Abstract

This research is based on a problem observed in the learning process, namely the lack of student enthusiasm in completing student worksheets (LKPD). The purpose of this study is to develop an E-LKPD supported by Liveworksheets for Chapter 4 of the English subject for fourth-grade students, aimed at producing a valid, practical, and effective E-LKPD that can improve student learning outcomes at SDN 13 Sitiung. The development model used is the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validation results of the E-LKPD, evaluated by five validators (graphics expert, content expert, language expert, assessment expert, and instructional module expert), yielded an average score of 86.8%, categorized as “highly valid,” indicating that the E-LKPD is suitable for use. The practicality results, assessed by a fourth-grade teacher and students, showed scores of 89.0% and 95.7% respectively, both falling into the “highly practical” category, suggesting that the E-LKPD is easy to use during the learning process. The effectiveness test results, based on a learning outcome test, showed that 85% of students achieved mastery, categorized as “highly effective,” indicating success in achieving the intended learning objectives.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of student interest in reading materials presented conventionally through textbooks. Text materials are often considered boring by students due to the lack of presentation variation and minimal supporting illustrations that are engaging. As a result, students tend to be passive during lessons and struggle to comprehend the content of the reading and construct sentences that match the context of the theme. The solution is to develop an E-Module Assisted by Book Creator in the Indonesian Language subject for third-grade students at SDN 01 Sitiung that is valid, practical, and effective. This research is a Research and Development study using the ADDIE development model, which includes several stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The assessment instruments were evaluated by three validators: content validator, language validator, and graphic design validator. The instrument sheets were filled out using validation sheets for the validators and practicality sheets evaluated by practitioners. The results of the development of the E-Module Assisted by Book Creator in the Indonesian Language subject for third-grade students at SDN 01 Sitiung show that the validators gave an average score of 85.48%, categorized as highly valid. The practicality score averaged 94.2%, categorized as very practical, and the effectiveness score averaged 87.4%, categorized as very effective.

Abstract

The illegal trade of protected wildlife remains a serious crime that threatens the sustainability of biodiversity in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause the crime of trading protected live wildlife and to examine the criminal liability of the perpetrators based on Verdict Number 674/Pid.B/LH/2024/PN Tjk. This research applies a normative juridical method with an empirical approach through literature studies, statutory regulations, and interviews. The findings reveal that economic motives are the dominant factor driving perpetrators to commit this crime, in addition to high market demand and weak law enforcement. The court decision shows that criminal liability has been applied in accordance with Article 21 paragraph (2) letter a in conjunction with Article 40 paragraph (2) of Indonesian Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Living Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. The imposition of criminal sanctions in this verdict is deemed appropriate as an effort to suppress illegal practices and protect endangered species.

Abstract

In response to the increasing demand for environmentally sustainable organizational practices, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has gained prominence as a strategic integration of ecological values into core HRM functions. Despite growing scholarly interest, GHRM research remains fragmented and methodologically limited, often lacking contextual and longitudinal insights. This study aims to systematically synthesize existing literature and identify key research gaps and future directions. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis, 31 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus from 2021 to 2025 were critically examined. VOSviewer software was employed to visualize co-occurring keywords, author networks, and thematic clusters. The findings indicate that core GHRM practices such as green recruitment, training, and appraisal are central to fostering innovation, sustainability performance, and organizational transformation. Recent trends highlight a shift towards integrating digitalization, artificial intelligence, and Industry 4.0 into GHRM frameworks. However, research remains largely concentrated in specific regions and sectors, with limited representation of SMEs, non-profit institutions, or diverse cultural contexts. Additionally, external stakeholder engagement, ESG-linked HR strategies, and data-driven sustainability reporting are underexplored. This study proposes an integrative GHRM model linking global sustainability pressures with strategic HR outcomes including green innovation, digital alignment, and stakeholder accountability. The article contributes both conceptually and practically by consolidating the theoretical base of GHRM and informing future research agendas that are inclusive, adaptive, and forward-looking.

Abstract

The criminal act of using explosives without authorization in fishing activities constitutes a form of crime that not only violates criminal law but also causes serious damage to marine ecosystems. This study aims to analyze the criminal liability of perpetrators in cases involving the use of explosives for fishing, as reflected in Court Decision No. 1220/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tjk. The research method employed is normative juridical with a case study approach, examining relevant legislation and analyzing the judge's considerations in the ruling. The findings indicate that the defendant was legally and convincingly proven to have violated Article 1(1) of Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 and Article 84(1) of Law No. 45 of 2009 concerning Fisheries. The judge imposed imprisonment and fines as a form of criminal liability for the act committed. This study emphasizes the importance of strict law enforcement against the use of explosives in fishing to protect the sustainability of marine resources and maintain public order. The research combines a normative juridical approach with an empirical approach. Data were collected through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in primary schools often faces challenges related to students’ low interest and understanding, particularly in abstract topics such as the characteristics of two-dimensional shapes. This is largely due to the lack of engaging and contextual learning media suited to students’ characteristics. This study aims to explore the process and validation results of developing comic-based learning media incorporating Riau local wisdom as an alternative instructional tool for teaching the characteristics of two-dimensional shapes to fourth-grade students at SDN 194 Pekanbaru. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), though limited to the analysis, design, and development phases. The subjects involved six expert validators: two subject matter experts, two language experts, and two design experts. Data collection instruments included validation sheets for content, language, and design aspects. The data were analyzed using both qualitative descriptive and quantitative methods. The validation results show that the comic media was rated highly valid by subject matter experts with an average score of 86.75%, language experts 85.82%, and design experts 98%. The overall average validation score reached 90.19%, categorized as "Highly Valid." These results indicate that the comic-based media incorporating local wisdom is feasible for use in primary school mathematics learning.
