Abstract

This research was conducted to test whether there is an influence between authoritarian parenting on psychological well-being in early adolescents. The number of samples in this study was 198 students with an age range of 12 to 15 years. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. Based on the analysis results obtained from the simple linear regression test, a significance value of 0.002 was obtained. This means that the significance value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that authoritarian parenting has an influence on psychological well-being in early adolescence. From the results of the regression coefficient value of minus, namely -0.019, it can be said that authoritarian parenting has a negative effect on psychological well-being in early adolescence. This means that the higher the authoritarian parenting style, the lower the level of psychological well-being in early adolescence. For future researchers, it is recommended to use other theories that have not been used in this research, for example Riberio's theory. Apart from that, to develop further research, we can also use internal factors that can influence psychological well-being, for example gender factors, evaluation of life experiences and locus of control.

Abstract

This research is about the implementation of service quality in library services at the Library and Archives Office of Deli Serdang Regency. In investigating the implementation of service quality in library services at the Library and Archives Office of Deli Serdang Regency, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection occurred in a natural environment. Positive recognition of quick responses and guidance from library staff created opportunities to encourage positive behavior. Lack of time and internet connectivity, indicating potential improvements in terms of technical infrastructure. The findings highlight the importance of continuous evaluation of library services. The extent to which remedial action is taken in response to evaluation results can have a positive impact on user satisfaction. By implementing such effects, the Deli Serdang library and archives service will be able to further improve the quality of its services and ensure its patrons' needs are met thereby increasing user satisfaction. The department has one librarian and 17 library technology staff members. Additional librarians are needed, especially in the IT department. Understanding the Concept of Service Quality and Visitor Satisfaction: Service Quality of Deli Serdang Library and Archives. Service is the key to improving visitor satisfaction. Abstract

A good working environment contributes to improved employee performance. Factors such as ability, motivation, leadership, team, system and contextual have been shown to influence employee performance. Through a review of the literature, the purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of this topic. Previous studies show how organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, work motivation, and organizational commitment to employee performance. An organizational culture that supports teamwork, innovation, fairness, and transparency, along with a leadership style that is inspiring, empowering, and adaptive, has a significant positive impact on employee performance. The combination of these two factors can create an ideal work environment for performance, but other factors, such as interpersonal communication, training and motivation, also need to be considered. A strong organizational culture and effective leadership can increase employee motivation, commitment and loyalty, which will ultimately impact the product.

Abstract

Learning for junior high school students must have the right strategy, in a learning process we need to have an approach to students so that we can know each child's character, so that it is easy for us to determine what learning model is suitable for the students who will be educated. . This method is to make it easier for teaching staff and not to simply give learning models without any approach and this will have consequences for junior high school students if we give the wrong strategy. In the world of education, several terms such as strategy, approach, model and method are often used to describe teaching and learning situations. And these terms are often inconsistent and often overlap in their use. To distinguish and clarify the differences between each of these terms, they need to be studied and discussed contextually and comprehensively. This needs to be done, in order to avoid further confusion and misunderstanding of the meaning of some of these terms. This article will specifically try to explain these four terms, because these four terms are most widely used and referred to by practitioners in the field of education. Clarification of the terms will help to untangle the confused understanding of meaning in the world of education and the world of literacy.

Abstract

Education is a forum for acquiring knowledge transferred from teachers to students. In education, the term model Learning can never be separated from every activity between teachers and teacher students where the learning model is a strategy in implementing educational activities. Dissatisfaction with the results of the learning model Conventional education makes education experts continue to strive for develop a learning model that is expected to be able to provide improvements in the implementation of the educational process. Wrong One learning model that is recommended is the learning model Cooperative This model emphasizes that students are able to learn to understand knowledge and learning work together to achieve certain learning goals. Cooperative learning also teaches students to interact and communicate well between fellow students. Learn to create Good relationships between students will train students to get used to it create good relationships between people. This goal is very appropriate with Islamic religious teachings. So with the existence of a learning model This cooperative, students will be able to have good interactions among humans both in the educational environment at school and in the community environment.

