Abstract

Kata Kunci : Gejolak Ekonomi Global, Mekanisme Pasar, Pertumbuhan LabaABSTRACKGood profit growth indicates that the company has sufficient finance so that it can increase the value of the company. The amount of dividends to be paid in the future depends on the condition of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of global economic turmoil and market mechanisms on profit growth. The object of this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector, with 5 sample companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The type of data in this study is quantitative. The data source used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and company financial reports for 6 years. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, Y = -24.185 + 0.641X1 - 2.9x10-11X2 + e means that global economic turmoil has a positive impact on profit growth and market mechanisms have a negative impact on profit growth. The results of the t and f tests show that global economic turmoil and market mechanisms individually and simultaneously have no impact on profit growth in manufacturing companies and households in the cosmetics subsector listed on the IDX. This is evidenced by the R Square determinant value of 0.152 or 15.2%. This value identifies that the contribution of global economic turmoil and market mechanisms is 15.2% to profit growth. While the remaining 84.8% is influenced by other variables outside the model that are not discussed in this study, such as financial ratios and company size. For future researchers, it is recommended to increase the observation period and the variables used in order to obtain optimal results.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial performance, managerial ownership and leverage on firm value. The variables in this study are Liquidity, Managerial Ownership and Leverage. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. Which resulted in a sample of 24 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is influenced by the Cash Ratio (CR). The results of the second hypothesis, namely the t test (partial test) shows the value of the t-statistic CR 2.712511 with a probability value of 0.0078, then H0 is rejected. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is negatively and insignificantly affected by Managerial Ownership. This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of KM -1.012049 with a probability value of 0.3138, then H0 is accepted. The results of the study show that the value of the company (Tobins'q) is positively and significantly affected by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of DER 8.649084 with a probability value of 0.0000, then H0 is rejected. Keywords: likuidity, managerial ownership, leverage, firm value

Abstract

ABSTRACTMSMEs currently have a very large role in the national economy or regional economy. MSMEs are the largest contributor to national GDP. In implication, MSMEs can absorb a lot of labor with a population that has low education. The workforce referred to in this study is the number of workers from the MSME. In the economic growth of a region, MSMEs and the number of workers have a very large contribution. This study aims to determine whether the number of MSMEs or the number of MSME workers has more influence on economic growth in the Tuban area, seen from the number of industrial industries that have begun to spread in the area. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. . Researchers used secondary data in the form of a ten-year time series, namely 2011-2020, sourced from the Tuban BPS (Central Statistics Agency) and the Tuban Cooperative and MSME Office. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the OLS method. The results of this study simultaneously the number of MSME units and the number of MSME workers have an effect on GRDP or economic growth in Tuban Regency. . This study uses the independent variables the number of MSME units and the number of MSME workers while the dependent variable is economic growth. Keywords: MSMEs; Labor; Economic Growth

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of managers is crucial to the success of an organization. With the role that is owned by the manager becomes the individual who is most responsible for the implementation of organizational activities within the framework of the goals that have been set. So, the success of an organization can be seen from its managerial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of evaluation on managerial performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires to structural officials of SKPD Esselon II, Esselon III and Esselon IV at the Merangin District Government. Of the 191 questionnaires distributed, 122 were returned. There are 4 questionnaires that are not filled out completely, so there are 118 questionnaires that can be processed in this study. The analytical method used in this research is Variant-based SEM using SmartPLS Software. From the results of testing the proposed hypothesis, it shows that motivation is not able to act as a mediation in the evaluation of managerial performance evaluation. Keywords:Managerial Performance, Budget Evaluation, Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the factors that affect the quality of MSME financial reports. The research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed and collected from respondents, namely MSME actors whose business activities are in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta Regions. The number of samples selected in this study were 231 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods and research data using partial least squares with SmartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the quality of MSME financial reports is significantly and positively influenced by the variables of educational background, business size and information technology. While other variables such as education, information and socialization have no effect. In relation to the implementation of MSME actors on the quality of financial reports by using SAK EMKM, so far MSME actors are still facing many obstacles such as not making financial reports according to standards, recording not routinely. This is because most MSME actors have low education so they do not understand the preparation of financial statements. Keywords: Quality of Financial Reports; MSMEs; SAK EMKM
