Toddlerhood is also known as the "golden period". During this period, children also experience a critical period. One of the problems that often occurs is nutritional problems. Undernutrition is a condition of body weight according to age (BB/U) not in accordance with the age that should be. The next adverse impact that can be caused by nutritional problems in the first 1,000 days of birth (HPK) is the problem of stunting. Stunted children have an impact on cognitive abilities and long-term low immunity. Aceh Province is ranked 3rd in Indonesia for undernourished children under five at 10.7%. In addition, North Aceh District is ranked 4th for undernourished children under five at 13.6%. Stunting is caused by many factors, such as socioeconomics, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, infant morbidity, parental education and knowledge, and the mother's role in managing family meals. This case study discusses a 32-month-old toddler in Cangguek Village, conducted by observing the patient for 4 weeks with a home visit approach. The diagnosis of undernutrition and very short was based on the National Guidelines of the Indonesian Minister of Health No. 2 of 2020 concerning Pediatric Anthropometric Standards. After the diagnosis was made, the patient's grandmother was given education, supplementary feeding, and growth observation, and analyzed the factors that influenced the patient's condition. At the first visit, the patient's weight was 9.0 kg and the patient's TB was 83 cm. The conclusion of this study is that there are several determinants of undernutrition in patients including; economy, education level and knowledge of the patient's guardian, and wrong behavior.

While internationally, the effective dose is regulated in the International Commission on Radiological Protection (IRCP). According to BAPETEN number 1211/K/V/2021 CTDIvol contrast head is 60mGy while DLP is 2500mGy.cm. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of effective dose received by patients at the CT-Scan examination of the contrast head at the Radiology Installation of Surya Husadha Hospital Denpasar. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This study aims to determine the utilization of Jombang plants as traditional medicine in Sukamanah Village, Pangalengan District. Knowledge about the use of Jombang plants is obtained from generation to generation. The method used was interviews with descriptive and quantitative data analysis. The purpose of the study was to determine the utilization of Jombang plants. Jombang leaves are utilized by boiling and then the boiled water is consumed as a medicinal plant 81.25% for the stomach and 18.75% for the flu. 62.5% of them boiled the Jombang leaves directly, 25% dried the leaves first before boiling, and the last 12.5% boiled the leaves and roots. The use value (UV) of this plant is very low because the utilization known by the interviewees is small.

The population was all 32 post partum mothers with birth canal lacerations, and all of them were used as research samples. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge about personal hygiene and healing of perineal wounds in post-partum mothers, seen from the results of the chi-square test, which showed a p value of 0.003 < 0.005. It is hoped that health workers at the Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic will provide counseling to post partum mothers about personal hygiene so that mothers get information about how to carry out personal hygiene correctly so that perineal wounds can heal in <6 days

Abstract

The implementation of patient safety culture in hospitals is often faced with a number of problems that can affect its effectiveness. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and care compliance with the implementation of patient safety culture. The research uses a correlational analytical method with a cross sectional approach. Statistical analysis uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study was 310 inpatient nurses from private hospitals in Jakarta. The sampling formula uses Slovin, the sample size is 175 people. The research results show that simultaneously and partially knowledge and compliance are significantly related to the implementation of patient safety culture with a p value of 0.001. Implement training programs that focus on increasing medical personnel's knowledge regarding patient safety practices. Ensure that training includes an in-depth understanding of the risks and required safety protocols.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women ranged from 20% to 89%, with 11 grams set as the threshold. The study findings reveal a significant association between nutritional status and anemia in pregnant women. The majority of respondents were at risk of poor nutritional status (54.3%), while 45.7% experienced anemia. Among those with adequate nutritional status, 34.3% did not have anemia, whereas 65.7% did. The majority of anemia cases were associated with at-risk nutritional status (54.3%), while none of the non-anemic pregnant women were at risk. Among those with adequate nutritional status, 34.3% did not have anemia, compared to 11.4% who did. The Chi-Square statistical analysis yielded a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between nutritional status and anemia in pregnant women. It is recommended that healthcare providers pay closer attention to pregnant women's nutritional status through antenatal care visits.

Abstract

The development of the National Family Planning Movement is aimed at improving the quality of human resources. The family, as the smallest group of human resources, has both emotional and physical bonds. Injectable contraception in Indonesia is one of the most popular contraceptive methods. Users of the DMPA (Depo Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) contraceptive, also known as the 3-month injectable contraceptive, on average experience a weight gain of 11 pounds or 5.5 kilograms and an increase in body fat by 3.4% over two to three years of use. Meanwhile, with monthly injectable contraception, the side effects on weight gain are very mild, resulting in only a slight increase in body weight002. Research objective to determine whether there is a relationship between the use of hormonal contraceptive methods, especially the DMPA injectable, and weight gain. The research method used is a quantitative correlation analysis with an observational study and a cross-sectional approach. The population consists of mothers using the DMPA injectable, with 47 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive method. The test used is the chi-square test. Research Results, there is a relationship between the use of DMPA injectable contraception and weight gain (Chi-square: 7.362 and p-value: 0.025).