Abstract

ESG is a topic and main concern for investors in making investment decisions. Investors assess the impact of ESG on company performance and ESG cannot be separated from the role of good GCG. With ESG and GCG, it is believed that it can improve company performance. This research was conducted to analyze how Company Value is influenced by ESG, and how GCG moderates the relationship between ESG and Company Value. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, the research population and sample were 78 companies, where the research data was secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website in 2022. The research was carried out using SmartPLS version three. The research results illustrate that ESG has a positive impact on company value, and GCG cannot moderate the relationship between ESG and company value.

Abstract

Moderation in religion is an important concept in the context of religious harmony. This study aims to explore the influence of moderation in religion on religious harmony. The methods used were surveys and inter views with respondents representing various religions in Indonesia. The results showed that moderation in religion has a positive influence on religious harmony. This is reflected in an attitude of tolerance, respect for diversity, and stronger national commitment among individuals who practice religious moderation. The implication of this research is the importance of promoting moderation in religion as a foundation to streng then religious harmony in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the primary goal of enhancing the octane number in Pertalite, a commonly used type of gasoline, through the addition of acetone as an additive. To achieve this objective, an experimental method involving the addition of various concentrations of acetone to Pertalite and measuring the resultant octane number using the Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) method was employed. Acetone, an organic compound from the ketone group, is known for its potential to increase the octane number in gasoline, which can subsequently affect engine performance and exhaust emissions. During the research, different concentrations of acetone were mixed into the fuel samples and their effectiveness in raising the octane number was measured. The results indicated a significant increase in the octane number of Pertalite with the addition of acetone. Further statistical analysis reinforced these findings, showing a significant correlation between increased acetone concentration and the enhancement of the octane number. This suggests that acetone can be considered an effective and economical additive for improving fuel quality. From these results, it can be concluded that acetone holds great potential as an economical additive that can significantly enhance fuel quality efficiently. These findings provide an important contribution to the fuel industry, particularly in the development of additives that can improve fuel performance while maintaining low production costs. It is hoped that these results will spur further research and practical applications in fuel formulation in the future.

Abstract

In 2022, Pangkah Public Health Center in Tegal Regency recorded 2 cases of maternal deaths, attributed to hemorrhage and umbilical cord embolism. Data obtained from the health center in 2023 revealed a total of 874 pregnant women, with 475 categorized as high-risk. Risk factors included maternal age <20 years (17 cases), maternal age >35 years (133 cases), interpregnancy interval <2 years (31 cases), nutritional problems (109 cases), anemia (50 cases), presence of more than 5 children (17 cases), and others (118 cases). Among high-risk pregnancies, women aged >35 years and those falling into the "others" category were the two most prevalent groups. The general objective of this case study is to gain insights and real-life experiences in providing comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. D at Pangkah Public Health Center in 2023, focusing on high-risk grandemultipara and women aged >35 years, utilizing the 7-step Varney midwifery care management and SOAP development data. This research adopts a case study approach, with Mrs. D, a 36-year-old grandemultipara with advanced maternal age, as the subject. Comprehensive care is provided throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal periods, including the application of Postnatal Massage therapy. From the data collected, it is concluded that the subject experienced numbness in her hands upon waking up from 38 weeks of gestation onwards. The patient perceives her pregnancy as highly risky due to being a grandemultipara and advanced maternal age, necessitating close monitoring by healthcare providers.

Abstract

The role of UMKM in helping the community's economy as food sector entrepreneurs has contributed income to their families to meet the needs of the family such as basic needs, education, further sales capital, and others. This study aims to determine the role of food sector UMKM in improving the economy of the lower middle class in Kranji Village and helping the family economy and to find out the reasons why the people of Kranji Village choose food sector UMKM. The method used in this research is the Qualitative-Descriptive method. This research data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. the results of the study found that: 1) The role of food sector UMKM in improving the economy of culinary families such as being able to meet daily needs, meet children's school fees. And sales capital for the next. 2) The reasons for the Kranji Village Community to choose UMKM are due to basic human needs, relatively small capital, wide product variety, relatively easy marketing, flexibility of time and opportunities for work.
