Abstract

This research focuses on the main issue of students' low problem-solving skills and their learning outcomes in mathematics. Inadequate mathematics teaching methods in developing problem-solving skills have been identified as the primary cause. To address this issue, the BERKAT model was implemented. The aim of this research is to describe the activities conducted by both teachers and students and to evaluate the improvement in problem-solving skills and academic achievement. This study employs a qualitative method using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted over four meeting sessions. The research involved 15 fourth-grade students from SDN Manduin during the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The findings indicate that the interaction between the teacher and students was highly effective. Additionally, there was significant progress in problem-solving skills and academic achievement, reaching 100% by the fourth session. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the BERKAT model is highly effective in enhancing the learning process, as evidenced by the significant improvement in students' problem-solving skills and academic outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that social skills in PPKn content are still low. This research aims to describe social skills. This research uses qualitative research with the PTK type applied in 4 meetings with a total of 23 people in the VB class at SDN Kahakan Kalibaru in the 2023/2024 academic year. Researchers used data collection techniques by observation and learning tests. The results of the research showed that students' social skills at meeting 1 reached 39% with the criteria "quite skilled", increasing at meeting 4 to 78% with the criteria "very skilled". So it can be concluded that the use of the LENTERA model is able to improve students' social skills.

From the results research, teacher activity is obtained score 27 in the encounter First increase become score 39 in the meet fourth. Activity student meeting First reached 50%, increased to 100% on meeting fourth. The cognitive learning outcomes of the first meeting reached 41%, increasing in the fourth meeting to 95%, the affective aspect meeting First reaching 45% increased at the fourth meeting to 100%, and psychomotor aspects at the meeting First reached 41%, increasing in the fourth meeting to 100%. It can be concluded that the combination of the PBL, STAD, and Make A Match models can be implemented effectively and allows students to follow the learning process well , resulting in enhancement on activities and mathematics learning outcomes student. Suggestions for Principals, teachers and other researchers can use these learning models as references to improve quality education and quality learning at school.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri siswa yang rendah, ketidak mampuan untuk menjelaskan dan menghitung pembagian pecahan dengan benar, ketidakmampuan pendidik untuk menggunakan model dan sumber daya pendukung, dan hasil belajar siswa yang tidak memenuhi KKM. Perihal tersebut menyebabkan siswa tidak memiliki banyak aktivitas, tidak termotivasi, dan tidak mempunyai hasil belajar secara baik. Dengan demikian, usaha yang haruslah dikerjakan selama tahapan pembelajaran mempergunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, turnamen tim, dan gambar dan gambar. Tujuan melalui penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana guru bertindak dan menganalisis bagaimana siswa bertindak dan belajar tentang materi volume kubus dan balok di kelas V SDN Padangin. 27 siswa Kelas V menjadi subjek penelitian pada tahun akademik 2023/2024. Dua jenis data dipergunakan pada penelitian ini. Data kualitatif berasal dari kegiatan pendidik juga aktivitas murid selama proses pembelajaran; data kuantitatif berasal melalui hasil belajar murid yang diukur melalui tes tertulis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan skala persentase dan indikator ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kegiatan pendidik dalam pertemuan terakhir memenuhi kriteria "Sangat Baik" juga aktivitas murid memenuhi kriteria "Seluruhnya Aktif". Selain itu, hasil belajar murid dalam pertemuan terakhir memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan klasikal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwasanya model Problem Based Learning, Team Games Tournamen, serta Picture and Picture telah membantu murid kelas V SDN Padangin memberi peningkatan aktivitas maupun hasil belajar matematika materi kubus juga balok.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Kuin Selatan 1 Banjarmasin class V because of the discrepancy between expectations and reality in learning science. The purpose of this research is to improve critical thinking skills, teacher activity, student activity, and student learning outcomes using PBL, Mind Mapping, and TGT learning models with Augmented Reality Media. This study included classroom action research, which was conducted four meetings. The results of the study have achieved success indicators for each aspect. With a teacher activity score of 28, the percentage of student activity is 91%, the percentage of critical thinking skills is 91%. Then the learning outcomes of students in each realm as a percentage also experienced completeness. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the PBL, Mind Mapping, and TGT models with Augmented Reality Media can improve critical thinking skills, teacher activity, student activity, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning activities and outcomes using the Learning Together Horay model. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research. Data were obtained through observation and written tests. The results showed that the activities of educators in meetings 1 to 4 increased from a score of 27 to 31. Classically student activity in meetings 1 to 4 increased from 68% to 100%. The learning outcomes of the cognitive aspects in classical terms at meetings 1 to 4 increased from 5% to 89%. The psychomotor aspect of classically at meetings 1 to 4 increased from 68% to 95%. Classically affective aspects at meetings 1 to 4 increased from 21% to 84%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the Learning Together Horay model can improve mathematics learning activities and outcomes. This research is suggested to be one of the alternatives or references to determine innovative and varied learning models for improving learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of activity, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in science learning hot material and its transfer. An effort to overcome this problem is to use a combination of Problem Based Learning (PBL), Make A Match and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) models in learning. The aim of this research is to analyze improvements in teacher activity, increase in student activity, increase in critical thinking skills and increase in learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of 2 cycles with 2 meetings each, which goes through the stages of planning, action implementation, observation and finally reflection. The research was conducted at 4 meetings, the subjects of this research were 18 grade 5 students at SDN Antasan Besar 1 Banjarmasin. Data from qualitative analysis, teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking skills and quantitatively, namely, learning outcomes. The data was analyzed using descriptive techniques and depicted in the form of tables and graphs, then interpreted using criteria for each indicator of success and the achievement of student learning completeness individually and classically. The results of the research showed that teacher activity at meeting 1 got a score of 28, meeting 2 got a score of 33, meeting 3 got a score of 34 and meeting 4 increased to get a score of 36. Student activity at meeting 1 got a percentage of 36%, meeting 2 got a percentage of 44%, at meeting 3 got a percentage of 72%, meeting 4 got a percentage of 94%. Then students' critical thinking skills at meeting 1 got a percentage of 11%, at meeting 2 got a percentage of 55%, at meeting 3 got a percentage of 77% and at meeting 4 got a percentage of 94%. Completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 22% to 94%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the combination of Problem Based Learning (PBL), Make A Match and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) models can improve the quality of teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. The suggestion for teachers, students, school principals and other researchers is that this research can be used as a reference in using learning models that can improve the quality of teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities and learning outcomes through the use of PBL, SR and ST models in fourth grade elementary school mathematics learning. The design of this research was PTK in 4 meetings at SDN Kelampaian Ilir 2. The results of teacher activities at meetings 1 and 4 increased from a score of 28 to a score of 35, very good criteria, the results of classical student activities at meetings 1 and 4 increased from 60% to 100 %, and student learning outcomes at meetings 1 and 4 increased from 50% to 90% with complete criteria. It is hoped that this research will be useful in learning so that there will be increased activity and learning outcomes in the division arithmetic operation material.

