Abstract

In the view of Islamic teachings, everything must be done in an orderly, correct, and orderly manner. The processes must be followed properly and should not be done carelessly. Starting from the smallest matters such as managing household affairs to the largest matters such as managing the affairs of a country, all that requires good, precise and directed arrangements within the framework of a management so that the goals to be achieved can be achieved and can be completed efficiently and effectively. Quality Improvement Management which is a new paradigm for education management in Madrasahs has the principles (1) Quality improvement must be carried out in madrasah, (2) Quality improvement can only be carried out with good leadership, (3) Quality improvement must be based on good data and facts qualitative and quantitative in nature, (4) Quality improvement must empower and involve all elements in madrasah, and (5) Quality improvement has the aim that madrasah can provide satisfaction to students, parents and the community.In essence, the goal of educational institutions is to create and maintain customer satisfaction and in TQM customer satisfaction is determined by the educational institution's stakeholders. Because it is only by understanding the process and customer satisfaction that an organization can realize and value quality. All efforts management in TQM must be directed at a main goal, namely customer satisfaction, what management does is useless if it does not create customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The world does not know the word stop, he continues to move in the process of becoming. Nature with everything in it is constantly changing with a series of events continuously in the form of directed and integrated changes. The whole physical, psychic, and imaginary world always moves horizontally until the archetypes are motionless and radiant, always in motion and becoming. In educational thought, the consequence of the law of becoming is the birth of a variety of philosophical thoughts in education as a development of dialectical-dialogical thinking in answering various problems in the educational area which is recognized as very broad and complex. The name Muhammad Iqbal, a thinker in the Islamic world who is concerned with the development of education who has a dynamic view by assuming that the world he lives in never stops with advancing towards its perfection. A creative and dynamic world view that refers to metaphysical, ethical and epistemological reflections can be realized through education. By referring to metaphysical reflection, the philosophical thought of education reaches the peak of its goal, namely to make students become human beings with a pattern of piety, namely the unity of the body and spirit, or the term Iqbal is a true believer. True believers are hope, work, improvement and formation, peace and harmony, not weak because of obstacles and not shunning difficulties. True believers make the attributes of God inherently in themselves. With that he was able to become a representative of God (caliph on earth).

Abstract

This paper discusses educational theory. Education includes a comprehensive scope, namely the education of mental abilities, thinking, and human personality as a whole. Education of course applies to all humans without exception. Education actually does not only take place in schools. Education will start as soon as the child is born and will continue until the human dies. Education takes place in families, schools and communities. In this paper, the authors focus on discussing the theory of lifelong education and education for all. Knowing this material is important because education is an absolute necessity for human life that must be fulfilled throughout life. The main problems that the authors discuss in this paper are the theory of life-long education and education for all, the legal basis and the rationale that underlie the importance of lifelong education and education for all, and their implications in educational programs.The conclusion of this paper is that life-long education formulates a principle that the educational process is a process that must be carried out continuously, starting from birth to death and includes informal, non-formal and formal forms of learning. The rationale for the importance of lifelong education can be viewed from various aspects, including ideological, economic, sociological, technological, psychological, pedagogical, and philosophical aspects. The implications of the concept of lifelong education can be seen from several aspects related to "learning methods" and "educational models".

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to obtain an overview of human resource development policies in the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency (2) To obtain an overview of employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency (3) To determine whether there is an influence of human resource development policies on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency. This study uses an expost facto research method which is part of a quantitative research method approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency, totaling 50 people, so the researchers took all the population as samples using saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques using simple linear regression.The results of this study can be concluded: (1) Human resource development policies at the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency are classified as moderate, namely 68% with 34 respondents. (2) Employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency is classified as moderate at 66% and at this interval as many as 33 respondents. (3) There is an influence between human resource development policies on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency seen from the results of inferential statistical analysis obtained, namely > , where is 0.90 and is 0.284 at a significant level of 5% which means Ha is accepted, so that the human resource development policy on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency.In connection with the results of the research that has been carried out, the implications of the research are as follows: (1) the human resource development policy at the Ministry of Religion is expected to be better in the future than before. 2) job satisfaction of employees carrying out their duties and responsibilities and employees are expected to further improve their skills and performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities for the advancement of the institution's organization. (3) for further research, it is recommended to conduct research with other material coverage based on human resource development.

