Abstract

This research investigates the impact of sustainable marketing strategies implemented by PT Unilever on consumer acceptance of environmentally friendly products. PT Unilever, as a leading multinational company, has taken a serious commitment to producing products that prioritize environmental sustainability. The study explores how Unilever's marketing strategies have influenced consumer awareness of sustainable products, whether consumers are more likely to choose Unilever's sustainable products, and other impacts on the company's image and business sustainability. The results of this research provide a better scientific understanding of how companies can achieve success in marketing sustainable products and contribute to positive changes in consumer behavior.

Abstract

This article examines how implementing an expansion strategy can support the marketing plans of the local Scarlett brand. By conducting an initial study of trends that can influence the scale of sales and this can be used as an expansion strategy carried out using world artists as brand ambassadors. An expansion strategy that focuses on the process by which a company seeks opportunities to expand its business operations beyond the boundaries of existing regions, markets, or businesses. The goal of business expansion is to achieve sustainable growth, increase market share, increase revenue, and create value for shareholders. In this way, using brand ambassadors from Korean artists is the right thing to achieve this expansion strategy. Apart from that, Brand Awareness is also important so that Scarlett becomes a mainstay for consumers. The use of qualitative data with the use of previously collected data certainly supports this article into systematic information that shows evidence that the influence of the Korean Wave in Indonesia is very supportive in terms of economic activity in the business world.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, tentunya harus memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka karena adanya pengaruh globalisasi. Dengan adanya pengaruh globalisasi, perusahaan harus memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka. Globalisasi adalah realitas yang memungkinkan orang di seluruh dunia bekerja sama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti pertukaran teknologi dan informasi, yang harus dipromosikan melalui strategi pemasaran yang terus berkembang. Pemasaran membantu bisnis menemukan dan memenuhi kebutuhan sosial dan manusia dengan cara yang menguntungkan. Perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan mereka dengan bantuan pemasaran, yang fokus utamanya adalah meningkatkan penjualan, yang mencakup kualitas produk perusahaan dan apakah produk perusahaan tersebut berkualitas, inovatif, dan unik. Merek adalah elemen terpenting dalam pemasaran sendiri karena memiliki nilai dan karakteristik yang dilindungi secara hukum. Perusahaan yang telah memiliki merk tidak akan meniru pesaingnya. Menurut Kotler (2016), merk adalah nama, kata-kata, tanda, lambang, desain, atau kombinasinya yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi produk atau jasa yang dijual oleh satu penjual atau kelompok penjual dan mendiferensiasikan produk atau jasa yang dijual oleh pesaing.

Abstract

Halodoc is a telehealth application in Indonesia that can be used by anyone. Being technology-based, the convenience of this application is increasingly felt with features that make it easier for users to consult health directly without meeting them. Telehealth is used by Halodoc as a popular virtual health service application today. Based on this, this researcher used a qualitative approach method by collecting information from pre-existing sources and data. Previous sources and data that have been collected are of course used to support this article which relates to digital services used in the Halodoc health application. Abstrak Halodoc menjadi aplikasi telehealth di Indonesia yang dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja. Dengan berbasis teknologi, kemudahan aplikasi ini semakin terasa dengan adanya fitur-fitur yang memudahkan pengguna untuk berkonsultasi kesehatan secara langsung tanpa bertemu. Telehealth dimanfaatkan Halodoc sebagai aplikasi layanan kesehatan virtual populer saat ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan informasi terhadap sumber dan data yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Sumber dan data sebelumnya yang sudah terkumpul tentu dipergunakan untuk mendukung tulisan ini yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan digital yang digunakan pada aplikasi kesehatan Halodoc. Abstract

