Abstract

Management is an important aspect needed by a working unit or even in carrying out activities. Therefore, one of the research studies conducted is the analysis of the implementation of management functions in the information unit to improve services at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of management functions carried out by the information unit to improve the services provided. This research also aims to identify the obstacles and solutions implemented by the information unit when providing services. This research uses qualitative research methods, conducted in June 2023, located at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity was tested using the triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Information Unit has implemented management functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling to enhance the provided services. However, based on service indicator measurements, there were deficiencies found in the responsiveness and empathy indicators, which are the result of poor organizing function performed by the Information Unit. Service constraints were also identified, such as FIDS error, SIOPSKOM Inalix system downtime, miscommunication between information officers and airline staff, and insufficient number of information unit personnel, which hindered optimal service delivery. The Information Unit's solution is to contact the relevant working units regarding the damages, make manual announcements if necessary, double check the requests from airline staff, and have supervisors assist if the information unit personnel become overwhelmed.

Abstract

Air transportation plays an important role in the flight of pilgrims. One of the providers of operational places for the transportation of pilgrims is Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport which serves Central Java and DIY. In the flight process of pilgrims, one of the units that plays an important role is the Aviation Security unit. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role and work system of the Aviation Security Unit during the Hajj pilgrimage at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This research is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study used the interview method, the observation method and the documentation method at the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport during the 2022 hajj pilgrimage. The results of this study indicate that the Aviation Security unit plays an important role in supporting the security and safety of pilgrims' flights at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. The work system at the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport has been organized in such a way that it uses a shift work system. AVSEC officers will be on standby 24 hours to serve both inspections and other matters in accordance with regulations and Standard Operating Procedures to support the security and safety of prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of labor, raw materials, and working hours on the income of smoked fish processing businesses in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data, the data used is a questionnaire obtained from respondents of smoked fish processing entrepreneurs in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The data analysis tool in this study is a multiple linear regression method. The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously there is a significant influence between raw materials and working hours, while labor variables have an insignificant effect on the income of smoked fish processing businesses in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. For the effect of labor, raw materials, and labor hours simultaneously on income (Y) with an F value count of 44.235 with a significance level of 0.000. With a significance value smaller than 0.000, which is 0.000 < 0.05, it H_O rejected and H_α accepted, which means that the free variable of raw materials and working hours has a significant effect, while the free variable of labor has an insignificant effect while the labor-free variable has an insignificant effect on smoked fish processing business in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

The apron movement contro (AMC) crew has the task of operating or using a aviobridge for passanger comfort and safety, as aviobridge provides more protection from the heat, raim, jet blast of airplane engine, noise and dust. In other words aviobridge is o important in supporting flight activities that it is hoped that the use of aviobridge will be done well. . The purpose of this study is to learn how aviobridge procedures and what obstacles aviobridge’s operator faced and how the solution might be. This study uses a qualitative method using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The time and place of the study began on November 01, 2022 – November 28, 2022, as suggested by the apron movement control unit in The Internasional Airport Supadio Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The analysis techniques used are the reduction of data, the presentation of data, and the drawing of conclusions. The validity test of data on this study employed technical triangulation method and triangulation of data sources. The results of this study have shown that the use of aviobridge follows by the standard operating procedure (SOP) to create safety and occupational health (K3). Studies also found at the time if aviobridge operation include the lack of human resources, the lack of aviobridge facilities, and the problem with aviobridge itself. The solution to this problem is to increase human resources, to add to aviobridge, and to continue to care for aviobridge..

Abstract

Lost and found unit officers are the ones who most often receive complaints from passengers who have lost or damaged baggage. This is related to passenger satisfaction, so that the quality of service in lost and found units requires more attention from the ground handling company at the airport. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of passenger satisfaction and to determine the attributes of service quality in determining the level of passenger satisfaction with the lost and found unit of PT. Avia Citra Dirgantara at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport in Malang. Researchers used descriptive quantitative methods. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques. Data analysis used the passenger satisfaction index and importance performance analysis. The number of samples used is 100 respondents, the questionnaire is addressed to passengers who have used the lost and found unit services of PT. Avia Citra Dirgantara. The place of this research is Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang, East Java. The results of the research show that the satisfaction level of users of the lost and found unit can be seen from the IKP score of 37% stating that they are very satisfied and 32% stating that they are satisfied with the performance or service of the lost and found unit. If seen from the indicator with a very satisfied percentage it shows on the Emphaty indicator which is 30% and satisfaction shows on the Responsiveness indicator which is 63%. Attributes that need to be improved are located in quadrant I and there are 4 attributes in quadrant I.

