Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) partially or simultaneously on Return On Assets (ROA). The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample selection process can involve purposive sampling techniques, namely determining samples using certain criteria. The financial reports studied for the 2013-2023 period are the financial data of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and coefficient of determination (r-square). The results of the research prove that partially the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle on student financial management. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample selection process can use a simple random sampling technique, namely taking samples from each population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test), hypothesis test (t test) and coefficient of determination (r-square). The results of the research prove that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on student financial management.The better a person's lifestyle, the better their financial management will be.

Abstract

Mining plays an important role in humanitarian development and is a major economic asset for several countries. Mining exploitation, especially minerals, contributes significantly to economic growth and development in most countries.The impact can be positive or negative depending on the object affected. Mining generally has both positive and negative impacts on local communities. Companies engaged in mining can contribute to the development of socio-economic infrastructure such as roads, hospitals, schools and housing. While the income derived from mining activities contributes positively to the community's economy, mining activities serve as the main source of employment for local communities, and trigger the establishment of various small businesses such as catering, transportation and cleaning services.Themain data in qualitative research is words and actions, the rest is additional data such as documents and others. Data sources in this study consist of people, situations/events, and documentation.The mining industry in post-operation also leaves mine pits and acid mine water. Former coal mining pits have the potential to cause environmental impacts related to water quality and quantity. Not to mention the difficulty of getting clean water due to the drought of wells around the company. The drought of the well water was caused by extensive excavation of open land to extract coal. The vast land left over from the excavation became like a lake and the abandoned open land was no longer cultivated by the company, therefore the residents' wells experienced drought because the former excavated land became a lake.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of destination image, visitor experience, and service quality on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention at Jakarta Aquarium Safari. All five variables were tested to derive research findings. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Primary data was collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The sample characteristics involve tourists aged 18-30 from the Jabodetabek area who have visited Jakarta Aquarium Safari at least once. Purposive sampling was chosen to obtain a sample resulting in no less than 211 respondents. The results of this study indicate that destination image and service quality significantly have a direct impact on visitor satisfaction, while visitor experience and visitor satisfaction significantly have a direct impact on revisit intention. However, visitor experience does not have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about “The Effect of Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance” in accordance with the subject matter raised, namely the influence of leadership style, compensation, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Aneka Kelola Unggul. The background of this research is that there have been many cases of employee turnover Intention in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Aneka Kelola Unggul. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample used in this study was the entire number of employees including 50 people using the total sampling method. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical data processing applications. The conclusion of the results of this study is that leadership style and work motivation significantly and positively affect the performance of employees of PT Aneka Kelola Unggul. While compensation significantly and negatively affects the performance of employees of PT Aneka Kelola Unggul.

Abstract

PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen is a company engaged in the textile industry. The company produces various types of clothing. Their products include a variety of T-shirts, pants, and shirts. The company's brand is NUX. This company typically focuses on production quality and design. In carrying out its operations, PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen has many employees who are a driving factor in improving performance quality. This research focuses on determining the extent to which work discipline and the work environment affect employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question consists of all employees of PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen, totaling 60 respondents, using questionnaires on a Likert scale. For data processing and analysis, SPSS 25 software is used with multiple linear analysis techniques, including instrument tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. This study finds that there is a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between the variables of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Alakaram Kila Azkia Garmen.

Abstract

A leadership style that pays little attention to the fate of its members can lead to low employee performance. By understanding the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, steps can be taken to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.This study aims to determine whether Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. This study used 51 respondents with quantitative methods. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. Sampling is done by non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. And partially Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis is a company that operates in the field of security/security services and providing labor. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples in this study was 60 people using the Survey method. Next, the data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires using a rating scale model. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on partial research results, work motivation has a positive relationship with employee performance. Providing motivation from the company will encourage employees to complete their work well and have an impact on increased performance. Apart from work motivation, work discipline has an influence on employee performance. The existence of high work discipline possessed by employees will influence the resulting performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on the resulting employee performance. Through the research results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value of 0.651 shows that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a 65.1% influence on employee performance at PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis. And the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other factors such as leadership and work environment.

Abstract

The level of work accidents and threats to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/OSH/K3) in Indonesia is still high, especially in the last two years with a significant increase in the number of work accidents. In 2022, there will be 114,235 cases which will increase to 177,161 in 2023, and reach 82,000 cases from January to March 2024. PT Bumi Gas Indonesia (PT BGI), a rapidly growing LPG Gas company, recognizes the importance of implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/OSH/K3 ) in the production process. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of OSH/OSH/K3 at PT BGI. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, relying on secondary data from relevant literature. The research results show that PT BGI has implemented OSH/OSH/K3 well, including providing personal protective equipment, OSH/OSH/K3 training, and placing fire extinguishers in strategic locations. Effective implementation of OSH/OSH/K3 at PT BGI has been proven to be able to improve work safety, reduce the risk of accidents, and increase company efficiency and productivity. However, several obstacles still exist, such as uneven employee awareness and limitations in implementing OSH/OSH/K3 standards. In conclusion, even though PT BGI has implemented OSH/OSH/K3 well, continued efforts are still needed to optimize the implementation of OSH/OSH/K3, especially through increasing socialization and training for all employees.

Abstract

This service activity aims to find out the application of digital marketing strategies and digital payments in increasing sales of Kebab Dara, Lubuk Begalung branch, Padang City, the obstacles faced by Kebab Dara in digital marketing and digital payments and the efforts made by Kebab Dara to increase sales of the products faced. In this activity we use detailed analysis using data collection techniques, observation and interviews. The results of this activity indicate that Kebab Dara is experiencing problems with declining sales. To overcome this, a digital marketing strategy is needed through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media and appropriate digital payments or qris so that sales can increase again in the future in an era of increasing numbers of competitors. After carrying out this research and observations, the marketing strategy carried out by Kebab Dara is a mix of digital marketing and digital payments.
