Abstract

 Abstrak - Koperasi adalah suatu badan yang mengelola kegiatan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan berlandaskan asas kekeluargaan.Koperasi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu  koperasi yang berdasarkan anggotanya adalah mahasiswa. Anggota dari koperasi mahasiswa adalah para mahasiswa yang sukarela bergabung dalam koperasi.Penelitian ini betujuan adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa agribisnis dalam berkoperasi. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Logistik Biner, dengan variabel motivasi, persepsi, pembelajaran, sikap, dan pendapatan. Variabel yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa agribisnis dalam berkoperasi pada Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala adalah Pembelajaran mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Koperasi, Motivasi, Persepsi, Pembelajaran, Sikap, dan Pendapatan Abstract - A cooperative is an entity that manages the business activities of persons or entities based on the principle of kinship. Student Cooperative is one of the cooperative whose members are student. Members of the cooperative students are students who voluntarily joined the cooperative. This research aims is to find out the factors that influence student agribusiness participated in the  cooperative. Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh penggunaan limbah feses sapi dan probiotik sebagai bahan pakan pelet terhadap keuntungan usaha pemeliharaan ikan lele dumbo, telah dilakukan di Station Riset II (dua) Ie Suum, UPT. University Farm, Aceh Besar sejak tanggal 22 Mei – 14 Agustus 2016. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat keuntungan usaha pemeliharaan ikan lele dumbo dengan menggunakan limbah feses sapi dan probiotik  sebagai bahan pakan pelet organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 800 bibit ikan Lele Dumbo. penelitian berlansung 90 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan adalah penggunaan pakan pelet organik (PPO) dengan level yang berbeda yaitu P0=0%, P1=10%, P2=20%, P3=30% kedalam ransum komersil. Parameter yang diamati meliputi aspek produksi (berat badan akhir dan total konsumsi ransum) dan aspek ekonomis (penerimaan, biaya tetap, biaya variabel, Income over Feed Cost, dan total income). Data parameter produksi yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), jika didapatkan perbedaan yang nyata, dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (Steel dan Torrie, 1993). Data  parameter ekonomis dianalisis dengan B/C dan R/C ratio (Sjahrial, 2008). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan ransum komersil dengan pakan pelet organik pada level yang berbeda selama pemeliharan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap berat badan dan konsumsi ransum ikan lele dumbo. Penggunaan ransum komersil dengan pakan pelet organik selama pemeliharaan menurunkan biaya ransum dan menaikkan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC)  dan total income pemeliharaan ikan Lele Dumbo. Pemberian pakan komersil 90% + PPO 10% layak dan menguntungkan dalam pemeliharaan ikan Lele Dumbo. Effect Of The Use Of  Waste Cow Feces And Probiotics As Pellet Feed Ingredient To The Profit Of Maintenance Business Of CatfishResearch on the effect of the use of cow feces waste and probiotics as pellet feed ingredient to the profit of maintenance business of catfish has been conducted in Research Station II (two) Ie Seum, UPT. University Farm, Aceh Besar from May 22, to August 14, 2016. The purpose of this research is to see the profit of  catfish maintenance business by using cow feces waste and probiotics as organic food pellet feed. This research uses 800 catfish seedlings , the studywas done for 90 days. This study used a complete randomized design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment was the used of organic feed pellets (PPO) with different levels as P0 = 0%, P1 = 10%, P2 = 20%, P3 = 30% into commercial ration. The parameters observed production of aspects (final body weight and total  feed consumption) and economic aspects  (revenue, cost, Income over Feed Cost, and total income). The former was analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA),  if significantly different results were detected, then continued by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (Steel and Torrie, 1993), while the latter was analysis by B/C and R/C ratio (Sjahrial, 2008).  The results of study showed that the use of commercial feed with an organic pellet feed at different levels during maintenance was highly significant (P 0.01) in the body weight and feed intake of catfish. The use of commercial feed with an organic pellet feed for lowering maintenance costs and increase the ration Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC), and total income maintenance catfish. Feeding commercial 90% + PPO 10% viable and profitable in the maintenance catfish.

