Abstract

This study aims to examine investment portfolio optimization strategies in facing economic uncertainty through an empirical approach. By analyzing historical data and related literature, this research seeks to identify key factors that influence portfolio performance as well as effective strategies to minimize risk and maximize profits.The aim of this research is also to examine investment portfolio optimization strategies in facing economic uncertainty through an empirical approach. By using historical data on the Indonesian financial market and applying a modern portfolio model, this research seeks to identify the optimal asset combination as well as an effective rebalancing strategy in minimizing risk and maximizing returns. The focus of this research is on the influence of macroeconomic factors, such as inflation and interest rates, on investment decisions.It is hoped that the research results can contribute to investors, financial practitioners and academics in formulating better investment strategies. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this research can become a reference for policy makers in formulating policies that support healthy and sustainable capital market growth.In this case, it is advisable for portfolio managers and investors periodically review their investment strategies as global economic conditions and policies change. Additionally, further research could focus on developing more comprehensive prediction models, as well as integrating non-economic factors such as geopolitics and climate change to create more resilient and adaptive portfolio strategies. In this way, investors can be better prepared to face more complex uncertainties in the future. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi optimalisasi portofolio investasi dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi melalui pendekatan empiris. Dengan menganalisis data historis dan literatur terkait, penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja portofolio serta strategi yang efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini juga untuk mengkaji strategi optimalisasi portofolio investasi dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi melalui pendekatan empiris. Dengan menggunakan data historis pasar keuangan Indonesia dan menerapkan model portofolio modern, penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi kombinasi aset yang optimal serta strategi rebalancing yang efektif dalam meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan return. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada pengaruh faktor-faktor makro ekonomi, seperti inflasi dan suku bunga, terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi para investor, praktisi keuangan, dan akademisi dalam merumuskan strategi investasi yang lebih baik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan pasar modal yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Dalam hal ini, disarankan agar manajer portofolio dan investor secara berkala meninjau kembali strategi investasi mereka seiring perubahan kondisi ekonomi dan kebijakan global. Selain itu, penelitian lanjutan dapat difokuskan pada pengembangan model prediksi yang lebih komprehensif, serta mengintegrasikan faktor-faktor non-ekonomi seperti geopolitik dan perubahan iklim untuk menciptakan strategi portofolio yang lebih tangguh dan adaptif. Dengan demikian, investor dapat lebih siap dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian yang lebih kompleks di masa depan. Abstract

This research analyzes the service management strategy implemented by PT Harum Jaya to improve productivity and competitiveness in the highly competitive construction sector. By adopting an integrated service management approach, the company managed to optimize the management of human resources (HR), utilize advanced technology, and establish effective collaboration with external stakeholders. The results of the analysis show that a holistic and planned strategy not only improves operational efficiency, but also maintains high quality in every project. The practical implications of this study emphasizethe importance of construction service companies to implement a comprehensive service management strategy to achieve sustainability and success in a competitive market. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi manajemen layanan yang diterapkan oleh PT Harum Jaya untuk meningkatkanproduktivitas dan daya saing di sektor konstruksi yang sangatkompetitif. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan manajemenlayanan yang terintegrasi, perusahaan berhasil mengoptimalkanpengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), memanfaatkanteknologi canggih, dan menjalin kolaborasi yang efektif denganpemangku kepentingan eksternal. Hasil analisis menunjukkanbahwa strategi yang holistik dan terencana tidak hanyameningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas tinggi dalam setiap proyek. Implikasipraktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perusahaanjasa konstruksi untuk mengimplementasikan strategi manajemenlayanan yang komprehensif guna mencapai keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of service quality on food purchasing decisions at ShopeeFood services. In an increasingly advanced digital era, online-based food delivery services have become an important necessity for modern society. ShopeeFood, as one of the main players in this sector, presents various advantages, including ease of use of the application, diverse payment options, and various attractive promotions. However, challenges such as high delivery costs, the use of single-use plastic packaging, and food flavor mismatches are still obstacles that need to be overcome. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the five dimensions of service quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) that influence customer experience. The results show that service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with the reliability and responsiveness dimensions as the main factors that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides important insights for ShopeeFood in developing strategies to improve service quality and competitiveness in a competitive market. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan pada layanan ShopeeFood. Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, layanan pesan-antar makanan berbasis online telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi masyarakat modern. ShopeeFood, sebagai salah satu pemain utama di sektor ini, menghadirkan berbagai keunggulan, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, opsi pembayaran yang beragam, dan berbagai promosi menarik. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya pengiriman yang tinggi, penggunaan kemasan plastik sekali pakai, dan ketidaksesuaian rasa makanan masih menjadi kendala yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy) yang memengaruhi pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan dimensi reliabilitas dan responsivitas sebagai faktor utama yang mendorong kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi ShopeeFood dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of marketing strategies implemented by PT Bussvision Allianz to popularize life insurance products in Indonesia. The low level of public awareness regarding the importance of insurance remains a major challenge for the insurance industry in Indonesia. Through focused marketing strategies, such as the use of digital technology, customer education, and market segmentation, Bussvision Allianz aims to enhance public understanding of the benefits of insurance. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and literature studies. The results show that digital innovation, educational campaigns, and customer-oriented approaches are key to increasing life insurance market penetration. However, challenges such as negative perceptions and low financial literacy still require comprehensive solutions. With integrated and adaptive marketing strategies, PT. Bussvision Allianz has successfully created effective approaches to reach diverse market segments and build public trust in life insurance products.

