Abstract

This research analyses Gojek's role in maintaining market share through the implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies. As the leading on-demand service platform in Indonesia, Gojek utilises various digital channels, such as social media, online advertising, and customer data analytics, to strengthen its presence in the market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented by Gojek in creating brand awareness, attracting new customers, and building consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis show that Gojek's success is driven by an integrated digital marketing approach, including data-driven service personalisation, promotion through social media, and innovation in service features such as cashback and loyalty programs. In addition, Gojek's ability to adapt to the needs of local consumers provides a significant competitive advantage amid increasingly fierce market competition.This study concludes that digital marketing strategies play a key role in Gojek's success in maintaining and expanding market share. The findings provide important insights for other technology companies looking to maximise the potential of digital marketing in the face of market challenges.

Abstract

Risk management in e-business is one of the important aspects in facing the increasingly complex challenges of data security and cyber threats. This article discusses a strategic approach to risk management to protect data, maintain customer trust, and ensure operational sustainability. The research covers risk identification, impact analysis, and the implementation of technology and policy-based mitigation solutions. By emphasising the importance of risk management integration in e-business, this article provides guidance for companies to build a resilient security framework, while meeting global compliance standards. The results are expected to support the development of a secure and reliable e-business ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of e-commerce in improving business development in micro-scale entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo Regency. E-commerce has become one of the solutions for entrepreneurs to expand markets and increase sales without being limited by geographical location. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 micro-entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo Regency. The results show that the use of e-commerce significantly has a positive impact on increasing sales, operational efficiency, and market access. In addition, e-commerce also helps micro-entrepreneurs in facing the challenges of competition with larger businesses. Thus, e-commerce implementation is an important strategy for micro-entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo Regency to consider in order to improve their competitiveness and business growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of earnings quality on a company's worth, taking into account managerial ownership as a moderating element. It is anticipated that good earnings quality will boost the trust of investors and stakeholders in the company's performance, leading to a favourable impact on its overall value. However, the role of managerial ownership can moderate this relationship, considering that managers who own company shares tend to have more incentives to improve the quality of financial reports. The study utilised moderated regression analysis to examine a group of manufacturing firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Findings revealed a strong positive impact of earnings quality on company worth, with managerial ownership playing a role in enhancing this connection. Thus, it is suggested that managerial ownership can amplify the influence of earnings quality on enhancing the value of a company.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of the retail business in Indonesia, the increasing purchasing power of the people has driven product innovation to meet consumer needs. One product that has garnered attention is Tisu Slebew, offering wet and dry tissues with a focus on comfort and attractive packaging. Visually appealing packaging is a crucial component in attracting customers, creating emotional bonds, and enhancing product recall. Additionally, user convenience, such as resealable packaging features, provides a practical solution to improve consumer experience. This research aims to investigate the impact of packaging comfort and attractiveness on Tisu Slebew sales. A quantitative research method with a descriptive approach was utilized, with 96 respondents as the sample. The results indicated that an increase in packaging attractiveness had a positive impact on sales by 0.133. Comfort also had a significant positive impact on sales by 0.128. Overall, attractiveness and comfort together had a significant positive effect on Tisu Slebew sales with a value of 3.312. These findings underscore the importance of packaging design innovation and comfort in boosting retail product sales.

Abstract

In its implementation, the State Budget (APBN) must be carried out in an orderly manner, adhering to laws and regulations, while being productive, economical, effective, transparent, and responsible. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare timely reports on the utilization of the APBN, aligning with the principle of timeliness in reporting. The objective of this research is to analyze how the use of information technology, the competence of employees, and internal controls impact the promptness of financial reporting. A quantitative method is employed in this study. The object of this research is the Persons in Charge (PIC) responsible for preparing and compiling financial accountability reports at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The primary data were collected through questionnaires. The study involved 90 respondents out of a total population of 117, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and R-square tests, utilizing IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 27.  The results show that the utilization of information technology, human resource competence, and internal control positively and significantly influence the timeliness of financial accountability reporting. This study is limited to the work unit of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), suggesting that results may vary if conducted in other government work units.

Abstract

The development of adequate transport infrastructure improves mobility efficiency, enhancing product competitiveness and economic performance. Motorbikes, a practical alternative for addressing urban congestion, have become both a means of transport and a lifestyle symbol. Enthusiasts often discuss various motorbike-related topics, including tyres. Maxxis tyres, a popular brand, utilizes Instagram for customer engagement. This study aims to analyze the impact of Maxxis tyres' customer engagement on Instagram. Using a descriptive and quantitative approach, primary data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire from 100 motorbike owners who are active Instagram users. Data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, normality tests, linear regression, t-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. Results revealed that customer engagement significantly and positively influences Instagram as a social media platform, highlighting the effectiveness of Maxxis tyres' strategy in leveraging digital platforms to connect with consumers.

Abstract

An effective marketing strategy is the main key to increasing revenue, especially for creative products such as DIY painting. In the digital era, social media has become a dominant tool to reach consumers widely, quickly, and cost-effectively. This study discusses how social media-based marketing strategies can be implemented to maximize the sales potential of DIY painting products. The main focus is on utilizing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build brand awareness, create consumer engagement, and increase sales conversions. With an approach that involves attractive visual content, collaboration with influencers, the use of targeted paid advertising, and intensive interaction with the audience, DIY painting marketing can have a significant impact on increasing revenue. This article also reviews case studies and empirical data that show the effectiveness of social media strategies in supporting the growth of creative businesses in the digital era. As a result, this strategy not only increases sales but also strengthens consumer loyalty and builds a community of DIY painting fans in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the work environment, parental guidance, and tuition costs impact the interest of accounting students. The research data source used was accounting students at STIE Mahardhika Surabaya, regular morning and regular evening A and evening B. The chosen method for data analysis was quantitative and descriptive. To gather 81 samples, a purposive sampling technique was employed. The findings of the study indicate that the environment at work (X1) and parental guidance (X2) positively and significantly impact the interest of accounting students at STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. However, tuition fees (X3) show a positive but insignificant effect on the students' interest. The determinant result (R2) of 0.566 suggests that the variables of work environment (X1), parental influence (X2), and tuition fees (X3) collectively influence the interest of accounting students at STIE Mahardhika Surabaya in the field of public accounting (Y) by 56.6%, leaving 43.4% to be explained by other factors.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to conduct a SWOT analysis on the potential of Productive Zakat in Indonesia using the NVivo method. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis along with the NVivo approach and a review of existing literature. The data analysis methods consist of: (1) categorizing news articles based on SWOT analysis using NVivo 14 software; (2) creating visual representations through hierarchical diagrams and examining the relationship between media articles using SWOT analysis; (3) generating word clouds to identify commonly discussed topics in media articles; and (4) assessing the significance of correlations among media articles related to "Productive Zakat". The findings indicate that media articles mostly focus on the opportunities and strengths of Productive Zakat, while challenges and weaknesses are less frequently addressed. This research suggests that the SWOT analysis and literature review offer valuable insights for enhancing the management of Productive Zakat in the future.
