Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine several factors that cause islamic bonds market reaction as measured by cumulative abnormal return. The factors that are believed to be the determinants of islamic bond market reaction are the value of islamic bonds issuance, islamic bond rating, age of islamic bonds and size of the islamic bond issuing company. The population in this study are companies that issue Islamic bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a four-year observation period (2015-2018). The sample selection in this study uses purposive sampling based on certain criteria. In sample selection 36 Islamic bonds were obtained as samples. This study uses secondary data where the data is obtained from the annual report and the website of the issuing company. To test the hypothesis, using a multiple regression analysis tool with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the value of Islamic bonds issuance and rating of Islamic bonds issuance had a positive effect on market reaction. While the age of islamic bonds and the firm size have no effect on the reaction of the islamic bond market

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of managers is crucial to the success of an organization. With the role that is owned by the manager becomes the individual who is most responsible for the implementation of organizational activities within the framework of the goals that have been set. So, the success of an organization can be seen from its managerial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of evaluation on managerial performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires to structural officials of SKPD Esselon II, Esselon III and Esselon IV at the Merangin District Government. Of the 191 questionnaires distributed, 122 were returned. There are 4 questionnaires that are not filled out completely, so there are 118 questionnaires that can be processed in this study. The analytical method used in this research is Variant-based SEM using SmartPLS Software. From the results of testing the proposed hypothesis, it shows that motivation is not able to act as a mediation in the evaluation of managerial performance evaluation.Keywords:Managerial Performance, Budget Evaluation, Motivation

Abstract

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables.Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Pasar mempengaruhi Kinerja Perusahaan dan melihat pula apakah Keunggulan Bersaing berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel orientasi kewirausahaan (X1) dan Orientasi Pasar (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Y) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Variabel Keunggulan Bersaing (I) sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Y) dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,002. Besarnya pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Orientasi Pasar (X2) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Y) adalah 0,543 (R2 = 54,3). Berarti dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa variabel Keunggulan Bersaing (I0 memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara variabel Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Orientasi Pasar (X2) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Y). Kata Kunci :Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Kinerja Perusahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

The issue of dividends is very important to show the prospects for the company's growth in the future, and also important in the company's capital structure. Dividend policy can be influenced by profitability and other variables. In this study, profitability is chosen due to its role as main indicator that shows the company's capacity to pay dividends.  This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on dividend policy. The study population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposively selected eight companies that have a good liquidity category. Data for each company is taken from 2007 to 2017. With this data structure, the analysis used is panel data regression analysis. Panel data analysis models include the Common Effect Model (CEM) Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The best model was tested with the Chow test and Hausman Test and obtained The Fixed Effect Model. Dividend policy is measured by the variable dividend payout ratio. The findings in this study conclude that the dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) is influenced by ROE, EPS and NPM, where these independent variables have a positive and significant influence on DPR.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know whether customer relationship marketing implementation influenced to guest stay loyality in Premier Basko Hotel. This research using primary and secondary data by purposive sampling method with the number of 100 respondent which is defined by Slovin formula. The result of this research shows that customer relationship marketing implementation have positive influence to guest stay in Premier Basko Hotel.

Abstract

On mobile computers market in Indonesia, including in Simpang Empat West Pasaman, there are many product from many country by various brands. The high competition requires manufacturers and distributors to implement the marketing strategies. To implement these strategies required a good understanding of the factors that influence the decision purchase. This study analyzed the moderating effect of country of origin variable on the influence of product quality and brand equity on Toshiba purchasing decisions in Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat. This studies show that the product and brand equity as partially or simultaneously positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Country of origin moderated the influence of the quality of products on purchasing decisions and also brand equity influence on purchasing decisions. The results of this study imply that in order to improve the purchase decision of Laptop Toshiba, can be done by increasing again product quality and brand equity. Special to the store vendors, recommended to sell products made in Japan as a priority, because the computers made in Japan is perceived as a high quality product. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pada Sekretariat Pegawai Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dipilih dengan total sampling yang melibatkan 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien determinasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Oleh karena itu, variabel Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh religiusitas dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap keputusan menabung pada Bank Nagari Syariah KCP Simpang Empat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Nagari Syarian KCP Simpang Empat dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang, dimana teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat variabel Religiusitas (X1) dan Kepercayaan (X­­2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung (Y) pada bank Nagari Syariah KCP Simpang Empat dengan tingkat signifikannya 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh Religiusitas (X1) dan Kepercayaan (X­­2) terhadap keputusan menabung (Y) adalah 0,774 (R2= 77,4)