Abstract

The problem lies in the low level of activity, motivation and student learning outcomes in science content. The aim of this research is describe educators' activities, analyze student activities, motivation and learning outcomes. The research approach use qualitative with PTK research type which he carried out in 4 findings for the object studied who were class IV (four) students at SDN 2 Pagat Hulu Sungai Tengah. From these findings, the results of educators' activities have increased by getting a score of 100 on the amazingly criteria. Student activity increased to 100% of the criteria for All Active Students. Motivation to learn also increased to 100% Very High criteria. Student learning outcomes increase to 100% of the criteria for all students to complete. Based on research findings, it can be concluded that the use of a combination of Problem Based Learning (PBL), Teams Games Tournament (TGT), and Course Review Horary (CRH) models is able to increase student activity, motivation and learning outcomes well.

Abstract

The problem that occurred in this research was the less than optimal level of activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes that students had when participating in mathematics learning. Things that cause these problems include teachers who do not apply learning models that are capable of developing students' understanding of the material when learning is carried out, teachers rarely use learning media when teaching, lack of student involvement in the learning process which means students are not trained to think critically. Efforts to deal with the problems that occur are by implementing the BAMBU model in learning. This research aims to describe changes that occur in teacher activities and student activities in learning, as well as analyzing changes in critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes which are the impact of learning activities on mathematics content building material. The research used is Classroom Action Research which consists of 3 meetings. The research subjects taken were 22 students in class V of SDN Kuin Selatan 1, which was carried out in the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. From the results of this research, it was found that the implementation of the teacher's activities succeeded in getting a score of 40 or the criteria "Very Good". Classical student activity achieved 86% or the "Very Active" criteria. Student learning outcomes reached 91% in the classical cognitive domain, reached 91% in the classical affective domain, and reached 86% in the classical psychomotor domain.