Abstract

Financial administration staff play an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's operations, especially in petty cash management. In the General Engineering Division of PT PAL Indonesia, petty cash management is one of the crucial elements to support daily operational needs. Therefore, highly competent financial administration staff are required to handle these tasks properly. This study aims to analyze the role of financial administration staff in managing petty cash at the General Engineering Division of PT PAL Indonesia which focuses on the tasks and obstacles faced. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation to financial administration staff. The results showed that financial administration staff have an important role in managing petty cash, which consists of six stages of tasks, from the establishment to reporting the use of petty cash funds. In addition, this study also identified several obstacles faced in petty cash management. From this study, it can be concluded that the role of financial administration staff is very significant in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of petty cash management, which directly supports the overall performance of the General Engineering Division of PT PAL Indonesia.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a strategic tool used by business people to involve everyone to focus on quality. Organizations that successfully implement Total Quality Management (TQM) are able to improve the perception of quality in the eyes of customers and at the same time reduce costs incurred in the organization. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Rogojampi. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Rogojampi has been implemented well. The evaluation conducted based on 10 (ten) main elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) shows that the elements, namely obsession with quality, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, employee involvement and empowerment have been implemented well by the company. Meanwhile, the elements of focus and continuous system improvement have not been optimally implemented by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of beauty classes and beauty events as Below the Line (BTL) promotional strategies at PT Vitapharm (Viva Cosmetics) in enhancing brand awareness among consumers. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing direct observations and in-depth interviews with participants of beauty classes and beauty events, alongside marketing managers at PT Vitapharm. Data collection focused on evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies in raising consumer brand awareness. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key insights and recurring patterns in participant experiences and perceptions. The findings reveal that beauty classes and beauty events significantly enhance brand awareness. Participants reported improved familiarity with the brand and its product offerings, as well as stronger emotional connections with Viva Cosmetics. The interactive and experiential nature of these events fosters deeper consumer engagement and promotes brand recognition. The study also highlights the importance of experiential marketing in strengthening brand visibility within the competitive cosmetics industry. This research concludes that beauty classes and beauty events serve as effective BTL promotional strategies for PT Vitapharm (Viva Cosmetics). By delivering engaging and informative consumer experiences, these activities strengthen the brand's presence and recognition in the market. Future studies could investigate the scalability of such strategies and their long-term impacts on brand.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a critical necessity for companies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Perumda Air Minum Tirta Buana Bojonegoro employs the SMART application (Sistem Manajemen dan Analisa Rekening Terpadu) to support employee performance in managing customer data, reducing errors, and improving service speed. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the SMART application on employee performance using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews with employees. The results show that the SMART application accelerates work processes, reduces error rates, and supports the delivery of more optimal customer services. Improved efficiency and accuracy have also positively impacted customer satisfaction and the company's reputation. The SMART application has proven to be a strategic step in supporting the company's sustainable digital transformation.