Digital transformation in service management is becoming an important necessity in the Industry 4.0 era, which is characterized by technological advances such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data. This research explores the challenges and opportunities facing the services sector in adopting digitalization. Digital transformation offers benefits such as improved operational efficiency, personalization of services, and better data-driven decision-making. However, challenges such as digital competency gaps, organizational culture resistance, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure limitations are also identified. Through a qualitative approach, this research presents an in-depth analysis covering technology integration strategies, organizational culture change, and digital collaboration to improve customer experience. The results provide important insights for service companies in optimizing digitalization strategies to improve competitiveness and relevance in the market. Abstrak Transformasi digital dalam manajemen jasa menjadi kebutuhan penting di era Industri 4.0, yang ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan big data. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi sektor jasa dalam mengadopsi digitalisasi. Transformasi digital menawarkan manfaat seperti peningkatan efisiensi operasional, personalisasi layanan, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih baik. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan kompetensi digital, resistensi budaya organisasi, keamanan siber, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi juga diidentifikasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menyajikan analisis mendalam yang mencakup strategi pengintegrasian teknologi, perubahan budaya organisasi, serta kolaborasi digital untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan jasa dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan relevansi di pasar. Kata kunci: transformasi digital, manajemen jasa, Industri 4.0, tantangan, peluang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of service quality on food purchasing decisions at ShopeeFood services. In an increasingly advanced digital era, online-based food delivery services have become an important necessity for modern society. ShopeeFood, as one of the main players in this sector, presents various advantages, including ease of use of the application, diverse payment options, and various attractive promotions. However, challenges such as high delivery costs, the use of single-use plastic packaging, and food flavor mismatches are still obstacles that need to be overcome. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the five dimensions of service quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) that influence customer experience. The results show that service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with the reliability and responsiveness dimensions as the main factors that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides important insights for ShopeeFood in developing strategies to improve service quality and competitiveness in a competitive market. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan pada layanan ShopeeFood. Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, layanan pesan-antar makanan berbasis online telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi masyarakat modern. ShopeeFood, sebagai salah satu pemain utama di sektor ini, menghadirkan berbagai keunggulan, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, opsi pembayaran yang beragam, dan berbagai promosi menarik. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya pengiriman yang tinggi, penggunaan kemasan plastik sekali pakai, dan ketidaksesuaian rasa makanan masih menjadi kendala yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy) yang memengaruhi pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan dimensi reliabilitas dan responsivitas sebagai faktor utama yang mendorong kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi ShopeeFood dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, keputusan pembelian, ShopeeFood, layanan pesan-antar makanan, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of globalization on consumer behavior in the cosmetics and skincare industry, focusing on the role of social media, increased awareness of natural ingredients, and the emergence of the cosmeceutical market. Globalization has accelerated consumer access to global cosmetic products, heightened awareness of synthetic chemical risks, and driven demand for natural and sustainable products. Through literature review and industry data analysis, this study finds that the cosmeceutical market is growing rapidly, fueled by global trends such as healthy aging and consumer preference for natural ingredients. These findings are crucial for cosmetic companies to understand changing consumer needs and develop strategies that respond to modern market demands. AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas dampak globalisasi terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam industri kosmetik dan perawatan kulit, dengan fokus pada peran media sosial, peningkatan kesadaran terhadap bahan alami, dan kemunculan pasar cosmeceutical. Globalisasi telah mempercepat akses konsumen terhadap produk kosmetik global, meningkatkan kesadaran akan risiko bahan kimia sintetis, serta mendorong permintaan produk berbahan alami dan berkelanjutan. Melalui analisis literatur dan data industri, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pasar cosmeceutical berkembang pesat, didorong oleh tren global seperti penuaan sehat dan preferensi konsumen terhadap produk berbahan alami. Hasil penelitian ini penting bagi perusahaan kosmetik untuk memahami perubahan kebutuhan konsumen dan mengembangkan strategi yang responsif terhadap tuntutan pasar modern.

Abstract

This research discusses entrepreneurship as an approach to strengthen the community's economy, especially in the small business sector. Through the Community Service Program with the topic “Let's Start Entrepreneurship: Building Citizens’ Economic Independence,” this research aims to improve the entrepreneurial literacy of residents of RT. 03 RW. 04 Sawah Baru Village, Ciputat. This program provides the basics of entrepreneurship, which include business planning, financial management, and access to alternative funding. The method applied in this program is through socialization, participatory training, and evaluation. Participants were involved in the process of developing business plans and financial management simulations during the training. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in participants' understanding of entrepreneurship as well as higher motivation to start a small business. Participants also managed to identify business opportunities that are in line with existing local potential. The sustainability of the program is expected to be achieved through further training and ongoing business assistance, so that it can become a relevant community empowerment model and have a positive impact on other communities in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Digital Twin and Edge AI technologies on optimizing industrial machine maintenance in Karawang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 80 respondents via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between both technologies and maintenance optimization. Digital Twin technology enhances predictive maintenance by enabling real-time simulations, while Edge AI improves decision-making through decentralized data processing. Together, they explain 58% of the variance in maintenance optimization. These results emphasize the synergistic effects of these technologies in reducing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings. This research contributes to the understanding of advanced technological adoption in industrial maintenance and provides practical implications for enhancing productivity in industrial settings.