Abstract

Effect of Combination and Varieties Growing Media on the Growth and Crop Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) in hydroponic substrate. This study aims to determine the best combination and variety of growing media on growth and yield of tomato plants in hydroponic substrate. Research conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Syiah Kuala, which lasted from January to May 2014. This study used a randomized block design 3 x 3 factorial design with three replications. This study consisted of two factors, the first factor is the combination of growing media consisting of a combination of sand + rice husk, sand + sawdust, sand + coconut coir. The second factor is composed of tomato varieties Hybrid varieties (Peto-seed), Superior (Ratna) and Local (Ground). Parameters measured were plant height and trunk diameter respectively at 15, 30, and 45 days after plant (HST), the number of flower planting age of 60, 67, 74, 81 and 88 days after planting, as well as the number of total fruit and total weight of the fruit planting. The results showed that growing media very significant effect on the diameter of the stem ages of 15 and 30 DAT, the number of flower planting age of 60, 67, 74, 81 and 88 days after planting, the number of total fruit crop and the weight of total fruit crop, significantly affected plant height age 15 and 30 DAT, and diameter at base age 45 HST. But no real effect on the plant height age of 45 HST. The growth and yield of tomato plants best seen in medium sand + husk. Varieties very significant effect on the amount of interest the age of 67 and 81 days after planting, the total number of fruit crops and fruit weight total crop. But no real effect on plant height and diameter at base age of 15, 30 and 45 days after planting. Growth and yield of tomato plants best seen in hybrid varieties (Peto-sedd). There is a very real interaction between the growing media and varieties of the total number of fruit crops and no real effect on other variables. Best interaction that combined treatment of the planting medium sand + rice husk and hybrid varieties (Peto-sedd).Keywords: tomatoes, Growing Media, varieties, hydroponic substrate.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi jenis mikoriza dengan dosis pupuk SP-36 terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tin pada tanah entisol. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Kasa dan Laboratorium Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam dari bulan Maret sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian ini memakai Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial 3 x 4 terdiri dari 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 36 unit percobaan. Peubah yang diteliti antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, jumlah cabang dan persentase akar dikolonisasi mikoriza. Hasil penelitian adalah interaksi antara jenis mikoriza dengan dosis SP-36 menunjukkan pengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah cabang dan jumlah daun 60 HSPT. Pertumbuhan tanaman tin yang lebih baik terdapat pada perlakuan kombinasi jenis mikoriza Glomus mosseae dengan dosis 0 kg ha-1.Interaction of Mycorrhizal Types and SP-36 Doses on Growth of Tin (Ficus carica L.) Plants in Entisol SoilAbstract. The aim of the study was to determine the interaction of mycorrhizal species with SP-36 fertilizer doses on the growth of fig plants on entisol soil. The study was conducted at the Screen House and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam from March to May 2022. This study used a 3 x 4 factorial randomized block design consisting of 3 replications, so there were 36 experimental units. The variables studied included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of branches and percentage of roots colonized by mycorrhiza. The results showed that the interaction between the types of mycorrhizae and the SP-36 dose showed a very significant effect on the number of branches and the number of leaves at 60 HSPT. Better growth of fig plants was found in the combination treatment of Glomus mosseae mycorrhizal species at a dose of 0 kg ha-1.

Abstract

Abstrak Perlebahan merupakan suatu rangakain kegiatan pemanfaatan lebah madu yang ramah lingkungan dan dikenal sangat banyak manfaatnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal yang masih dipraktikkan dalam kegiatan perlebahan madu alam di Kampung Persada Tongra, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Mengetahui cara pemanenan madu alam yang dilakukan di Kampung Persada Tongra, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dukungan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini Bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal perlebahan: Membakar kemenyan, menentukan waktu pemanenan, pembacaan doa sebelum pemanenan, gotong royong, upacara adat, mempunyai pantangan dan larangan, pempunyai sanksi, Perlindungan pohon tualang dan sarang lebah, alat pemanenan digunakan secara turun temurun. Cara pemanenan madu alam: Pemanenan madu alam dilakukan secara tradisional dan diawali dengan pengusiran lebah melalui ritual perlindungan dari sengatan lebah, pemanjatan pohon, pengusiran lebah melalui pengasapan sarang, penurunan sarang lebah, penirisan, penyaringan dan pengemasan hasil panen madu.Kata Kunci: Perlebahan, kearifan lokal, Kampung Persada Tongra

