Abstract

Human Resources (HR) Audit is an effort to improve the quality of human resources in a company. One of the objectives of an HR audit is to see the effect of training programs in increasing employee work productivity. This training aims to analyze the effect of the training program on the work productivity of PT employees. Sumber Jaya Fastindo. This research uses a survey method for employees of PT. Sumber Jaya Fastindo. Data was collected through questionnaires. The research results show that the training program has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of PT employees. Sumber Jaya Fastindo. This means that training programs can increase employee work productivity. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the quality of the training programs provided to employees. Training programs must be well designed and tailored to employee needs. Apart from that, companies also need to evaluate the training programs that have been implemented to see their effectiveness.

Abstract

YouTube is a social media that is widely enjoyed and has a variety of information, one of which, tutorial content that is quite loved by the Indonesian people.  One of the YouTube channels that package and display tutorial content is "Bang Tutorial". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and magnitude of the influence of YouTube tutorial content "Bang Tutorial" on the interest in learning video editing on broadcast students in South Jakarta. The concepts used in this study are social media, social media content, tutorial content and learning interest. Tutorial content (Variable X) consists of audio visual, talent, graphic, and pacing dimensions. Meanwhile, interest in learning (Variable Y) is in the form of interest in learning, feelings of pleasure, attention to learning, and learning involvement. This research uses the positivism paradigm with a quantitative approach. The method used is survey and the type of research is explanatory. The research population was students majoring in broadcast at a campus located in South Jakarta. The number of samples obtained using Raosoft calculator software is 96 respondents. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique used, namely a sampling technique by selecting respondents based on certain considerations. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, literature and online questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the YouTube content variable "Bang Tutorial" had a significant effect on the interest in learning video editing on broadcast students in South Jakarta.

Abstract

The best students are students who have excellence both in values and ethics. In the graduation ceremony every year, the selection of the best students is a reward and also as a motivation that will be a supporting material for a student to plunge into a wider layer of society. In determining the best students at the Faculty of Nursing, Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan, it is still done manually using Microsoft excel. So it is necessary to implement a computer-based information system that can support decision making by considering the criteria to be assessed. AHP and AHP-SAW methods are used in modeling this decision support system and comparing the two methods. The AHP-SAW method produces better results than the AHP method. This is because the AHP-SAW combined method combines the best of both methods.

Abstract

In the nursing profession study program, has an important role in producing quality graduates and is ready to compete in the world of work. This research has a high urgency because it can make a real contribution in improving the quality of graduates of the UMKT Ners professional program. The main objective of this research is to implement a web-based AHP-SAW method to determine the best graduates in the UMKT Nursing Profession Program. The data collection method uses secondary data. Secondary data is obtained based on data from related agencies and sources, including the data that has been collected. This research uses multi-criteria, namely GPA, Study Period, Achievement, and Final Project KIAN. The AHP method is used to determine weights based on many criteria or multi criteria. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the AHP-SAW method can help determine the best graduates in the UMKT Ners Professional Study Program. This system is equipped with features that can display all calculations in detail, this system also has a database that makes it easy for users to access LifeTime, other advantages can overcome the possibility of lost data. the author hopes that this system will be developed to be dynamic so that it can be used on all devices. As for the appearance of the system which is still basic, it can be developed to be more attractive, but still has to adjust the purpose of using the system.

Abstract

Learners, in this case language learners, often experience difficulties in learning. This difficulty can be seen from many things. Due to the various difficulties experienced by Arabic language learners, a strategy is needed in understanding students so that Arabic language learning can be received in an effective and efficient way, so that learning can be carried out enthusiastically by students. Researchers want to examine the influence of visual media on Arabic language learning. By conducting research on the influence of media in learning, teachers can use appropriate strategies for their students. The type of research used in this article is descriptive analysis with quantitative methods. The respondents in this research were 27 active students at the Indonesian University of Education, Arabic Language Education study program. In this research it can be seen that most students as respondents use visual media as their strategy in learning Arabic. They also feel the benefits of the media they use in learning. Visual media is a good strategy for students to learn something, in this case learning Arabic. So that teachers can use visual media in learning Arabic. Apart from teachers, students can also use this visual media to study independently.

