but also significantly boosts their academic performance. Hence, this approach demonstrated efficacy in enhancing the caliber of education and pupils' learning results when composing Observation Report Texts.

Sebagian pemilik UMKM di Desa Klurak, Kecamatan Candi, Sidoarjo, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka. Kebanyakan mengandalkan pemasaran secara konvensional dari mulut ke mulut tanpa mempertimbangkan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial serta strategi branding. Maka dari itulah penelitian ini dibuat untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar kepada pemilik UMKM mengenai legalitas atau sertifikasi halal, platform digital serta kemampuan dalam mengembangkan strategi branding seperti pembuatan desain logo produk dan foto produk. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah pemilik UMKM dapat memanfaatkan platform seperti Whatsapp Business dan Instagram untuk pemasaran, serta memiliki foto dan desain logo produk yang dapat menjadi ciri khas usahanya dan meningkatkan daya saing.

PDAM Tirtasari Binjai City is a public service institution that has a monopoly on water supply in Binjai City. The predicate as a metropolitan city, illustrates that Binjai City is a city with dense industry and trade. In this study, discusses how to handle customer complaints of PDAM Binjai City to provide satisfaction to customers. The research method used in this study is K-Means which aims to describe the quality of service for handling customer complaints at PDAM Kota Binjai in increasing customer satisfaction. The informant determination technique carried out by the researcher is using the Clustering K-Means method.

Child marriage dispensation in Indonesia is regulated under Law No. 16 of 2019 and can only be granted under urgent circumstances. Social phenomena, such as premarital pregnancy and cultural pressures, create a dilemma between legal compliance and the protection of children’s rights. This study aims to analyze the judicial practice of child marriage dispensation at the Surabaya Religious Court through case studies of Decision No. 5/Pdt.P/2025/PA.Sby and No. 2194/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Sby. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing court documents, limited interviews with relevant parties, and reviewing literature on law and child protection. The findings reveal differences in judges’ considerations. In case 5/Pdt.P/2025, the dispensation was granted due to the child’s pregnancy, with primary considerations on protecting the child and the unborn, reducing social stigma, and ensuring the continuation of the child’s education. Conversely, case 2194/Pdt.P/2024 focused on social and cultural family reasons without urgent biological conditions, resulting in limited attention to the child’s educational and psychological needs. Both cases highlight the lack of professional psychological assessment, minimal involvement of child protection agencies, and variation in interpreting “urgent reasons.” The study emphasizes the need for clearer operational guidelines, transparent documentation of judicial reasoning, and a multidisciplinary approach to consistently uphold the best interests of the child principle. These findings can inform national policy reform, strengthen post-decision monitoring, and enhance public awareness regarding child marriage dispensation
