Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. Performance appraisal of employees or State Civil Apparatus at the Jambi Regional Police, is a periodic assessment of the implementation of the work of a State Civil Apparatus. The data processing of the recapitulation of the results of the performance assessment carried out by the Head of the Personnel Division has used a computerized system, namely the Microsoft Office Excel program, which still has weaknesses because it has not been stored in the database, sometimes the results of the performance assessment do not match the reality. The placement of documents is not well organized, so when there is an inspection from the authorities it is difficult to find it. Based on the existing problems, the authors propose the design of a Web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System that can help the leadership or head of the data processing department, carry out the performance appraisal process properly so as to speed up time and minimize error rates when inputting data. The author performs objectoriented design using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, display designs, database structure tables. The results of this study are a prototype of the Web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System at the Jambi Regional Police.

PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta is a company that provides b-one brand drinking water. However, in the process of selling, borrowing, processing and producing gallons, they still use the manual method. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a stock information system that suits the company's needs in managing data on purchases, processes, production, reuse, sales, can repair goods and recalls in order to help companies do better in doing their jobs. The system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with a waterfall design. The research resulted in a stock management information system program that was able to overcome the deficiencies contained in the previous system and was able to maximize the transaction data management process and help facilitate work at PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta

The selection of majors at SMK Negeri 2 Sarolagun has difficulties with the new student registrationcommittee because the data for prospective students is quite a lot and the time available for processingdata is limited and processing values for each field is still using a manual system, using MicrosoftSuperior. For this reason, a support system for the selection of majors at SMK Negeri 2 Sarogun isneeded. Where the results and discussion in this Decision Support System are based on research thatis generally carried out in the process of selecting majors. The purpose of this research is to analyzeand design a decision support system for majors selection using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting)method and using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tool. This research produces aprototype that can be implemented further into a system so as to produce a decision support system forthe selection ofmajors in SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun.

CV. Indoestri Supply is a company that sells Thaitea beverage equipment. Problems were found, namely: the promotion process using conventional promotion through the installation of banners, word of mouth promotion, and added to promotion through social media advertising. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a web-based promotional information system. The research method uses a prototype model and a UML model, using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are a prototype of a web-based promotional information system that can help CV. Indoestri Supply in overcoming the problems faced.

Every year the number of students at The University of Dynamics of the Nation jambi is always increasing but the students who graduate are different from the number of students who enter. Therefore, the author conducts a data mining analysis on student data so that it can be used by academic supervisors to find out the graduation status of students and as a warning so that students can graduate on time so as to reduce the number of delays in graduation. The author uses student data in 2016 and 2017 as training data and 2020 as testing data as many as 120 training data and 109 testing data and has carried out the data cleaning and attribute selection process using the forward selection method. In conducting the analysis, the author used the Tools Weka tool. The author uses the C4.5 algorithm method with 12 attributes, but there are 4 attributes that are most influential after selecting data using the forward selection method on WEKA. In this case, the author uses 4 test options, namely 5 Fold Cross Validation, 10 Fold Cross Validation, 70% Percentage Split, and 80% Percentage Split. The C4.5 Algorithm method produces the largest accuracy value in the training data, namely 5 Fold Cross Validation by 92.5% and in the testing data by 100%.

Production information system at PT. Dharmasraya Palma Sejahtera is still manually using paper and inputted into Microsoft Word and Excel, so there are problems in recording and reporting. Difficulties in the process of making reports and reporting will increase because the storage media is only in the form of archived document files. Based on the existing problems, a production information system design is needed that can help solve the problem. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an information system for palm oil commodity production by applying the SCRUM framework. The method used in this research is the SCRUM framework which consists of 3 stages, namely (1) Product Backlog, (2) Sprint Backlog, (3) Product Complete. This study uses modeling tools in the form of Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are a prototype of an information system for the production of palm oil commodities with a design using the SCRUM framework.

The need for information quickly encourages companies or organizations to create new services in order to obtain information accurately and efficiently. The problem found in the research object of the Kria Yudha Nusantara Foundation is that it has not been able to produce the presentation of accounting reports related to petty cash disbursements quickly, precisely and accurately because the report management process is carried out manually using Microsoft Ecxel 2010 which makes it difficult to find, display and print report data every month. Therefore, a petty cash accounting information system is needed to facilitate the admin of the Kria Yudha Nusantara Foundation in managing petty cash reports. Using an object-oriented approach (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to produce a prototype of a petty cash accounting information system design with a fluctuating method designed to manage adequate petty cash receipts and disbursements in order to monitor and control cash funds small.

Family planning is one of the efforts to realize family happiness and prosperity. The main goal of family planning is to further improve the well-being of mothers and children. By arranging the birth of a wife or pregnant woman so that many have the opportunity to pay attention and educate children in addition to having sufficient time to carry out activities as housewives. Children will get enough attention from parents which later can have a positive impact on the growth and development of the child's personality. Usually the registration of family planning participants is still recorded on the registration sheet so that in an effort to process the registration data for family planning participants it still takes a relatively long time. The design of a web-based family planning participant registration information system using a prototype method creates a more effective and efficient performance for people who want to register for the installation of contraceptives.

BLK is a government institution that provides free training to the community to improve the quality of human resources. In the running system there are obstacles in the process of selecting prospective students where parties must be able to select participants who are deemed worthy of training with specified criteria such as last education, age, economic background, and basic abilities of participants regarding the basic abilities of students. vocational they take through the results of the vocational examinations that are held. Based on these problems, a decision support system for the selection of training participants is needed so that it can assist BLK Muaro Bungo in producing accurate information so that it can be used in making education and training student admission selection decisions. The purpose of this study was to design a prototype for a student selection training decision support system using the SAW method and the UML system modeling tool. The result of this research is a prototype design of a decision support system for the student training selection process using SAW calculations so that it can become information that can be used in decision making by BLK Muaro Bungo.

Management information systems as a tool to support productivity are needed both for large companies and small businesses, with the aim that business activities can run effectively and efficiently. Ikhsan Jaya Motor is one of the MSMEs (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) engaged in motorcycle service, spare parts sales, motorcycle and car cleaning, and carpet cleaning. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based workshop management information system to overcome problems such as making financial reports, recording transaction data, and procuring stock of goods. The system development method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) only for the stages requirements analysis, and systems design which is described with use cases, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype of a web-based workshop management information system in the form of a database design and a user interface design that was created using the prototype online tools Mockflow.
