Abstract

Citra merek merupakan pemahaman dan hubungan yang terbentuk dalam pikiran pelaggan produk terhadap merek atau brand tertentu. Keputusan pembelian mobil merupakan proses yang kompleks, di mana citra merek dapat memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi preferensi konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana citra merek mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil Honda Brio. Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review Penelitian yang penulis buat dapat memberi dampak penting bagi manajemen pemasaran mobil Honda dalam mengembangkan strategi branding yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan mobil Honda Brio. Dalam mengelola citra merek, perusahaan perlu fokus pada mempertahankan reputasi merek yang baik, memperkuat persepsi kualitas yang positif, mengoptimalisasi citra merek, dan meningkatkan kesetiaan konsumen terhadap merek Honda Brio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang akan menjadi tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode resitasi pada pembelajaran matematika siswa,dan peningkatan materi perkalian dan pembagian. Untuk melihat peningkatan nilai hasil belajar siswa di kelas II SDN tanjung VI dengan metode resitasi.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan tes hasil belajar siswa.penelitiannya yaitu siswa kelas II SDN tanjung VI yang berjumlah 15 orang siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees at the bank. Motivation is defined as a condition that influences the emergence, direction, and behavior related to performance. This motivation arises from individual desires, drives, needs, hopes, goals, and objectives. When a person has a need, there is an urge to work. Motivation is the driving force for achievement and the basis for enthusiasm in achieving maximum productivity. Motivation influences how individuals apply their potential productively to achieve company goals and targets. The conclusion of this study is that by providing good motivation to employees can increase their morale, and the main factor in achieving company goals is to build good relationships between companies and employees..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems in mathematics at the elementary level. One of the problems found is that there are still some students who have not mastered numeracy material, so research is needed to examine this. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The method used in this study is the demonstration method. By using intrusmen Data collection in the form of interviews, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used is completeness analysis.

Abstract

The influence of attractiveness and social media has several issues that will be discussed in this study. Social media is considered one of the best ways for businesses to promote their products to potential customers. Social media users seek rankings and customer reviews of specific products before making purchasing decisions. However, the increasing number of social media users has led businesses to rely on influencers as an essential element in marketing their products. This study aims to analyze the influence of attractiveness and influencer expertise on purchase intention in the food industry. The research method employed in this study is a literature review, which can serve as a consideration for food industry businesses that intend to collaborate with influencers to drive purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Guidance Period activities which are considered ineffective, are examined to find out how good they are for students, so that they become a material for consideration and reference for evaluating these activities in subsequent years. Reviewed by giving questionnaires to several respondents with special criteria, and observed through naturalistic observation methods. It was found that the frequency of the influence of the guidance period on several aspects, namely: 1) time management, 2) comply with regulations, 3) be ethical, 4) be responsible, the average agree: 86.6% and disagree: 13.3%. Meanwhile, in the observation results, it was found that the behavior of some respondents did not match the answers to the questionnaire which was influenced by several factors, namely internal factors in the form of individuals and external factors in the form of education and the environment. It is hoped that the inhibiting factors on the effect of the Guidance Period activities found through this research can be the basis for increasing the good habits of respondents and improving these activities so that they become better.

Abstract

Different types of parenting styles will certainly have a different impact on children's morals. This study examines 3 types of parenting which aims to determine the impact of these types of parenting on children's morals. The method used is a qualitative approach design by applying systematic studies, which results that Authority Parenting tends to restrain and limit children, so that children feel constrained and insecure, then Authoritative Parenting gives more freedom to children, but remains under the supervision of parents, so that children more open, independent, and able to discuss with parents. Unlike the previous parenting style, Permissive Parenting is a parenting style that provides complete freedom, without parental intervention, which causes children to lose their way. Reviewing the three types of parenting, Authoritative Parenting is the best type of parenting to be implemented by parents to children, because it has the best implications for children's morals.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the productivity and quality of pagoda mustard farming between conventional methods and digitalization methods using hydroponic and greenhouse automation machines. The research method used is qualitative with an interview approach and literature study. Interviews were conducted to gain an in-depth understanding of the farmer's experience, the challenges faced, and the differences in productivity and quality of agricultural output between the two methods. In addition, a literature study was conducted to collect relevant information about the advantages, limitations and effects of conventional methods and digitalization methods in pagoda mustard farming. The references used include scientific journals, books, articles and other sources of information related to the research topic. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the comparison of productivity and quality of pagoda mustard farming between conventional methods and digitalization methods with hydroponic and greenhouse automation machines. These findings can serve as a basis for farmers, researchers and practitioners in choosing the most effective and efficient method of cultivating pagoda mustard.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the use of greenhouse and hydroponic automation in increasing the production and success of pakcoy cultivation. This study was conducted by adopting a case study approach at PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi. The research methods used include field surveys, data collection through observation, interviews with farmers, and statistical data analysis. This study also analyzes the determinants of successful implementation of greenhouse and hydroponic automation and their impact on pakcoy cultivation. The results showed that the use of greenhouse and hydroponic automation significantly increased pakcoy production compared to conventional methods. This study provides an important contribution to the understanding of the importance of greenhouse and hydroponic automation in increasing the production and success of pakcoy cultivation. The results of this research can provide insight to farmers and stakeholders regarding the importance of investing in modern agricultural technology to increase the yield and efficiency of agricultural businesses.

Abstract

Motivation to learn has an important role in the success of children in learning. With the motivation to learn, the learning process can be carried out optimally. This study aims to describe the implementation of flipbook-assisted differentiated learning to increase children's learning motivation. This type of research includes qualitative descriptive research. Differentiated learning aims to facilitate students to fulfill their learning needs. One effort that can be done by the teacher is to use flipbook learning media that can be adapted to the needs of children. The results of the study are to increase children's learning motivation, an appropriate strategy is needed, namely differentiation learning using flipbooks.
