Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. <![CDATA[The Merangin District Prosecutor's Office is a law enforcement agency that is required to play a greater role in enforcing the law. In the current file data management system, it is still done manually, that is, every incoming case file is recorded in the register book and archived into the file cabinet. This makes it difficult for the process of searching for file data and compiling case files which will be processed by the prosecutor's office and making reports. Based on the existing problems, a case file management system is needed in order to assist the Merangin District Attorney in overcoming the existing problems. The purpose of this study is to design a prototype case file management system using system modeling tools, namely UML and the diagrams used include use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study are a prototype case file management system design that can be applied by the Merangin District Attorney to help expedite case management and provide maximum service to the public.]]>

<![CDATA[Family planning services are one of the basic health services, so the Ministry of Health has established family planning as one of the mandatory health programs that must be supported. One of the supporting factors for improving the quality of family planning and reproductive health services is the availability of drugs and contraceptives in the family planning warehouse. For this reason, optimal management of drugs and contraceptives is required. The management system for drugs and contraceptives at the Jambi City Population Control and Family Planning Service is still done manually and using Microsoft Office Excel so that the management and reporting of drugs is still not optimal. This research produces a prototype that can be implemented further so as to produce a web-based drug and contraceptive management information system at the Jambi City Population Control and Family Planning Office.]]>

<![CDATA[The marketing information system at the existing Agsel Online Store still uses a manual system (dor to bang, wa, brochures and facebook), so the product marketing process takes a lot of time, does not update, is not efficient and spends a lot of money to print banners and brochures resulting in high income. accepted by the minimal agsel shop. For this reason, Agsel online shop wants to use web-based marketing to increase revenue, save time because the web can be accessed at any time, is accurate and more efficient. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a Product Marketing Information System at Agsel Online Stores. The method used by the author is the prototype design method according to the title that the author takes, namely the analysis and design of a marketing information system at the Agsel online store. It is hoped that with this web-based marketing and sales, it can increase revenue at the Agsel store with more and more Agsel store products being known more widely by the entire community. It is hoped that further researchers at the Agsel store can create a website application that can combine product sales predictions with the Weka application and real web creation, not just design.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah Batik is a sales shop that is engaged in making batik such as various types of batik typical of Tanjung Jabung Timur, batik basic fabrics and community handicrafts, at Rumah Batik has obstacles in marketing their wares, because currently Rumah Batik customers only come directly to visit. stores to purchase products, as well as product promotions only by word of mouth and brochures, at a distance from the house far from the store location. So an E-commerce information system was designed at the Batik House of Lambur 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur Village with the aim of making it easier to order products, increase sales, and reduce promotional costs. In this study using prototyping modeling, it is hoped that the results of this study make it easier for customers to make purchases, order and confirm payments. Make it easy for administrators to manage goods data, order data and product purchases. For the future, the analysis and design of the designed E-commerce system can be used at the Batik House of Lambur 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Yayasan Penabulu STPI Provinsi Jambi in social service still get trouble, such as : search for patient treatment data that takes time because they have to search one by one on the agenda book, sometimes there is a recording error recording patient treatment data, information about social services for TB and HIV is difficult to get the public because it has to go to a place directly to ask so it takes time, there is no website that can help health consultations for TB and HIV diseases online. The purpose of research is analyzing and system information design of social service using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use prototype model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can featuring drug data, outpatient data, prescription data, infomation data, forum data that is structured and display report necessary. Research advice are prototyped this system should be devised well and properly so that it will could be applied to Yayasan Penabulu STPI Provinsi Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching and learning activities at SMAN 1 Merangin have several problems, namely the teaching and learning process in the classroom is lacking due to time constraints and also the media used to deliver the subject matter. Submission of subject matter that is less understood by all students. For example, when the teacher has to deliver material to students, it makes it difficult for students to get the subject matter in full and also students have difficulty getting subject matter when students are not in class and also communication between teachers and students is difficult to realize when outside the classroom due to lack of facilities. interaction and communication between teachers and students. Based on these problems, the authors propose an e-learning system design as a solution to the problems faced. This study uses a tool that is UML in system modeling. The result of this research is the design of an e-learning system prototype that can be implemented in the form of an application at SMAN 1 Merangin as a solution to existing problems.]]>

<![CDATA[Gandaria Jambi shop is a shop engaged in the sale of plastic and cake ingredients, in this Gandaria Jambi shop the obstacles experienced are a decrease in sales turnover due to a conventional sales system, customers have to come directly to the store to purchase products and promote products only by word of mouth. Then an Online Sales Information System was designed at the Gandaria Jambi Store with the aim of helping increase sales at the Gandaria Jambi Store and making it easier to market products. <![CDATA[Icha Mobilindo is a company engaged in the sale of used cars and has several branches in the city of Jambi. And now there is a problem, namely the process of selecting the best used car, there is no computerized system and not yet using a decision support system method so that the selection of the best used car cannot be measured, and due to the large number of available car choices, consumers are confused about choosing based on the criteria they want. Therefore, this study aims to provide a solution to the problems that occur by offering a decision support system for the selection of used cars using the analytical hierarchy process method. The author develops the system with the prototype method and uses a unified model language system model approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The new system produces output that can display existing used car data, admin data, criteria data, alternative data, used car assessment data and used car ranking results with the analytical hierarchy process method that contributes to the company to increase sales.]]>

<![CDATA[MAN 2 Tebo is a high school under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion which is engaged in the field of Religion and Education. The development of a madrasa is determined by the number of students who register at the madrasa, of course with this increase it requires teachers who are competent and perform well in teaching. To improve good performance, of course, through teacher performance assessment, it is a very important thing in an educational institution. In this case, the process of assessing teacher performance is only limited to an assessment system for periodic salary and rank increases and there is no appreciation in terms of teacher performance appraisal. This is what causes the teacher to be a little unmotivated in performance. Therefore, based on these conditions, a teacher performance appraisal decision support system is needed that helps the head of madrasah in assessing teacher performance based on existing criteria. So the final result of this research is the design of a teacher performance appraisal decision support system with the SAW method which aims to facilitate decision making in determining teacher performance accurately and consistently.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several problems that occur at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur so far the teaching and learning process between teachers and students is very limited. So if there are obstacles, such as students who do not understand certain subject matter, it will be difficult if they want to repeat the material and ask the teacher concerned directly. The face-to-face learning process in the classroom sometimes makes students bored because they are too tired with the monotonous learning system and at times. Covid-19 pandemic students at MA Negeri 2 study at home by being given assignments by the teacher where the assignments are taken at school and then collected again with the time that has been given by the teacher for each subject which causes the teaching and learning process to be ineffective. This research is website-based e-learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a website-based e-learning system at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. The system modeling tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Balsamiq Mockups 3 to design prototypes. Based on the results of research on the analysis and design of the learning system at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur, it is currently still less effective and efficient because it uses conventional learning media, so a website-based e-learning system is needed that has the features needed to support the teaching and learning process without being constrained by space. and time. Suggestions for this research are expected that further research can design an e-learning system with achievement features.]]>