Abstract

Coffee is a product that has good market opportunities both domestically and abroad. Most of Central Aceh's coffee production is a plantation commodity which is exported to the world market. Coffee commodity is the main source of livelihood for farmers, this is the prima donna plant of the farming community of Central Aceh Regency. Likewise, the people who live in Atu Lintang District, generally farmers in this area are coffee farmers. The impact of Covid-19 in Central Aceh entering the final month of the harvest period, the price of Gayo coffee is getting worse and sadder. The price of Gayo coffee at the farmer level has actually fallen to its lowest point due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Londong coffee (chary) is priced at Rp. 4,615/kg, from the price of Rp. 9.230/kg before the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the cost of harvesting reaches IDR 25,000 per 13.3 kg. The price of green beans is currently below Rp. 65,000/kg, previously it was always above Rp. 65,000/kg for random types of coffee. This study aims to look at 1) the coffee farmers' exchange rate (NTP) during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) what factors affect the coffee farmers' exchange rate (NTP). This research was conducted in Atu Lintang District, Central Aceh Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis, namely the analysis of quantitative data, both primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis are in the form of descriptions that are able to provide problem solving and achieve the objectives of research activities. The number of organic coffee farmers in Atu Lintang sub-district is 626 people. So that the number of respondents' samples was taken using the Slovin formula with a standard error of 10%. The analysis used is the exchange rate analysis of coffee farmers and multiple linear analysis (OLS). Based on the results of the study, the average exchange rate of coffee farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic, Atu Lintang District, Central Aceh Regency was 107%. Factors that affect the exchange rate of coffee farmers simultaneously or partially are land area, labor, production costs and production have a significant effect on the exchange rate of coffee farmers.

