Jurnal Kajian Manajemen Dakwah is a scientific journal published by Dakwah Management Study Program of State Islamic Institute of Parepare. JKMD focuses on Dakwah issues in Southeast Asia, including Local Culture Dakwah, Dakwah Management, Dakwah for Development, Dakwah for Islamic Moderation, Dakwah Feminism and Contemporary Dakwah. We invite scientists, scholars, researchers, and students to develop their scientific papers and publish their research after the selection process of the manuscript, review, and editing process. JKMD will be published twice a year, the publication period is from January to Juny and from July to December. The Accepted Papers will be available online in open access.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in increasing access to Islamic finance in Indonesia through murabahah financing strategies. With the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has great potential in developing Islamic financial institutions, and BMT is present as an alternative for people who do not have access to conventional banks. Murabahah financing implemented by BMT can provide working capital to small business actors with simpler and more transparent procedures. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to examine concepts related to the role of BMT in developing the community's economy through murabahah financing. The results of the study indicate that BMT needs to implement an appropriate financing structure, including determining the purchase price, profit margin, and monitoring the performance of the financed project to reduce risk. This approach also considers customer characteristics to ensure the success of financing and BMT's contribution to poverty alleviation and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas dakwah daring dalam meningkatkan kesadaran beragama di kalangan pemuda. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode dakwah antropologis, yang melibatkan observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengguna media sosial Muslim muda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten dakwah yang interaktif dan kontekstual berhasil menumbuhkan keterlibatan emosional dan memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengadaptasi strategi dakwah dengan budaya digital pemuda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation form and identify the opportunities and challenges of applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in an effort to maintain and increase customer loyalty at PT. Ranum Jaya Abadi, a Hajj and Umrah travel agency in Sidrap Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with management, staff, and customers, as well as documentation studies. The results show that CRM implementation is carried out through three main stages: identification of customer needs, increasing loyalty through sincere and personal service, and maintaining relationships through sustainable interaction. CRM opportunities lie in the use of digital technology for market mapping, operational efficiency, and service personalization. The main challenges are adaptation to rapid technological changes, data management complexity, and the need for human resource development. This study concludes that CRM implemented with Islamic communication principles (Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah) and local Pangngaderreng values is effective in building customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the personal branding strategy of Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi on YouTube and its impact on the increase in popularity and credibility of digital da'wah. The research method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach, analyzing the content uploaded by Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi and her interactions with the audience. The results show that Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi’s personal branding is consciously and consistently built through various types of da'wah content relevant to everyday life, including religious lectures, routine studies, and personal vlogs. Additionally, her closeness to the audience, especially through comments, live streaming, and Q&A sessions, gives the impression that she is an approachable and empathetic figure. The impact of the personal branding built is an increase in the popularity and credibility of digital da’wah, reflected in a surge in followers and audience trust in the da’wah content shared. This study implies that consistency in building an authentic self-image and close interaction with the audience can expand the reach of digital da’wah and strengthen the credibility of da’i.

Abstract

Pasukan Amal Sholeh (PASKAS) is a humanitarian social movement focused on assisting the underprivileged, orphans, Quran memorizers, and those in need of support in the path of Allah (fii sabilillah), with its rice donation program being one of its main initiatives. This study aims to analyze the strategies used by PASKAS to socialize the rice donation movement, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using personal communication theory, Max Weber's social action movement theory, and dakwah bil hall, this qualitative research employs observation, interviews, and documentation methods, with data analysis techniques including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that PASKAS' socialization strategy in Parepare City has been successful, with an approach targeting institutions, schools, religious study groups (majelis taklim), and crowded places. Supporting factors include the openness of institutions to cooperate, while inhibiting factors involve the limited number of PASKAS members. The impact of this socialization is an increase in the number of foster parents joining the movement

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of BKPRMI Parepare City as a forum for unifying the ukhuwah of mosque youth and youth who maximize the function of mosques not only for worship, but also as a space for character development and capacity to face contemporary challenges. Based on the Role Theory and Da'wah field theory, this qualitative study relies on documentation as the main source, with analysis stages in the form of word redaction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawn. The results show that BKPRMI carries out a coordinating, educational, and empowerment role effectively, reflected in a significant increase in the number of Mosque Youth (PRM) formed and strengthening its quality. Quality improvement is realized through a structured cadre agenda, thematic training (organization, leadership, digital-religious literacy), and a space for continuous actualization at the mosque and city levels. The findings affirm BKPRMI's contribution to strengthening the capacity, character, and socio-religious network of youth, while maintaining the integrity of ukhuwah in Parepare. Recommendations include standardization of the regeneration curriculum, monitoring-evaluation based on performance indicators, and cross-stakeholder collaboration

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana etos kerja muslim dalam lembaga dakwah kampus (LDK) di tengah hustle culture dilihat dari faktor nilai dan spiritualitas mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi mahasiswa LDK di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa LDK di UNJ mampu menerapkan etos kerja islami dengan baik sebagai seorang muslim. Disamping itu terdapat Nilai-nilai Islami yang dipegang teguh oleh mahasiswa LDK. Adapun spiritualitas menjadi tombak utama yang diperhatikan melalui ritual ibadah guna menjaga niat agar yang dilakukan tidak hanya untuk dunia namun berorientasi pada akhirat.
