Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of a positive work culture on the performance of Toyota Indonesia. A positive work culture is an important aspect of creating a supportive, motivated and productive work environment. In this study, a literature study research methodology approach was used to collect and analyze the relevant literature on this topic. Result of this study show that a positive worplace culture has a significant influence on the production of Toyota Indonesia. Work culture creates a positive environment where employees feel valued, engaged and motivated to give their best contribution. This has a positive impact on employee engagement, effective teamwork, innovation and employee retention. This study emphasizes that a positive work culture has been revealed to be important to organizational performance. Toyota Indonesia can take advantage of these findings by building and strengthening a positive work culture throughout the organization. Thus, companies can increase employee engagement, effective work teams, innovation, and employee retention, which in turn will have a positive impact on the performance of the entire company.

Abstract

Franchise growth in Indonesia shows an increase with the growth and development of the franchise local. The essence of the franchise concept that has a selling point lies in the rights Intellectual Property of a franchise, as a special right owned by individuals or business entities against business systems with business characteristics in order to market goods and/or services that have been proven successful and can be exploited and/or used by other parties. For that protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the agreement franchise, is very important. The franchise business concept has become one of the centers of attention which gave a new breakthrough in the dynamics of the Indonesian economy, especially as a form of business development, considering Franchising is a business that has proven its success. So much effort which was then franchised. This research is a research that uses library research, so the data is required in the form of bibliographical data in the form of legal material.

Abstract

Stray cats are usually easily infected with disease because they don't have owners to take care of them, wild cats generally take food in the trash which is definitely not suitable for consumption because it's not only dirty but the food in the trash doesn't contain enough nutrients. This is what made the researchers come up with the idea to produce a healthy and nutritious food for wild cats and domestic cats named "MiMeow". The food produced by the researchers is in the form of wet food. The purpose of this researcher's idea is to do an innovative food business dan also invite people who have bought and used MiMeow products to participate in donating and caring for stray cats. The method used in carrying out cat food production activities is by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study will explain the plans and concepts of MiMeow.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and the level and level of open unemployment on economic growth in Riau Province. The data used in this study include inflation, open unemployment rate, and economic growth from 2007 to 2021. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable had an effect on the dependent variable as evidenced by the probability value (F-statistic) smaller than α = 5%. The t-test results show that the inflation variable and the open unemployment rate variable affect Economic Growth with a probability value smaller than α = 5%. The coefficient of determination test results show that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable by 50.8% and the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

MiMeow is a business that emerged from a student idea. Mimeow is a business that produces cat food, which is in the form of wet food. The products that researchers produce focus on raising funds to help hungry feral cats. In this study, we will discuss project integration, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communication management, project risk management, project procurement management and project stakeholder management from "Mimeow".

Abstract

Salah satu produk hijab yang saat ini banyak digunakan adalah produk hijab bella square. Dalam melakukan suatu keputusan pembelian memiliki faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan adanya keputusan untuk membeli sebuah produk, salah satunya produk hijab bella square ini. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari islamic branding, religiusitas, kualitas produk, dan halal lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan metode regresi linier ganda pada SPSS V.26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel islamic branding dan religiusitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square. Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk dan halal lifestyle memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square, sehingga secara bersamaan islamic branding, religiusitas, kualitas produk dan halal lifestyle jika bersama memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square

Abstract

Digital marketing adalah strategi pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk atau jasa suatu bisnis. Dalam digital marketing, berbagai kanal digital seperti website, media sosial, email, iklan online, dan mesin pencari digunakan untuk menjangkau konsumen potensial dan meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis. Social media marketing dapat digunakan untuk membangun merek, menarik pengunjung ke website atau toko online, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dalam penerapannya sosial media marketing terdiri dari sistem website, IG, Tiktok pada konten-konten yang menarik sehingga adanya suatu keputusan pembelian pada konsumen terhadap UMKM. Ada beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk. Keputusan ini dapat disebut sebagai keputusan pembelian konsumen. Abstract

Leadership style is a characteristic of the behavior of a leader who guides, motivates, guides and directs a group of people or an organization. Generation Z has a leadership style that is not the same as previous generations. This research was conducted to analyze the appropriate leadership style for Generation Z to apply to an organizational environment, this leadership style is a transformational leadership style. The method used is literature study. The results of the study show that a transformative leadership style is the ideal leadership style for Generation Z.

Abstract

The current work environment that is enacted is designed to have work interactions that have a positive impact on the personal life domain of employees and in particular they impact work-life balance. This research was conducted by examining the relationship between work life balance and project performance and emotional exhaustion as a mediation. The population in this study were software developer workers in Malang Raya with a total of 21 software houses. The sample technique uses non-probability, the number of respondents is 126 respondents. Data processing using SMART PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that emotional exhaustion had a significant negative effect on the project performance of professionals working in software development projects. Work-life balance has a significant negative effect on project emotional exhaustion of professionals working in software development projects. Work-life balance does not significantly affect the project performance of professionals working in software development projects. Emotional exhaustion perfectly mediates the effect of work life balance on the project performance.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kinerja keuangan Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) pada tahun 2019. Kinerja keuangan sebuah partai politik memainkan peran penting dalam menilai kemampuannya untuk mencapai tujuan dan melaksanakan aktivitas politik dengan efektif. Dengan menganalisis indikator keuangan utama. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data keuangan dari laporan keuangan Gerindra dan sumber-sumber relevan lainnya. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan berbagai rasio keuangan, termasuk rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio utang. Rasio-rasio ini memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang kinerja keuangan Gerindra, menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan dan mengelola sumber daya keuangan, mengendalikan pengeluaran, dan memanfaatkan aset dengan efisien. Temuan dari analisis ini memberikan gambaran tentang posisi keuangan dan kinerja Gerindra pada tahun 2019. Hasil dari studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang kinerja keuangan Gerindra pada tahun 2019, menyoroti kekuatan dan area yang perlu diperbaiki. Temuan ini dapat digunakan oleh para pemimpin partai, pemangku kepentingan, dan analis keuangan untuk membuat keputusan yang berdasarkan informasi mengenai manajemen keuangan, alokasi sumber daya, dan perencanaan strategis. Selain itu, analisis ini juga memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kinerja keuangan partai politik dan dampaknya pada proses demokrasi dan stabilitas politik.
