Abstract

CV.Trindo Jaya Pasifik Jambi is one of the companies located in the Jambi area where the heavy equipment rental system still uses books, agendas. So that there are problems, namely it is difficult to increase the number of orders in heavy equipment rental significantly, the slow dissemination of information for rental and how to rent heavy equipment in detail, and the availability and price of heavy equipment to be rented and the occurrence of obstacles in processing heavy equipment rental data in recording data. customer, The purpose of this research is to design a web-based heavy equipment rental system at CV.Trindo Jaya Pasifik Jambi. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. The prototype of this rental information system is expected to make it easier for CV.Trindo Jaya Pasifik Jambi to carry out the process of renting heavy equipment and facilitate the dissemination of the required information.

Abstract

In the employee percentage management information system running at SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan still uses a simple method or in writing, where employees fill in attendance data when they enter working hours. In every attendance activity, there is often fraud by employees who leave their signatures or fill out attendance lists according to their arrival so that the finance department cannot control the delays of employees who come beyond the time set by SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan, or go home earlier than the specified time. In designing an employee attendance management information system, the author uses a modeling tool, namely UML where the diagrams used are Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of designing a Web-Based Employee Attendance Management Information System prototype and SMS Gateway that can assist in overcoming the problems that occur in Dr. Vocational High School. Abstract

Yamani Lautan Berkah Jambi is one of the private companies engaged in ship agency services by serving inter-island sea freight services (domestic), export and import. There is no good HRM/Staff and is considered very less than optimal where the process is still manual and the number of employees available. As for the obstacles that are often faced in the HRM/Staff process ranging from the process of hiring new employees, employee data updates, leave application processes, warning letters, duty letters, and the creation of employee pay slips that are still done manually with recording / creation using agenda books and Ms. Word / Ms. Excel that causes these files often damaged and lost so that it takes a long time when needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design Web-Based Employee Information Systems at PT. Yamani Lautan Berkah Jambi for the problems that are being faced. Data collection is done by interview method to the director and HRD section. In addition, system modeling methods using UML (Unified Modelling Language) include: usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams and Balsamiq Mockups to design user interfaces. Abstract

Technological advances that continue to grow always provide new changes in improving the quality and performance of a company. Related to the operational activities of the PO ticket booking business. Eight-Lapan Travel Kota Jambi currently that customers must come to the outlet to make ticket reservations and travel operator officers often experience errors in terms of giving seat numbers or recording the desired departure hours by prospective customers. As well as the obstacles in managing advice information from consumers due to the process of information advice and complaints using via sms. The author of web-based information system design using protoype methods includes diagaram use cases, activity diagrams, display design diagram classes, database structure tables. The result of this study is to analyze and build an information system design that can help automate the ticket booking process. The design of the system built can help to be a reference for travel parties related to the obstacles faced regarding the current business process of ticket booking operations.

Abstract

The provision of pension credit at BNI Talang Banjar Jambi is one of the programs intended for employees of ASN, TNI / POLRI, employees of certain BUMN / BUMD, PT. Asabri, PT. Taspen, and pension institutions that have collaborated with BNI. The decision-making process for providing pension credit is still quite long, for data collection it is still using a form, where data from the form must be input again, this of course makes the process slower, after the customer data is complete, to determine whether it is accepted or not, need more time to be analyzed by analysts, checking customer history, whether there are other loans or not, then checking BI checking, if good then the file goes up to superiors, and it takes more time to wait for the decision. From some of these problems, a research was conducted to analyze and design a decision support system using the SAW method, based on the data that had been analyzed using the SAW method, the names of customers who were accepted and not accepted were obtained, the SAW method was also suitable to assist decision making because the system is not difficult, and easy to understand. The design of the input and output produced is also suitable because it is made as simple and easy as possible to be made in a real system, but in the future it is hoped that there will be further research on the security side of the system.

Abstract

The asset management system at SMK Negeri 1 Merangin is still done manually so it has problems such as duplication of asset data in the recording process, the occurrence of damage, and data borrowing as a result of the existing storage media only in the form of archived documents, difficulties in making reports and the possibility of missing reports. that has been made so that it takes more time in its implementation. Based on the existing problems, an asset management information system is needed that can assist in minimizing the existing problems. This study uses modeling tools in the form of Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype design of an asset management information system that can be implemented later as a solution to existing problems.

Abstract

The implementation of education is one of the important efforts in improving the quality of students. With good education it will be useful in realizing the goals of students. This study utilizes data mining techniques using yahoo K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) to predict student achievement. The attributes used in this study are scores: Indonesian, Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Sociology, Economics, Geography and the target is the study of students. From the results of the study, the best results were at K = 3, the use of python sklean data mining got an accuracy value 61.9% and error MSE 0.8 by comparison Naive Baiyes with accuracy 58% and error MSE 0.41 , and for Rapid miners using KNN got value accucary51%.

Abstract

The Implementation of the Library Information System has been carried since 2014 at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. In its practice, not all users use the system to search online catalogs any library collection. This can be seen of visitor to the system which is small. This study aims at evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of Library Information System. This research uses the TAM theory by using individual factors in external variables. The sample was obtained as many as 184 respondents who were declared valid. The data analysis is PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The results of the study shows that those two variables in the TAM is perceived ease of use has a significant effect on its perceived usefulness, but the perception of its ease of use does not have a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of the system. So concluded that the easiness and its usefulness of the system have a real influence on the effectiveness of using the Library Information System. Furthermore, the external variable of acceptance consist of individual factors that have a significant effect on perceptions of usefulness and perceptions of ease of use therefore, those factors must be considered by the leader so that the Library Information System can be used effectively by users.

Abstract

Hotspots are an indicator of forest and land fire disasters that occur every year in Indonesia, especially Sumatra and Kalimantan, which have peatlands. Jambi Province, one of the provinces in Sumatra that has peatlands, experienced land and forest fires. The problem faced today is that there is no information system that can display information data on the distribution of hot spots in Jambi Province in real time. The purpose of this research is to analyze problems and design a geographic information system for the distribution of web-based hot spots. The research method uses a prototype model and a unified model language system model using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype design for geographical information on the distribution of web-based hot spots that can be implemented later as a solution to existing problems

Abstract

Customer satisfaction with PDAM Tirta Batanghari services is related to the level of service quality that can be measured by looking at complaints and feedback from the community. The use of IT can help improve the quality of service at PDAM Tirta Batanghari and is seen as a strategic asset that also determines PDAM Tirta Batanghari's business strategy. This research was carried out with the aim to design itsm information system at PDAM Tirta Batanghari. The method of data collection used is the method of observation and interview, then the data and information obtained are analyzed which results in an analysis of the condition of the system that is running. The system is designed in the form of a protitipe whose design follows each stage of the ITIL process version 4 of the service management area, namely: incident management, service request management, problem management. The results of this study are in the form of a design of ITSM information system at PDAM Tirta Batanghari designed based on itil framework version 4 of service management area.