Abstract

Abstrak, kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir terjadi deforestasi yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan manusia di antaranya ilegal loging, kebakaran hutan dan lahan, serta konflik kepentingan yang tidak lagi mempertimbangkan kelestarian lingkungan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan menurunnya pasokan kayu, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya pengelolaan hutan salah satunya meningkatkan pemanfaatan hasil hutan bukan kayu (HHBK). Peran para pelaku ekonomi pedesaan perlu mendapat perhatian seperti program pengembangan hasil hutan bukan kayu unggulan dan dapat mengoptimalkan bambu. Apabila pemanfaatan bambu sudah optimal dan mampu menjadi salah satu sumber utama pendapatan masyarakat pedesaan, salah satunya potensi bambu yang berada di kecamatan Dabun Gelang, sangat menjanjikan kedepannya, sehingga membuat masyarakat lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan hasil hutan. mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap hasil hutan kayu, dan dapat mengoptimalkan hasil hutan bukan kayu.Menentukan nilai ekonomi usaha kerajinan bambu yang dimanfaatkan. Data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian di lapangan baik melalui wawancara maupun kuesioner kemudian dianalisis. Kontribusi pengrajin bambu terhadap taraf perekonomian masyarakat Kecamatan Dabun Gelang dan perkembangan usaha Pengrajin bambu  layak dikembangkan.Utilization Of Non-Wood Forest Products (Ntfps) Bamboo A nd Its Contribution To Crafter Incomers In Dabun Gelang District, Gayo Lues RegencyAbstrack. In the last 10 years there has been deforestation caused by human activities, including illegal logging, forest and land fires, as well as conflicts of interest that no longer consider environmental sustainability. This condition causes a decrease in the supply of wood, so it is necessary to make forest management efforts, one of which is to increase the use of non-timber forest products. The role of rural economic actors needs attention such as development programs, superior and can optimize bamboo. If the use of bamboo is optimal and is able to become one of the main sources of income for rural communities, one of which is the potential of bamboo in the Dabun Gelang sub-district, very promising in the future, thus making it easier for the community to obtain forest products. reduce dependence on wood forest products, and optimize non-timber forest products. Determine the economic value of the bamboo handicraft business used. The data obtained through research in the field either through interviews or questionnaires are then analyzed . The contribution of bamboo craftsmen to the economic level of the people of Dabun Gelang Subdistrict and the development of bamboo craftsmen's businesses deserves to be developed.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman kulit dengan enzim bromelin terhadap kualitas dan organoleptik kerupuk kulit sapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kulit sapi dan enzim bromelin (komersil). Perlakuan enzim bromelin adalah: P1 = (kontrol), P2 = (5%), P3 = (10%), P4 = (15%). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dan didapat 16 satuan percobaan. Data dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan apabila terdapat perbedaan antara perlakuan maka analisis akan dilajutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil sidik ragam memperlihatkan bahwa perendaman enzim bromelin dengan presentasi yang berbeda selama dua jam menunjukkan pengaruh sangat nyata (P 0,01) terhadap uji pH, sedangkan pada uji protein menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh (P 0,05). Pada uji organoleptik dengan perendaman enzim bromelin dengan presentasi yang berbeda menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh (P 0,05) terhadap warna, rasa, dan kerenyahan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perendaman enzim bromelin dengan persentasi yang berbeda selama dua jam tidak menyebkan perbedaan protein pada kerupuk kulit sapi akan tetapi dapat meningkatkan nilai pH pada kerupuk kulit dan tidak dapat menyebabkan perbedaan pada wara, rasa, dan keenyahan pada kerupuk kulit.Effect of Soaking Using Bromelain Enzyme on Quality and Organoleptic Test of Cowhide CrackersAbstrak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soaking the skin with the enzyme bromelain on the quality and organoleptic of cowhide crackers. This research uses cowhide and bromelain enzyme (commercial). The bromelain enzyme treatments were: P1 = (control), P2 = (5%), P3 = (10%), P4 = (15%). The design of this study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications and obtained 16 experimental units. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and if there is a difference between the treatments, the analysis will be continued with Duncan's multiple distance test. The results of variance showed that the bromelain enzyme immersion with different presentations for two hours showed a very significant effect (P 0.01) on the pH test, while the protein test showed no effect (P 0.05). The organoleptic test with bromelain enzyme immersion with different presentations showed no effect (P 0.05) on color, taste, and crispness. The results of the study concluded that soaking bromelain enzymes with different percentages for two hours did not cause differences in protein in beef skin crackers but could increase the pH value of skin crackers and could not cause differences in color, taste, and crunchiness of skin crackers.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan bagaimana mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya jarak tanam dan dosis kompos ampas kopi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah. Riset ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial 4 x 3 yang 3 pengulangan. Faktor yang diperhatikan yakni jarak tanamnya yang berisikan 3 taraf (yakni 10 cm x 15 cm, 15 cm x 25 cm, dan 20 cm x 30 cm) dan penambahan dosis kompos ampas kopi yang berisikan 4 taraf (kontrol, 15, 30, dan 45 ton ha-1). Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwasanya jarak tanam memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap potensi hasil. Produksi tanaman terbaik ditemui di perlakuan berjarak tanam 10 cm x 20 cm. Dosis kompos ampas kopi berpengaruh sangat nyata pada tingginya tumbuhan berumur 2, 4, dan 6 MST, diameter umbi, bobot kering umbi per rumpun, dan produksi tanaman. Pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah paling baik ditemukan dalam perlakuan kontrol (tanpa kompos). Ada interaksi yang sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 2, 4, dan 6 MST, diameter umbi, bobot kering umbi per rumpun dan interaksi nyata terhadap potensi hasil. Pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah terbaik ditemui di penggabungan perlakuan jarak tanam 10 cm x 20 cm yang berperlakuan kontrol (tanpa kompos ampas kopi).Kata kunci: Ampas kopi, Bawang merah, Jarak tanam, KomposAbstract. The aim of tis study is to find out the effect of planting distance and the dose of coffee pulp compost on the growth and production of onions. Method that used in this study is a Randomized Design Group of 4 x 3 factorial patterns with 3 repeats. Factors studied were planting distance consisting of 3 levels (i.e. 10 cm x 15 cm, 15 cm x 25 cm, and 20 cm x 30 cm) and a dose of coffee pulp compost consisting of 4 levels (control, 15, 30, and 45 tons ha-1). The results showed that planting distance has a very real effect on the potential of results. The best potential results are found in the treatment of planting distance of 10 cm x 20 cm. The compost dose of coffee grounds has a very noticeable effect on the height of plants aged 2, 4, and 6 WAP, bulb diameter, dry weight of bulbs per clump, and potential yield. The best onion growth and results are found in the control treatment (without compost). There is a very noticeable interaction with plant height of 2, 4, and 6 WAP, bulb diameter, dry weight of bulbs per clump and real interaction of potential yields. The best growth and production of onions is found in the combination of 10 cm x 20 cm planting distance treatment with control treatment (without coffee grounds compost).