Abstract

Islamic education is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah which is designed by considering the concept of science, Islamization of science and the character of science in an Islamic perspective that relies on spiritual strength that has a harmonious relationship between reason and revelation, interdependence of reason with intuition. and related to spiritual values. Episemology of Islamic education like this, becomes the foundation of hope in building a better life for Muslims with a more established and stable Islamic civilization. Epistemology of Islamic education like this emphasizes the totality of experience and reality (empiricism) and recommends many ways to study nature (rationalism), so that knowledge obtained from revelation and reason, from observation and intuition, from tradition and theoretical speculation really prints generations. balance between intellectual, skill, and spiritual as well as morality.

Abstract

This study discusses the modernization and democratization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman. This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) knowing the nature of the concept of modernization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman. 2) knowing the nature of the concept of democratization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman. 3) knowing the variety of modernization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman and 4) knowing the variety of democratization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman. Basically this research is a literature research or library research using a philosophical analysis approach and a historical approach. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the concept of modernization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman, namely: education is the starting point for reform. Any renewal model in Islam would never have happened without the involvement of education in it. Fazlur Rahman emphasized the concept of democratization in freedom for humans to develop creative attitudes and knowledge that exist in humans in order to improve their lives. Furthermore according to Fazlur Rahman that education should be held by promoting the freedom of students, because without the existence of a creative attitude students are difficult to develop. The variety of modernization of Islamic education that was initiated by Fazlur Rahman includes five aspects, namely: The Purpose of Islamic Education, the Education System, Educators, Students, and Educational Facilities. The various types of democratization of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman are: respecting human potential and the development and implications of humans on Islamic education.

Abstract

Ushul Fiqh as the mujtahid's understanding of the Qur'anic texts and the As-Sunnah.  That understandin varies with nash and level of knowledge as well as different skill specifications bring forth various streams in the fiqh tradition.  The method of understanding is also used influence every stream of knowledge. The flow of mutakalimin arises from the understanding of the Qur'an and the Sunnah transmitted into the fiqh rules.  While the flow of energy is basing its legalization through the events of that society and then he was drawn to the verse of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet.  End-to-end streams combine these two streams so that they appear symbiotically between the two. The study of the flow of fiqh usages is interesting to find out more comprehensive how this knowledge was developed and developed by the mujtahids.

Abstract

This paper discusses the theory of scientific criticism for the progress and development of science. Science and technology carry out a noble mission, namely for the happiness and good of mankind. In Islam it is also taught that to obtain the good of the world and the hereafter, it is necessary to have knowledge. Therefore, science must always be guarded with a view of life that is full of religious values, so that knowledge is absolutely felt for humans. In this paper, the author focuses on discussing the theory of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective. Knowing this material is important because the key to the success of Islamic scholarship is the spirit of criticism among Islamic scientists. The main problem that the author discusses in this paper is the definition of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective, Islamic principles and ethics of scientific criticism, and the function of scientific criticism according to Islam. The conclusion of this paper is that scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective is a response, a correction made by humans based on scientific arguments by looking at theories or practices that are in accordance with religious (Islamic) norms. The Islamic principles regarding scientific criticism are the principle of difference of opinion, ideas or ideas, the principle that criticism is based on benefit, and the principle that criticism must be voiced even though others hate it. The ethics of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective is that criticism must be objective, rational, intended for a truth, openly expressed, and prioritize the benefit of scientists. The function of scientific criticism according to Islam is to foster critical power, foster an attitude of openness, form an open-minded attitude, and form a laughing intellectual personality.

Abstract

Fiqh is that he is not a revelati on from heaven. Fiqh is an ijti had product. The question of who defines it, for what purpose, in what social conditions is formulated, and in what geographical locus, by what apistemology, is quite influential in the process of fiqh formation. In other words, fiqh does not grow in empty space, but moves in the course of history.each fiqh considers the product always and interactio between the thinker and the sociocultural and sociopolitikal environment that surrounds it. This article was writteng using the literature reviewmethodology. Unfortunately the fiqh books that circulate widely inthe environment of muslims today can not be far from what was writt an by scientists before. Fiqh muslims today are still dominated by many medieval fiqh formulated by Middle Eastern Scientists.
