Abstract

This research analyzes the fair value of stock using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method with the Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) approach for the period 2020-2024, with implications for educational management. The study employs a quantitative descriptive methodology utilizing secondary data from financial statements and supporting databases. AMRT demonstrated robust financial performance with Gross Profit Margin increasing from 20.3% to 21.5%, Operating Profit Margin improving from 2.2% to 3.4%, and Net Profit Margin rising from 1.4% to 2.7% during the analyzed period. The valuation model projects a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 8.5% for 2025-2029, supported by strategic expansion of 800 new stores annually and digital transformation initiatives. Using a Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 11.27%, cost of equity of 12.11%, and terminal growth rate of 5.50%, the DCF analysis yields an enterprise value of RP 114.87 trillion. After adjusting for the net debt position, the intrinsic value per share is calculated at RP 2,420, compared to the market price of RP 2,330, indicating a 3.9% upside potential. The findings suggest AMRT is slightly undervalued, presenting a modest investment opportunity for value-conscious investors seeking exposure to Indonesia's expanding retail sector. The implications of this analysis extend to educational management by highlighting the importance of financial management practices and investment strategies within educational institutions to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer orientation, promotion, and service on customer satisfaction from a sharia perspective. The research adopts a quantitative approach, involving 150 respondents who have purchased products either directly or online. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results reveal that customer orientation, promotion, and service each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings underscore that incorporating Islamic principles such as honesty, responsibility, and quality service into business operations contributes to enhanced customer trust and satisfaction. Theoretically, this study supports the integration of Islamic business ethics in modern marketing strategies, demonstrating that sharia-compliant practices are not only spiritually aligned but also commercially viable. In an educational context, the findings provide valuable insights for business and economics educators, especially in Islamic higher education, to emphasize the relevance of ethical entrepreneurship and value-based service delivery. Teaching such approaches can foster the development of future business leaders who are both market-savvy and ethically grounded. This research highlights the strategic importance of aligning customer relationship management with faith-based values to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of religious moderation values as a preventive measure against radicalism in Islamic elementary education. The research adopts a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents. The Findings show that key values such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawassuth (moderation), i’tidal (balance), and muwathanah (civic responsibility) are systematically embedded in formal learning, religious practices, and school culture. Teachers and principals play vital roles as role models and facilitators who promote inclusive dialogue and critical thinking. Contextual teaching methods—such as open discussion, case studies, and reflective practice—help students internalize these values beyond theoretical understanding. Extracurricular activities further support character formation by encouraging cooperation, leadership, and respect for diversity. However, implementation is challenged by the absence of specific instructional materials, limited teacher training in diversity education, and the influence of unregulated digital content that may expose students to radical narratives. This study highlights the importance of incorporating religious moderation into Islamic elementary education as a means to counter radicalization. The findings suggest that educational institutions should prioritize teacher training, develop specific teaching materials, and enhance digital literacy to safeguard students from radical influences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tax revenue from the Land and Building Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) and its contribution to increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Situbondo Regency from 2022 to 2024. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the contribution of BPHTB to PAD in Situbondo Regency has declined over the years. In 2022, it contributed 29.19%, decreasing to 26.06% in 2023, and further to 24.31% in 2024. This downward trend indicates the need for more adaptive fiscal policy strategies to optimize BPHTB revenue as a regional income source. Theoretically, this study provides important implications for the field of education, particularly in economics and public policy education. It offers a real-world understanding of the significance of local tax optimization in regional development. Additionally, the findings can serve as learning material in public economics or regional financial management courses, helping students understand the role of taxation in supporting sustainable regional growth.

Abstract

School regrouping has become a strategic policy implemented by the Indonesian government to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of basic education management through institutional mergers. This study explores the impact of school regrouping on institutional governance and operational systems, with a case focus on SDN Pekojan 01 in West Jakarta, which resulted from the merger of SDN Pekojan 01 Pagi and SDN Pekojan 02 Petang. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings highlight substantial changes in leadership structure, teaching and learning organization, resource allocation, and financial management. Regrouping facilitated a unified school identity, improved coordination among stakeholders, and enabled optimal utilization of infrastructure. However, the process also posed challenges such as administrative overlaps, increased workload, and limited supporting facilities. This study emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, adaptive leadership, and inclusive stakeholder involvement in ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining educational quality. The insights provided offer a valuable contribution to the discourse on educational restructuring in urban school settings.
