Abstract

This research contains the level of understanding that students have regarding the application of mathematics in everyday life, especially regarding geometric education, this journal is also based on the lack of understanding of the concept of realistic mathematical reasoning. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and document analysis. This research involves students and class teachers with the aim of gaining an understanding of the application of mathematics in everyday life.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of sustainability reports and corporate social responsibility in influencing company value by moderating internal control disclosures. This research uses a population consisting of companies that are part of the SRI-KEHATI Index in the period 2018 - 2022. The data taken from this sample is secondary data in the form of sustainability report disclosures in accordance with the 17 SDGS points, the amount of costs incurred for environmental development, disclosure Internal Control and net profit after tax obtained from the Company's Sustainability Report and Annual Report as well as share market value obtained through the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Data was collected from 27 different companies with a total sample of 101 data using purposive sampling techniques. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 27 application and using the multiple regression analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that the sustainability report has a significant positive effect and corporate social responsibility has a non-significant positive effect on company value, while environmental control moderation has a significant positive strengthening effect on the sustainability report and a non-significant weakening effect on corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what the marketing strategy is for skintific products, especially among millennials. The method in this research uses qualitative methods while the population in this research is Bina Bangsa University students in the 5th semester majoring in management. The sampling technique used was random sampling by distributing questionnaires online. There were 88 students who filled out the questionnaire so that the sample determined was 88 samples. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by skintific products with cognitive, affective and conative dimensions with the sub dimensions of product quality, brand, price, promotion and purchasing decisions all have good categories, so the conclusion regarding the strategy carried out by skintific products, especially among millennials, is Good.

Abstract

School is a place to seek various knowledge to develop the abilities of students. The government prepares a compulsory education program that lasts 12 years regulated in law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Admission of New Learners (PPDB) is the initial stage for schools to improve the quality of education. Learners, teachers, and schools are the main things in the process of continuity of teaching and learning. The Zoning System is the government's effort to separate the dichotomy between superior and non-superior schools. However, in reality, there is still unbalanced competition in this policy. There are still schools that only get a few new prospective students compared to other schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data analysis methods. The effectiveness of the zoning system is based on several aspects including impact, sustainability and challenges faced. Cooperation between the government, schools and communities is needed to overcome these challenges and ensure that the zoning system can achieve the goal of equitable and quality education distribution without any reference or formula.

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia, particularly in the field of education, has made rapid progress through the integration of information systems. This system has become a crucial element in managing educational data and information, including student data, class schedules, and attendance records. However, challenges arise in the management of the library at SMP Negeri 1 Umalulu, which still relies on a manual book borrowing system, potentially leading to errors in data validation. This research responds to these challenges by developing a web-based book borrowing information system using the CodeIgniter framework and the waterfall development method. The main goal is to enhance the efficiency of book management and facilitate the book borrowing and returning processes. The implementation of the new system is expected to reduce errors in manual recording and create a more structured and responsive library environment for visitors. The resulting information system is anticipated to have a positive impact on library management efficiency, enrich the reader's experience, and improve information access. Thanks to the developers and all involved parties for the successful implementation of this system. Hopefully, this achievement will inspire further technological advancements in the education sector, providing additional benefits and fostering a better learning environment.

Abstract

The differentiation of sexes between men and women becomes a complex subject, involving biological, psychological, and social factors. Physical differences, including body structure, reproductive organs, and hormones, serve as primary distinctions between them. Psychologically, patterns of thought, emotions, and responses to the environment also differ between men and women. On the social front, norms and gender stereotypes shape societal perceptions of gender roles and identities. While these differences exist, it is important not to narrow individuals into gender stereotypes and to recognize individual diversity. A deeper understanding of sexual differentiation helps create an inclusive environment for all individuals, without discrimination based on gender.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, cash holding, financial performance and company size in firm value. The population in this study were 44 food and baverages companies for the 2019-2022 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in the study consist of the board of commissioners (DK). Audit committee (KA), cash holding (CH), company size (LN), financial performance (ROA), while the dependent variable is firm value (PBV). The number of sample uses a quantitative approach. Research data processing using SPSS version 23 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the result of the analysis that has been carried out, it is foud that the board of commissioners, audit committee, company size has no effect on firm value. While cash holding and ROA have an effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study is a partial replication of a previous study conducted by Mustikaningrum (2022) on “analysis of the influence of perceptions of family support, workplace support and work-life balance policies on employee performance with work-life balance as an intervening variable”. The object of this study is UMB BOGA Yogyakarta, and the subjects are employees as many as 91 respondents. While data analysis techniques using SEM, with IBM SPSS and AMOS tools. The results of this study is the perception of workplace support, work-life balance policies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the perception of family support has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The AMC unit is a unit responsible for regulations, supervision of aircraft movements, traffic of vehicles, people and goods as well as cleanliness in airside areas, aviation records so that aviation security and safety can be achieved. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the AMC unit, complete supporting equipment is required, such as Follow Me Car, Safety Vest, Ear Muff, Handy Talky, VHF Radio, PABX, Binoculars, Speed Gun and Computer. The AMC unit at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport in carrying out surveillance in the airside area has not been equipped with adequate equipment in accordance with the SOP. This research aims to find out how the AMC unit's work equipment is monitored and available, the constraints of AMC officers and what the flow of infrastructure procurement is.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data came from SOPs, photos and regulations related to the problems studied. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used. The results of this research show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport has carried out its duties in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and General Civil Aviation Regulation Number KP 038 of 2017 concerning Apron Management Service. Supervision in the apron area has been carried out effectively by carrying out inspections from 06.00 - 18.00 WITA in the morning. The obstacles for AMC officers in carrying out their duties are that there is no Follow Me Car to be used for monitoring and inspections and there is no Radio Base available so all communication is carried out using Handy Talky. The flow of procurement of work equipment for the AMC unit at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport begins with making a Note/Equipment Requirement, then the Head of the AMC Unit proposes the procurement of equipment to the Service and Cooperation Section, after approval, the letter is submitted to the Head of the Administration Sub-Division, then handed over to the Head of UPBU Airport H. Hasan Aroeboesman, Financial Manager and Expenditure Treasurer.

Abstract

This research has a relationship between perceptions of halal literacy and UNWAHA students' motives for choosing cosmetic products based on sharia economic principles. Through an economic analysis approach, this research explores the extent to which students' understanding of halal literacy influences their motives for choosing halal cosmetic products that follow sharia principles. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data sources through interviews with UNWAHA students. It is hoped that the research results will provide valuable insight for students in understanding halal literacy and motives for choosing cosmetic products.
