Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI is one of the companies operating in the plantation sector that is transforming the development of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI has an HR Department which is implementing changes to business processes that were originally monitoring employees including for attendance, leave permits and leave are recorded manually. In Monitoring employees manually, there are many obstacles to reporting caused by the monitoring process not being carried out in real time. Based on these conditions, a system is needed that can assist in monitoring employee activities both from attendance, exit permits and integrated leave. With an android-based application and web dashboard, the process of monitoring employees in each Business Unit at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI can be done in real time and also assists in the reporting system. So the final result of this research is the proposed employee monitoring application with themethod location based service which can greatly assist the HR Department in monitoring employees and reporting that is integrated in real time.

Abstract

The management of new student admissions at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) is still conventional or manual, both in terms of managing registrant data and filling in registration forms. In the admin section, collect registration archives so that they are vulnerable to loss and problems in searching for prospective student data in changing registrant data. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a new student admission information system at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom). The information system design method uses prototyping with system modeling tools, namely UML and interface design using Balsamiq Mockups 3.The output or results obtained from this study are the design of the information system for the admission of new students at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) in terms of admin consisting of managing prospective new students, instructor data, department data, registration wave data, and category data management which will be displayed on the home page and from the leadership's point of view obtaining information about the number of registrants, the number of participants who took the selection exam, instructor & department info, as well as registration wave info. Meanwhile, prospective applicants get information about registration, including procedures, registration date, and test selection results and filling out the registration form. Suggestions that can be given are that further research can add other features and menus that are not made in this study and can make web-based and mobile applications.

Abstract

Some of the factors that cause forest and land fires are natural factors and human negligence. To determine areas prone to forest and land fires, namely by analyzing data mining techniques using the clustering method and k-means algorithm in order to find out the clustering rules between these clusters. The data processed is data as much as geothermal points obtained from the Manggala Agni Daops Sumatran XI / BTP which has been recapitulated from January to June and the variables used are id, level of confidence, satellite, probability radius and district. The potential for forest and land fires used is based on very vulnerable, prone and non-prone areas. With this analysis, information on areas that are prone to forest and land fires can be obtained and can help when carrying out integrated patrols and preventive patrols because it is known that areas prone to forest and land fires in the Manggala Agni Daops Sumatra XI / BTP work area, namely Tanjung Regency jabung timur and tanjung jabung barat.

Abstract

The BP2JK (Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Konstruksi) Jambi operates a public service on construction manpower. The problem is the manual search for personnel information. It is difficult for BP2JK Jambi and public to obtain the profile information and workforce history of those who participated in the tender. The objective design a web-based public service information system at the BP2JK Jambi. The research method uses observation and interview techniques. The system design tool is Unified Modeling Language (UML) and prototype modeling. The result is a web-based public service information system at the BP2JK Jambi office, with a search feature based on name personnel or KTP numbers.

Abstract

The BLUD (Badan Layanan Umum Daerah) financial management system at Puskesmas Kuala Tungkal 1 is not optimal. The problem with cash book transactions is a journalizing feature is not working. Penatausaha can't control the realization budget and financial reports. The research objective was to design a BLUD financial management information system in Puskesmas Kuala Tungkal 1, Tanjabbar Regency. System development with prototype modeling and tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML); use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and flowchart diagrams. As a result, the interface design for budget planning, cash receipts and disbursements transactions, cash journaling, and financial reports. Recommendation; create a journalizing function, you should adjust the government financial accounting standards.

Abstract

The attendance application is an application to record employee attendance in the organization. Usually attendance uses a special tool that can record fingerprints that are placed in the office. The equipment is placed in the office and connected to the internal network in the office. This is felt to be less flexible because it creates queues at attendance times. For an organization with many locations and buildings scattered and far apart, this requires a lot of equipment which must be installed in each office location. The application works by taking photos of employees along with the coordinates of the employee's location. The employee's photo is matched with the employee's photo reference. If the photos match, then the photo is accepted as evidence of being present. The coordinates of the employee's location are matched with the campus area expressed in polygons. If the employee coordinates are in the campus area and attendance is allowed on the campus, the employee's presence is accepted. By using mobile application, the employee’s photo is valid and employees can make attendance using a cellphone regardless of the office internet connection.

Abstract

There are problems that has been found in submission of complaint in PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp and Paper Industry (LPPPI)where the members of GA Unit (General Affair) in terms of managing of mess where there is only three employees that has been charged in managing of dormitory in PT.LPPPI. so when there is an employee who need to create a request the office is closed which causes the request is pending until the office is opened or the employee can speak directly to GA Officer to convey their problem but this way very often to be forgotten and it’s really hard to create a report because the minimum of officer they have. This research aims to make employee of PT. LPPPI can provide compliant anywhere and anytime and the make sure the GA Officer can solve the problem faster. The Method used is this research is Prototype. The design tool that used in this research is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Output from this research is a prototype design of system analysis and design of Complaint Management in PT. LPPPI. This system can develop by using design that has been built.

Abstract

The Jambi City Transportation Service is an agency / agency engaged in transportation for the Jambi City Government. The problem that occurs at the Jambi City Transportation Department is that the recording of inventory items such as damaged and repaired goods is still manual so that often errors occur in recording and loss of supervision of these assets. The purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system at the Jambi City Transportation Agency. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. This inventory information system prototype is expected to make it easier for the Jambi City Transportation Agency to carry out inventory and control goods as well as facilitate the preparation of reports. So as to be able to produce the information needed quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Decision support system is a system used to support decision making in an organization, company, or educational institution to direct, train, assess and evaluate students and training. Builders as skilled construction workers through the Indonesian Construction Workers Certification Acceleration Program. Work ownership certification is an obligation for construction workers as stipulated in Law No. 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services. The role of artisans as part of the construction workforce in infrastructure development in Indonesia is very important. Plumbers in the field also determine the quality of buildings. The certification is the standardization of workforce competence, be it an expert, intermediate or skilled craftsman. The purpose of this study is to determine the eligibility of a qualified craftsman certified by the method (Simple Additive Weighting) or also known as the weighted sum method and requires the process of normalization of the decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. With the criteria set by the government through the public works department and local spatial planning, which cooperates with the construction services development agency, which ends with the granting of certificates to the craftsman who has been declared to have passed the certification test.

Abstract

The problem faced in the activity residents data processing at the office of Siau Dalam village is that storage media is unreliable so that it is in file search and not in time in the provision of reports. The lack of verifying data accuracy is likely to be incorrect in recording and monitoring the service of the archivist population. As for the purpose of this research to assist the Siau Dalam village its specialized administration of the public service. Researchers are analyzing data collection by observing current systems as well as interviews with administrative and village leaders to help with the data collection. The analysis and design of the system uses linear modeling language approaches using UML (unified modeling language) and Balsamiq mockups with the end results of the information system's prototype. The design of this system of occupation administration will enhance the performance of government lov in population data management, and publish citizen papers, as well as the ease in making the report of occupation at the village village of Siau Dalam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur That can be served quickly, precisely, and accurately.