Abstract

This research uses the application of behavioristic learning methods as a way to build an Arabic language environmental program located at Diniyyah Takmiliyyah Awaliyyah. This program has a learning system that has a duration of 2 weeks and involves 20 students. This program applies 4 maharah namely; 1.) listening (al-istimia'), 2.) speaking (al-kalam), 3.) reading (al-qiro'ah), 4.) writing (al-kitabah). This behavioristic method focuses on students showing improvements in terms of attitudes and cognitive qualities that have been studied previously. The language environment can be referred to as external and internal factors in language development. Because the language environment encourages students to apply what they have learned about Arabic. In the pre-program percentage, all students had a percentage of 5% out of 100%, and there was an increase during the course of the program in the 1st week by 10 percent and in the 2nd week by 40%. The results of the research show that the language environment accompanied by the application of behavioristic learning methods influences the improvement of the language skills of Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah students.

Abstract

Volleyball is a large ball game played by two opposing teams. The game is played by 2 teams of 6 players each fighting to be the first to reach 25 points. There are 4 important roles in a team, namely Pitcher (or Setter), Spiker (Smash), Libero and Defender (Defender). Tosser or pengmpang is a person whose job is to pass the ball to his teammate and dictate the flow of the game. The spiker's job is to hit the ball so that it lands in the opponent's defense zone. A libero is a defender who is free to enter and exit but may not hit the ball over the net. Defender is a player who defends to fend off enemy attacks. Pembinaan Sidoarjo Jaya is a volleyball coach management organization. Facing these developments, the Sidoarjo region, especially the Disporapar Kab. Sidoarjo hopes that this training will result in better performance and be able to lift the volleyball court from a lower level to a higher level. The aim of the researcher is to find out comprehensively how the management of volleyball coaches in Sidoarjo Jaya is related to the development of achievement, inhibiting factors and management of Sidoarjo Jaya's development results. This type of research is a descriptive research method with observation methods, data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires and topic documentation. Sidoarjo Jaya managers, coaches and athletes participated in this study, totaling 45 people consisting of 2 managers, 4 coaches and 39 athletes. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis technique using the percentage description method. As a result, the athlete's perception of human resources was in the high category with an average of 92.62, while the athlete's perception of facilities was in the high category with an average of 95.77, reflecting the athlete's perception of the training program. It is in the low category for which the average value was obtained. 96.95, high and low category training program trainers' average of 90.50, high category human resource trainers' average of  49.75, managers' perception of human. , the average of 46.00 high range and low category resources representing the manager's perception of the facility by determining an average of  94.50.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership on occupational safety and health (K3), the influence of the work environment on occupational safety and health (K3), the influence of work discipline on occupational safety and health (K3) and the influence of leadership, environment and work discipline together. the same for occupational safety and health (K3). A quantitative approach is used as this type of research. The population in this study is the project workforce at PT Haleyora Power with 26,215 workers with a sample size of 1,207 workers. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with data analysis through multiple linear analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the influence of leadership on occupational safety and health was 0.418, the influence of the work environment on occupational safety and health was 0.432, the influence of work discipline on occupational safety and health was 0.418 and the influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline had a simultaneous coefficient on occupational safety and health of 0.910.

Abstract

Education Management in this case has a strategic role in determining the direction of development of a nation. So, management of character education should be applied in every world of children's lives, starting from the family, school, even in their play environment. In this position character education requires strong cooperation with the education curriculum in schools, especially Madrasah-level Education where the education management implemented must be able to support the education of children's positive attitudes and behavior. Therefore, this study aims to describe and understand education management in madrasa education units and the implementation of education management in improving the education of students' interests, attitudes and behavior in South Sumatra (Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Iman Margotani). This research method uses a qualitative approach with triangulation data collection techniques. The research location is at the Nurul Iman Margotani Education Foundation in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Institute, Nurul Iman Margotani, Madang Suku II District, East Oku Regency. The results of the study show that the implementation of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and behavior is based on objective planning with clear and specific goals, has regular educational programs, develops activities in the form of intra-curricular, extracurricular, guidance and counseling program activities with goals as the formation of student character education, improving student skills in humanizing practices and other skills. Determination of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior. in the form of long-term and short-term programs implemented by example, direction, assignment, habituation, and environmental creation. This affects the character of the santri in the form of leadership, discipline, trustworthiness, sincerity and decency. These conditions support the creation of an environment that is healthy and conducive to learning, everything that is heard, seen, and suggested by students is an element of education.
