Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. <![CDATA[The clinical management system at the Jambi Basmallah Clinic is still done manually so it has problems such as errors in recording general patient data or insurance patients, searching for available drug data because there is no data for drug stock, damage and data loss due to existing storage media only. in the form of archived documents, difficulties in making reports so that it takes more time to implement. Based on the existing problems, a clinical management information system is needed that can assist in minimizing the existing problems. This study uses modeling tools in the form of Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The purpose of this study is to design a prototype system that can provide an overview of management information systems to the clinic. The results of this study are a prototype design of a clinical management information system that can be implemented later as a solution to the problems that exist at the Jambi Basmallah Clinic.]]>

These products are Half finished products that must be processed further in order to become products that are ready to be sold to the public. Where the utilization of payroll system technology in Company Rudi Agung Agralaksana is still not good, and has several obstacles such as the storage of different files every month makes financial admins become confused in the payroll and reporting system, Some obstacles also often occur such as misunderstandings between financial admins and employees, sometimes financial admins also often forget to cut employee salaries due to different salary files every month. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design Web-based payroll information systems at company Rudi Agung Agralaksana. <![CDATA[BAPELTAN Jambi is a provider of education and skills training for extension workers, officers and farmers/farming communities engaged in agricultural business, especially in the Jambi Province region, in its existence. So far, the Jambi Agricultural Training Center is still holding on training by using conventional methods, irregular document archiving, old data searches and data redundancy because it is processed with a simple application, namely Microsoft Excel and the training is done directty. It can be a serious problem, because the training is heldby using virtual meeting especially in this pandemic situation. So we need a new system to solve these problems. The BAPELTAN need a system which is ready to use directty in cyber network. The service information system for the participants of the Jambi agricultural training center is already desaign like LMS system because the participant are in the outside of Jambi City and training is held by using virtual meeting. The design of this online training system in this research uses UML tools and it is planned to apply by using the Moodle program. The description of system function is designed to be a prototype of the service information system for participants of the Jambi agricultural training center. The advantage of this design that is it can create a complete database to serve training participants in seeking insights at the Jambi agricultural training center. Training participants can upload evaluation documents, download training equipment needs, fill out training activity attendances and others so that the training participant's service information system is ready with the data and documentation which is needed by the training participants, teachers, admins, and the head of the center. This system can be accessed anywhere and anytime without any limitation for those who have registered to become participants.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial management at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative still uses a manual system using notebooks and Microsoft Excel. This method is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are getting higher and more complex. With the increase in savings and loan transactions, the manual transaction settlement process takes a long time to validate from the loan application process, registration of new members and presentation of information related to member data, checking the amount of deposits, and loan reports which are carried out directly by visiting the cooperative office, thus causing delays in the management of the savings and loan transaction process stage and the presentation of information or reports produced is less than optimal.†The role of the system is to use Unified Modeling Language tools, to explain various functions of the system and produce a prototype of a savings and loan information system at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative. The design of this Savings and Loans information system is website-based. This web-based design of the Employee Cooperative Savings and Loans Information System of Bank Jambi can be used to improve the performance of the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative because with this information system design, the recording of savings and loan transactions becomes faster and more accurate and reporting becomes easier and can also improve services to cooperative members, because members can apply for loans, view data on deposits, loans and installments online without having to come to the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative office.]]>

<![CDATA[The Regional Revenue Agency of West Tanjung Jabung Regency in managing local taxes, for now the restaurant taxpayer reporting process is still reporting taxes manually. Where: 1) Taxpayers must go to the office of Bapenda Tanjung Jabung Barat to report their taxes. 2) The length of waiting time for taxpayers at the Tanjung Jabung Barat Bapenda office and the accumulation of taxpayers if the due date is near. 3) The length of the verification, calculation and determination process by officers. 4) Taxpayers must wait for the return to process tax payments at the Bank. To solve this problem, the researcher designed a Taxpayer Self Assessment Service System with the aim of being an alternative problem solving. In the design and analysis, the researcher uses the UML method and the design design uses a prototype. From the results of the analysis and design, it produces features that are useful for taxpayers, such as 1) The system also stores employee/staff data. 2) The system also stores taxpayer data (restaurants and swiftlet nests). 3) Taxpayers can view information on when tax reporting is due. 4) Taxpayers can report from home or place of business without having to come to the Tanjung Jabung Regency Regional Revenue Agency.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of recruiting new employees at PT. BPD Jambi is currently still using the manual method where PT. BPD Jambi provides an assessment for the recruitment of prospective employees which is still done manually so that all data on the selection of prospective new employees do not have a fixed weight, and mistakes often occur so that there are prospective employees who do not meet the standards of passing the selection process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system in employee recruitment at PT BPD Jambi and design a decision support system for employee recruitment at PT BPD Jambi with the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. Analysis and design of the employee acceptance decision support system using this web-based simple additive weigthing (SAW) method using object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based heavy equipment rental system at PT. AKTA TRISAD. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. This rental information system prototype is expected to facilitate PT. AKTA TRISAD in carrying out the process of renting heavy equipment and facilitating the dissemination of required information.