Abstract

Poverty and inflation are complex and multidimensional economic problems. Therefore, it is necessary to find solutions to overcome or at least reduce the level of poverty and suppress a stable inflation rate. This study aims to analyze the level of poverty and inflation on economic growth. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study used secondary data obtained from the North Sumatra Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of this study explained that poverty and inflation greatly affect economic growth. If poverty increases, it means that economic growth conditions are weak and high and unstable inflation is a reflection of economic instability which results in a general and continuous increase in the price level of goods and services.

Abstract

Passenger buying interest will increase influenced by one factor, namely advertising. The higher the advertisement that is promoted, the higher the interest or interest of the passengers towards the advertisement. Apart from advertising, one of the factors that influence buying interest is price. High buying interest can be formed by the price offered by service or product providers. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and prices on the purchase intention of passengers on Lion Air Airlines at Ambon Pattimura International Airport. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Lion Air airline service users at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. The sample in this study was calculated using the slovin formula, namely 100 samples. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and literature studies. [26/7 10.52] .: High purchase intention can be formed by the price offered by service or product providers. The research was conducted at Ambon Pattimura Airport in August 2022. The data analysis technique used consisted of instrument tests, namely validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression tests as well as hypothesis testing consisting of T tests, F tests, and Determination Coefficient Tests . The results of this study are that advertising partially influences purchase intention with t table of 1.66, where t count X1 is 4.120 meaning that for the advertising variable t count > t table, 4.120 > 1.66. The price variable has a partial effect on buying interest because the T count of the X2 variable is 4.856, meaning that for the advertising variable t count>t table, 4.856> 1.66. The advertising and price variables together or simultaneously have an effect on purchase intention, as evidenced by a significance value of <0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. The calculated F value for the variable product quality and price is 57.474 for a 5% error in the 2-party test, the F table is 3.09. If F count > F table, the effect between advertising and price on buying interest is obtained, the F count is 57.474 > F table 3.09. This means that there is a positive influence between advertising and price on buying interest on Lion Air at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. The relationship between advertising and price on purchase intention is 54.2%, while the remaining 45.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the realization of local government expenditure in Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study research method through literature studies related to the title. The results of the research are based on the analysis that the realization of overall government expenditure for 5 (five) years in Deli Serdang Regency has an average of 63.41%, meaning that the performance of the Deli Serdang Regency government is considered good. Where in 2018-2022 the Deli Serdang Regency government used less than 100% of the budgeted amount. However, in terms of the nominal amount of expenditure realization, the Deli Serdang Regency Government has increased, but this amount is still relatively small from the total budget that has been determined so that performance is still considered good and can utilize the expenditure budget not exceeding the budgeted amount.

Abstract

. Local revenue also plays a role in implementing regional government planning to develop development and improve a region's economy. This study examines the realization of local government revenue in Deli Serdang Regency. This descriptive qualitative study uses the literature method through literature studies supported by secondary data from the progress report on the development control of North Sumatra Province. The results of the study state that local government revenue is a prosperous capital in achieving regional development goals because it determines the region's capacity to carry out government functions. The higher and more significant the revenue received, the area is declared capable of showing independence to finance all obligations towards regional development.

Abstract

The research aims to understand the visual form and meaning of the album "Savage" by girl group Aespa. It is hoped that this study can be useful as a new knowledge base and can be used as a future research reference. To achieve these goals and benefits, the author uses a descriptive qualitative approach. An analysis of this study was conducted with the semiotics theory of Charles Sanders Pierce. The resources obtained are primary data obtained directly from SYNK DIVE's physical album "Savage" and interview process, while secondary data are from various literature sources. The results that the authors obtained after conducting this study were the album's cover design to visualize the contents of the songs and concepts on the album. The album's cover was designed using a flow of futurism that describes the speed of a movement.