Abstract

Kebanyakan petani memilki traktor roda dua tetapi belum bisa difungsikan sebagai alat angkut TBS sawit karena trailer tipe konvensional yang tersedia memiliki keterbatasan-keterbatasan. Maka dari itu trailer tipe pivot menjadi salah satu solusi, namun untuk trailer tipe pivot ini sendiri belum dilakukan pengujian kinerja pada lahan miring. Tujuan  dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kinerja trailer tipe pivot di lahan miring menggunakan penggerak roda peneumatic pada traktor roda dua dan Mendapatkan perbandingan kinerja antara trailer tipe pivot dengan trailer tipe konvensional.Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan TBS kelapa sawit pada kebun kelapa sawit dengan berat 206,5 kg. Kondisi kontur kebun kelapa sawit di tempat dilakukan pengujian adalah beragam maka dipilih lahan datar (0o), kemiringan 10o hingga 30o untuk pengujian. Hasil pengujian kinerja menunjukkan stabilitas traktor dan trailer yang baik di mana roda-rodatraktordantrailerdapatmenapaksempurnapadalintasanlahandatarmaupun lahan miring, hanya pernah terjadi terjungkit ban trailer di lahan kemiringan 30o pada trailer tipe pivot. Radius putar traktor roda dua yang digandengkandengantrailertipepivotadalahlebihbaikdaripadadigandengkandengan trailer konvensional. Kapasitas kerja yang dikendalikan ketiga operator menggunakan roda ban pada kecepatan tinggi maupun kecepatan rendah untuk trailer tipe pivot lebih baik daripada trailer konvensional. Nilai Slip tertinggi dihasilkan pada kemiringan lahan 30o dan terendah pada kemiringan lahan 10o menggunakan trailer tipe pivot. Secara keseluruhan trailer tipe pivot memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari pada trailer konvensional saat dioperasikan dilahan miring.Performance Test Of Pivot Type Trailer On Two Wheeled Pneumatic Tractor On Sloping Land For Transportation Of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB)Most farmers have hand tractors but cannot function as a means of transporting palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) because the conventional type trailers available have limitations. Therefore, the pivot type trailer is one solution, but for this pivot type trailer itself, performance testing has not been carried out on sloping land. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of a pivot type trailer on sloping land using a peneumatic wheel drive on a hand tractor and get a comparison performance between pivot type trailer and conventional type trailer. The test was carried out using oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in oil palm plantations weighing 206.5 kg. The condition of the contour of the oil palm plantation where the test was carried out was varied, so flat land (0degre) was chosen, with a slope of 10degre to 30degre for testing. The performance test results show good tractor and trailer stability where the tractor and trailer wheels can tread perfectly on flat and sloping land tracks, only trailer tires tipping over on 30 degre slope land on pivot type trailers have occurred. The turning radius of the hand tractor coupled with the pivot type trailer is better than that of the conventional trailer. The operating capacity controlled by the three operators using the tire wheels at both high and low speeds for pivot type trailers is better than conventional trailers. The highest slip value is produced on a land slope of 30 degre and the lowest on a land slope of 10 degre using a Pivot type trailer.
